Reinforcement Learning and Its Applications in Finance 强化学习及其在金融中的应用

Reinforcement learning (RL) models, a practical application drawn upon deep neural networks, are among the models examined in to identify its applicability to solve various problems related to financial areas including stock markets, portfolio management, forex markets, bankruptcy and insolvency, financial crisis, and cryptocurrency. A comprehensive introductory text focusing on financial applications of RL is rare if not difficult to find. This essay is aimed at presenting a short yet concise one-stop-resource that covers: (a) few important basics of RL, (b) types of problems it can address, (c) how it works, (d) its strength and limitations especially when compared to other approaches, (e) scopes within which the use of RL is recommended, and (f) examples of its applications in finance. Getting this writing to be comprehensive and effective in practice is a much more ambitious attempt, but it does highlight what it makes to work in practice.  sample/object of research, research instruments, and research results

Ecovillage Program as an Effort to Change People’s Behavior in Environmental Conservation According to Islamic Perspective 以伊斯兰教观点改变人们环境保护行为的生态村计划

Ecovillage is a village with an environmental culture where the people are able to manage the environment well. Ecovillage as a form of human interaction with the environment to achieve sustainability, with development activities. A village that aims to facilitate the community in managing environmentally friendly waste crushing machines and facilitating the waste management process that does not pollute the environment. With the application of the ecovillage concept, it can be seen that people's behavior in creating a better environment, community cooperation is formed, and there is a sense of care for the environment with the existence of the waste crushing machine/machine. This study aims to examine the ecovillage program as an effort to change people's behavior in environmental preservation according to an Islamic perspective. This study takes an ecovillage case study in Banjarwaru Village. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. Where the object of this research is the waste crushing machine, the person in charge of the ecovillage, the village staff, the Head of RW 5, and residents around Banjarwaru Village. The primary data collection technique was carried out using purposive sampling through interviews, observation, and field practice. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that environmental conservation studies based on ecovillage have good value in the ecological, economic, and social dimensions of society. Factors that need to be improved may be socialization to the local community so they care more about the condition of the surrounding environment. The ecovillage program held in Banjarwaru Village is good enough to be introduced to a wider audience.

This study aims to identify and analyze strategies for improving the MSME economy during the new normal period due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The objects in this study are MSME actors who use business marketing strategies. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The results obtained from this research show that it is necessary to take quick, precise and real steps from the government or business actors to overcome the losses that have occurred due to the pandemic and to carry out updates and evaluations over the business cycle to explore the conditions that are currently in place so that businesses can continue to survive and grow.
本研究旨在确定和分析受新冠肺炎疫情影响的新常态时期中小微企业经济发展战略。本研究的对象是运用企业营销策略的中小微企业行动者。研究方法采用描述定性方法。从这项研究中获得的结果表明,政府或企业行为者有必要采取迅速、准确和切实的步骤,以克服因大流行造成的损失,并在商业周期内进行更新和评估,以探索目前存在的条件,以便企业能够继续生存和发展。

Skin crackers are one of the UMKM in Indonesia which are engaged in the food sector. The number of UMKM in Indonesia is very large, even UMKM are the main drivers of the community's economy in meeting their daily needs. With the existence of UMKM, an independent economy is increasingly created by developing. Skin crackers are one of the UMKM in Indonesia which are engaged in the food sector. The number of UMKM in Indonesia is very large, even UMKM are the main drivers of the community's economy in meeting their daily needs. One of the existing UMKM is skin crackers in the Bogor Regency area. The business has been around for a long time and this paper prepares a strategic analysis related to how to develop a business run by a leather cracker business owner at one point, which is in the Bogor Regency area, West Java Province. The method used in designing this scientific paper is to conduct interviews, surveys, observations and identification of the UMKM in question, as well as various information related to the business development strategy of leather cracker UMKM in Bogor Regency. The results of writing this scientific paper conclude that the strategy that needs to be improved from these SMEs is to improve the quality of human resources both knowledge and capability in advancing the business according to the times. Conduct product innovation and product differentiation.

