Biological preparations Gliocladin-SC and Trichodermin-SC based on the genus Trichoderma fungi were used to protect white cabbage from vascular bacteriosis (pathogen Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris). The preparations were used by watering plants with a 1,5% aqueous suspension. The biological effectiveness of the biological product Gliocladin-SC for 2 years of research was 79,6%, the biological product Trichodermin-SC – 67,1%.

The effectiveness of biological preparations for the protection of apple orchard from green apple aphids was studied in comparison with a chemical standard. It has been established that preparations of biological origin Aсtofit, с.e .; Coloradocid, p. against green apple aphid showed high efficiency of action - from 64.7 to 90.9%. Considerații cu privire la interacțiunile grâu – patogeni fungi în contextul schimbărilor climatice

It was established that the environmental conditions strongly influence the fungal spectrum that causes the root rot of the stem base to common wheat in the conditions of the Republic of Moldova. In more severe conditions (high temperature, drought) the incidence of Fusarium equiseti increases. The interaction of common wheat with one of the causative agents of stem rot – F. oxysporum is determined by the combination, the orientation of the cross to obtain F1 hybrids, the temperature factor, which has a direct impact on seedling growth and transgressive potential of F2 segregating populations, a phenomenon with major importance for the improvement programs.

Several ecological aspects of the hymenoptera complex in a plum orchard (II) 梅园膜翅目昆虫复合体的几个生态学方面(II)

The present paper treats several ecological peculiarities of the hymenopteran complex in a plum orchard. The intense flight activity for Hymenoptera complex was observed in the second half of the vegetation season starting from the first decade of August as a result of stopping phytopharmaceutical treatments. The most number of specimens was registered in four families. Parasitoids ocuppy 89.0% out of all Hymenoptera, being of great importance for plant protection. Hymenoptera form 21.0% out of total plum canopy fauna number in 2017. They occupy the second place in total fauna number. The percentage of Hymenoptera out of total arthropods’ number is 66.0%, the rest beneficial mesofauna has just 34.0% in 2017.

Activitatea enzimelor antioxidante la păr în funcție de acțiunea SBA Reglalg și a microelementelor

According to the data obtained from the research we find that the natural growth regulator Reglalg and Reglalg in combination with trace elements have had a beneficial effect in regulating the activity of enzymes peroxidase and polyphenol oxidase which play an important role in vital processes of resistance and increased plant productivity.The redox processes in the leaves of the tardive Noiabriscaia and Socrovisce pear varieties depended on the metabolic processes in the development of plants in ontogenesis, the stages of plant development, the action of their living conditions, the amount of oxidative substances that formed in plant cells under the action of high temperatures, give the particularities of varieties as well as the action of SBA Reglalg and microelements used to treat trees.Thus, with the modification of peroxidase and polyphenol oxidase activity during phenophases, we find their participation in metabolic processes that correlate with the function of resistance and adaptation of plants to unfavorable environmental conditions and consequently crop formation and fruit quality.

In the paper there are presented the results of the researches of existing methods of quality control for cultures of insects for rearing is presented. A new express-method of biological material selection for H. cunea establishment has been approbated. This method may be suitable for monitoring of natural populations condition in systems of integrated plant protections of diferent agricultural, ornamental and forest crops with intensive anthropogenic loading.The results of the present study revealed the larvicidal potential of baculovirus isolates found in the larvae of H.cunea, local production of biopesticides, which will reduce the final cost of the product and will more accessible to farmer.

The United Nations has declared 2020 the International Year of Plant Health (IYPH), through Resolution 73/252, adopted on December 20, 2018 by the General Assembly. This is a unique opportunity to raise global awareness of how protecting plant health can help stop hunger, reduce poverty, protect the environment and stimulate economic development. The article explains the contradiction between humanity's view of the role of plants in the biosphere and their protection functions, when it becomes increasingly clear the need to change the paradigm of plant protection, which as a widely accepted mental construction, would provide the human community for a long time a consistent basis. for the substantiation of the new paradigm "Plant Health".

Data were obtained on the peculiarities of the development of black scab on four varieties of colored potatoes (Violet, Purple Majesty, All Red and Rosamaria) when culvaed using chemical and biologized plant protection systems. It is shown, that the development of black scab and its infestation of stolons on varieties grown with the use of chemical plant protetion agents is lower than with the use of biological preparations, respectively, by 2.4-6.5 times and by 4%. The biometric indicators of plants when they were grown using the chemical protection system were slightly higher than those on biologized ones. The individual reaction of varieties to the studied protective techniques was revealed. Among the four studied cultivars, the cultivar All Red stood out, in which the phytosanitary condition of plantings, productivity indicators on both protection systems were similar.

Influența restricțiilor hidrice asupra fungului Fusarium Solani Var. Coeruleum

The article presents data on the influence of water restrictions on the fungi Fusarium solani var. coeruleum. The considerable decrease of the share of the strain factor from 68.88% to 16.97% for F. solani, denotes the high survival capacity of the fungus in conditions of osmotic restrictions produced by the osmotic substance PEG, thus confirming the data from the literature. The spread of the mycelium in the form of plaque or film, the intensity of pigmentation, the presence of aerial mycelium show changes in the adaptation of the fungus to osmotic conditions, which have significantly affected the growth of F. solani.

Agricultura Republicii Moldova: probleme economice și perspective

The agricultural sector holds a significant position in the economy of the Republic of Moldova, which requires permanent studies of the problems created and finding solutions to solve them. A common problem in the agricultural sector is the risks caused by weather variations, pest attack, irregular rainfall affecting agricultural products. Thus, it is important to promote the option of covering possible losses by insuring risks in agriculture. Agricultural insurance is a way to encourage farmers to get good results and to promote their well-being. For many countries with a stable market economy, fiscal measures targeting agriculture remain largely unchanged, and for the Republic of Moldova, which is in the process of transitioning to a market economy, fiscal reforms continue.
