When mass laboratory breeding of bean seeds (Acanthoscelides obtectus Say.), it should be taken into account that the hatching of larvae from eggs and their settlement of beans should take place in the dark. Subsequent phases of development and maintenance of beetles are carried out in natural light at an optimal temperature of 24-30 degrees with the use of bean seeds of the Belskaya 16 variety.

Sewage sludge (SS) is a secondary resource that can be used in modern biotechnology to produce fertilizers. This is the bioconversion of organic waste – obtaining available organic raw materials (compost) with the participation of phosphate-mobilizing microorganisms with the addition of fillers. Biofertilizers based on SS of biological treatment plants (SBU) "Southern" and "Northern" of Odessa with different fillers (winter wheat straw and sunflower seed husk) were studied. The effectiveness of biofertilizers was studied in a field experiment on chernozem ordinary medium humus. Culture in the experiment: corn for grain (medium-ripe hybrid FAO 400). According to the results of determining the biological activity of the soil, the highest indicators of corn yield are shown when using new biofertilizers in comparison with the control, which provided an increase in corn yield per grain and improved economic performance.

The results of research showed that the use of bacteria of the genus Azotobacter chroococcum had a positive effect on the main quality indicators of winter wheat. In particular, the increase in grain yield of the Favoritka variety increased by 0.38 t/ha or by 10. Double application of the drug on vegetative plants of corn had a positive effect on yield. According to the obtained data, the yield of corn in the control averaged 7.58 t/ha, while after treatments with the study drug was 8.76 t/ha, which is 21% more.

Efectul șocului termic a temperaturilor suboptimale pozitive și a preparatului Reglalg asupra indicilor germinativi ai semințelor de castravete Cucumis Sativus L

Cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.), cv Concurent and forms as Plai, F1; ELITA, F1; ASSIA, F1; Viorel, F1 și Cernomor, F1 seeds treated with distillate water (control) or water solutions of Reglalg preparation (1/100 and 1/1000 dilutions) were germinated at 27°C (control) or at different sub optimal positive low temperature (15°C, 13°C, 10°C, 8°C, 6°C and 4°C) to study germination characteristics. Final germination percent of cv Concurent seeds and germination energy decreased, while the conditional number of days, required for germination of one seed, increased with the decrease of temperature. The temperature of 13°C is the minimum below which all cucumber seeds do not germinate. Application of Reglalg preparation (dilution 1/1000) had a beneficial effect on the germination parameters under suboptimal temperature of 15⁰C.

In the soybean cenosis (mainly the Aura variety) with a characteristic density (400-500 × 103 plants/ha), the dynamics of soil moisture in the years preceding the drought-2020 was studied. The main factor of drought-2020 is the low (about 100 mm lower than the average annual value) moisture accumulation in the soil before sowing for the autumn-spring 2019/2020, mainly due to low precipitation. An additional prerequisite for drought-2020 is a decrease in soil moisture (including deep soil layers) during harvesting in recent years, which is the reason for an additional deficit in a soil layer 0-100 cm of approximately 25 mm of water.

Acţiunea erbicidului Trifluralin asupra micromicetelor

50 micromycete strains from NCNM were tested and cultivated on Czapek medium with 20% glucose in the presence of trifluralin in concentrations of: 50; 100 and 200 mg / l. It was found that all strains growth on all tested media regardless of the concentration of trifluralin supplemented in the agar medium. In order to better highlight the action of trifluralin on micromycetes in subsequent research, glucose was excluded from the Czapek medium and the dose of trifluralin was increased from 200 mg / l to 300 and 500 mg / l, so it was shown that out of 12 strains studied 6 no growth on glucose-free Czapek medium, and supplementation of this medium with trifluralin helps to stimulate their growth.

Biological preparations Gliocladin-SC and Trichodermin-SC based on the genus Trichoderma fungi were used to protect white cabbage from vascular bacteriosis (pathogen Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris). The preparations were used by watering plants with a 1,5% aqueous suspension. The biological effectiveness of the biological product Gliocladin-SC for 2 years of research was 79,6%, the biological product Trichodermin-SC – 67,1%.

Considerații cu privire la interacțiunile grâu – patogeni fungi în contextul schimbărilor climatice

It was established that the environmental conditions strongly influence the fungal spectrum that causes the root rot of the stem base to common wheat in the conditions of the Republic of Moldova. In more severe conditions (high temperature, drought) the incidence of Fusarium equiseti increases. The interaction of common wheat with one of the causative agents of stem rot – F. oxysporum is determined by the combination, the orientation of the cross to obtain F1 hybrids, the temperature factor, which has a direct impact on seedling growth and transgressive potential of F2 segregating populations, a phenomenon with major importance for the improvement programs.
已经确定,在摩尔多瓦共和国的条件下,环境条件强烈影响导致普通小麦茎基部根腐病的真菌谱。在更恶劣的条件下(高温、干旱),镰刀菌的发病率会增加。普通小麦与根腐病病原之一尖孢镰刀菌的相互作用由组合、获得F1杂种的杂交取向、温度因素决定,温度因素对F2分离群体的幼苗生长和越界潜力有直接影响,这对改良计划具有重要意义。