Strategi Bertahan di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 dalam Perseptif Ekonomi Islam

 Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh UMKM terhadap pendapatan masyarakat dalam perspektif Islam, dan bagaimana strategi usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) dapat bertahan dari pandemic Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terlihat bahwa UMKM di Desa Telukpinang  tersebut mampu memberikan kontribusi terhadap warga sekitarnya, yaitu dengan memberikan lapangan pekerjaan. Hal ini jelas memberikan kesejahteraan terhadap masyarakat pada umumnya dan khususnya pada pemilik. Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan sektor ekonomi yang strategis dan melibatkan mata pencaharian orang banyak, sehingga berpengaruh terhadap perekonomian nasional. Ekonomi Islam memandang bahwa tidak ada larangan selama usaha yang dijalankan tidak melenceng dari agama Islam. Keberlangsungan dan keberadaan bisnis UMKM dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor, yaitu faktor internal berupa motif ekonomi sedangkan faktor eksternal berupa lingkungan ekonomi yang biasanya dijadikan tempat hidup seseorang. Selain itu, di masa pandemi seperti saat ini pemilik bisnis harus mempunyai strategi agar bisnisnya tetap berjalan dan tidak mengalami kerugian yang terlalu besar. Tidak terkecuali pemilik bisnis syariah juga harus memiliki strategi agar Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah mampu memulihkan guncangan ekonomi di masa pandemi covid-19.

Buying and Selling TikTok Social Media Followers According to Islamic Business Ethics 根据伊斯兰商业道德买卖TikTok社交媒体粉丝

TikTok is a platform that is currently popular, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. TikTok media sosial is a place to share varied content, be it videos, songs, dancing, singing and other things that require creativity. This research aims to increase knowledge and skills about the process of buying and selling followers on media sosial TikTok according to Islamic business ethics which is now widely known by the public. The research method used is a qualitative research approach that uses a natural setting with the intention of interpreting the phenomena that occur and is carried out by involving various existing methods. The population that will be used as research is sellers and buyers at Fathcloth MSME in Cibolang Village, Bogor Regency. The sample is one MSME owner and three of his employees as sellers followers and 10 buyers, each of whom has an online shop account and a personal account. The instruments used were direct observation and interviews with MSMEs selling followers. The results of this study are that in the implementation of sellers and buyers both know the interests of the followers who will be traded and there are no elements of fraud or against legal sources that already exist in the Koran and Sunnah, from various sources nas-nas The Qur'an and Hadith and the logic of fiqh rules that have been studied, the law of buying and selling followers on TikTok is permissible as long as it is not misused for fraudulent facilities and in accordance with Islamic business ethics, namely openness in buying and selling followers on TikTok media sosial in Cibolang Village, Bogor Regency.

