EEMVL includes: electronic textbook, database of virtual experiments, flash based virtual equipment, and administrative system. The classification of laboratory workshops, architecture, data preparation and virtual stands creation with the help of “assembly technology” are discussed. Administrative system automates individual tasks variant generation and students reports checking.

The article considers the issues of development of an application for monitoring of remote servers of a corporate network. The software allows to monitor (in real time) physical availability and activity of the server, its technical specifications (disk space, RAM) and applications hosted on it. The subsystem promptly notifies the system's owner/administrator of failures through a user-friendly interface, as well as via e-mail. The article also considers the issues of the subsystem's fine-tuning by inclusion into it of the tools for combining of disparate network components into a single logical structure, with subsequent analysis of critical processes performed on them. The application can easily be integrated into any automated system of network maintenance and management.

Analog-to-digital converters (ADC) are the most commonly used converters at measuring and control devices. The transfer function of a real ADC is different from the ideal one. There are additive, multiplicative and nonlinear components of the error. The number of bits of any ADC is finite, which results to the appearance of quantization error. Due to the presence of aperture delay and aperture jitter, there is a variable in time delay of sampling of the input signal. In case of measuring the integral parameters of the signal (root mean square value, active power, reactive power, apparent power, etc.), the evaluation of the impact of the ADC nonidealities at an analytical form is a difficult task. This is especially true in the case of nonlinearity and quantization error. For this reason, it is of interest to estimate the measurement error by performing simulation mathematical modeling. The problem under consideration is also relevant in the educational process for all areas related to measurement technology, where the simulation is actually the only opportunity in a limited academic semester time to assess the impact of these nonidealities of ADC measurement error of the considered parameter. Build of the ADC effective model can be done using Simulink. The article describes the sources of the ADC nonideality and approaches for their modeling by Simulink. The features of the modeling of ADC nonlinearity of successive approximation and Sigma-Delta ADC architectures. The model of the ADC, taking into account all these parameters.

The technique of combining the traditional (physical) and various forms of computer-aided (computer) experiment is successfully applied in the preparation of full-time education for bachelors of the Institute of Electric Power Engineering and the Institute of Electrical Engineering of the NRU «MPEI». Virtual stands for a virtual experiment have been developed for students of distance learning. For online education students an example of the implementation of the basic laboratory work on the topic «Three-phase circuits» in physical, computer and virtual execution is given.

This work presents a training program complex that implements the possibility of planning the long-term operation of the Votkinskaya HPP, taking into account its dispatching schedule and requirements of water users. The complex was developed taking into account the actual requirements specified in the rules of use of water resources of Votkinsk reservoir. The training complex is planned to be used to check the course and standard works on the planning of the regime not only Votkinskaya HPP, but also other HPPs in Russia.
