This article aims to read El picadero (1974) by Adolfo Couve from the perspectives of the collection, the museum and the mausoleum. The nouvelle presents an art gallery under the context of a portrait-characters exhibition. These, become objects of collection and, at the same time, collectors of objects. The impulsive and obsessive desire of the characters to possess material and immaterial goods is due to timeless pleasure of getting new belongings, waves of happiness that make their lives less tortuous. In that way, the characters turn Villacler’a house into a museum, however, it ends up being reduced to a mausoleum since most of the characters die.

In this research article I propose that Juan Emar’s story “El pájaro verde” (The green bird) takes the form of fantastic self-fiction as theoretically stated about self-fiction by Vincent Colonna. Another proposal is that in this narration the self-fictional forms acquires its avant-garde features by being placed in correlation with a meta-discursiveness typical of narrative modernism. Such correlation can be read from the studies of Walter Benjamin where he articulates the conceptual series which cover from the concept of experience, going through the concept of memory (voluntarily), linked to that of conscience, until that of narration. I finally propose that the expression “I have seen a green bird”, the leitmotive of the short story, constitutes the emarian synthesis of the conceptual series, that is, the way of elaborating the relatable experience with a self-cognitive purpose.

Geología planeta fantasmagoría neoliberalismo. Abstract. Geología de un planeta desierto (2013) by Patricio Jara is a novel that starts with the appearance of the ghost of Rodrigo's father in front of his apartment. The invitation that the father makes to his son to go out for a walk and the consequent journey that both make through the city of Antofagasta will allow the enunciation of a ghostly landscape as a result of the encounter that the narrator maintains with the space he inhabits, a space whose nooks and crannies will give off a spectral trail caused by the act of remembering. These elements will account for the ruins and the series of human remains that neoliberalism leave behind at the hands of the mining industry in the northern territories of Chile, which operate as transcripts of the father's both life, and death.

In this article, we examine the contemporary procedural poetics in Chile as a provocative practice that challenges traditional notions of authorship and textuality. By considering the procedural poem as one that privileges the potential for the creation or imagination of new poems by the author and reader, we categorize the Chilean works within two principal groups: those of restrictions and those of instructions. On the one hand, the procedural poetry of restriction or constriction can be understood as the voluntary elimination of available determined options. That of instruction, on the other, acts as a sort of musical score or blueprint. This survey of Chilean procedural poetry illustrates that contemporary practices in Chile both contribute to the global lineage of procedural poetry at the same time that it engages with its own literary history and particular cultural context. Artículo。

: This study presents the results observed in the production of the phoneme The communicative situation in which the realizations were obtained was a semi-structured interview, with the purpose of obtaining data which approaches a spontaneous mode of speech. It was found that the largest number of phonemes realizing the phoneme /r/ occurred as approximant, alveolar, voiced [ɹ] sounds, regardless of the geographical place of residence of the participants and their gender. Additionally, the results from this study were compared to those obtained from the same participants in a read-aloud task (Retamal & Soto-Barba, 2017).