Pemberdayaan kewirausahaan santri dilakukan sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan ekonomi di Pondok Pesantren Al Qur’an Syifaul Furqon melalui peningkatan daya dan potensi yang ada dalam mencapai kesejahteraan santri dalam berwirausaha. Hal ini sebagai salah satu upaya dalam mengurangi tingkat penangguran. Metode yang digunakan adalah jenis pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan yang dilakukan di pondok pesantren sangat penting untuk diberikan kepada santri, hal ini sebagai bekal pengetahuan dan keterampilan santri. Dalam praktiknya, pondok pesantren berupaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan para santri melalui program pemberdayaan. Program ini sebagai salah satu upaya selain melatih dan mengembangkan bakat anak, dalam wirausaha juga terdapat nilai–nilai karakter yang dapat mendidik santri menjadi santri yang berkarakter baik. Pelaksanaan pemberdayaan yang dikembangkan melalui wirausaha dikatakan pula sebagai strategi dalam membentuk sikap kemandirian. Sikap ini yang menjadi bekal yang harus dimiliki oleh santri saat nanti menghadapi dunia di luar pesantren.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan ekonomi kreatif pondok pesantren melalui pemberdayaan kewirausahaan santri menuju era digital 5.0. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu untuk menganalisis data-data yang bersifat kualitatif yang digambarkan melalui kata-kata atau kalimat untuk memperoleh suatu kesimpulan. Keseimbangan pada era 5.0 memberikan lulusan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang berhasil dan bemutu. Pondok pesantren tidak hanya sebagai lembaga pendidikan berbasis keagamaan saja, namun dapat dikatakan sebagai wadah melahirkan generasi yang memiliki karakter keislaman serta sebagai lembaga perekonomian guna mensejahterakan santri serta masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, untuk mempersiapkan santri yang memiliki kompetensi keahlian dan jiwa wirausaha, pondok pesantren melakukan beberapa pendekatan, diantaranya: (1) Pertama, kurikulum pesantren, pedoman kegiatan belajar mengajar yang ada di pondok pesantren, berfokus pada pengembangan sumber daya manusia (santri) melalui pemberian pelatihan, dan pendidikan kewirausahaan. (2) Kedua, pengajar yang mumpuni, pesantren mempersiapkan tenaga pengajar yang memiliki kompetensi keahlian dibidangnya dan pengalaman, sehingga dengan pengetahuan, keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh guru dapat mendorong semangat dan memberi arahan kepada para santri, (3) Ketiga¸strategi atau model pembelajaran yang berfokus pada kompetensi keahlian santri.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitiannya adalah literature review dari beberapa penelitian yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan. Metode pengumpulan data melalui data sekunder yang didapatkan dari berbagai karya ilmiah seperti jurnal dan artikel, serta buku, dokumentasi dan internet. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa ekonomi syariah dan industri halal merupakan sektor yang memiliki kesempatan, peluang dan berkontribusi pada nilai tambah perekonomian melalui pemenuhan permintaan pasar. Dalam mendukung perkembangan ekonomi syariah salah satu upayanya melalui penguatan ekosistem halal value chain yang dalamnya mencakup sejumlah industri yang berkaitan dengan keperluan produk dan jasa halal. Ekosistem industri halal harus lebih dikuatkan dan dikembangkan agar mampu menguasai potensi pasar global. Selain itu, upaya pengembangan ekosistem halal value chain dalam pembangunan industri halal dimulai dari input sampai outcome-nya, terlebih dalam menghadapi era society 5.0. Penguatan halal value chain meliputi beberapa sektor di antaranya (1) industri makanan dan minuman yang terdiri dari bahan baku, manufaktur, retailer, pembiayaan, saluran distribusi dan teknologi. (2) stakeholders industri halal yaitu (a) pemerintah, (b) konsumen, (c) industri dan (d) investor. Stakeholders memiliki peranan sebagai fasilitator dan katalisator yang menghubungkan antara demand dan supply pada industri halal.

Digitalization of Islamic Banking in the VUCA Era VUCA时代的伊斯兰银行数字化

The development of Islamic economics in society provides a central and influential role in the new economic order system with business models and innovations that are continuously updated by adjusting conditions without reducing the value of the Islamic economic system. This study aims to analyze the digitalization of Islamic banking in the VUCA era. The approach used is a qualitative approach. The results of this study are that the digitalization of Islamic banking must always harmonize with the development of increasingly developing technology and the presence of various kinds of application features that are offered to the public and are easy to use. In addition, digitalization in the VUCA era requires Islamic banks to innovate services in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of work processes and improve the quality of user or customer services. In an effort to achieve success in facing digitalization in the VUCA era, Islamic banks pay attention to several pillars, including 1) reducing costs in all operational activities offered, 2) implementing transparency and competitiveness in the face of business changes and 3) providing 24-hour customer service.
