Humeanismo y leyes de la naturaleza: alcance y límites 休谟主义与自然法则:范围与限制

Nomological Humeanism has developed into a research program encompassing several variations on a single theme, namely, the view that laws are statements about regularities that we find in nature. After briefly revisiting an early form of nomological Humeanism in Hume’s critique of the idea of necessary connection, this article critically examines Lewis’ two-fold approach based on Humean supervenience and the best system account. We shall point out three limits of nomological Humeanism, which are widely recognized in the literature: its inadequacy in view of physical theories, its explanatory circularity, and its purported anthropomorphism, all of which advocates of nomological Humeanism have attempted to overcome Humeanism (Jaag y Loew 2020, Loewer 2004 y Massimi 2018). Lastly, we will argue that nomological Humeanism fails to provide a suitable notion of modality for laws of nature. This latter issue continues to represent a live challenge for empiricism in the philosophy of physical laws.

Renace: armonía pasional del estallido social 重生:社会爆发的激情和谐

The current text seeks to complement the concept of social outbreak referring to the political events of October 2019 in Chile with an idea of harmonization and utopian updating in affective-political terms. To do this, in the first place it will be established that it is possible to make a political-affective reading of the social outbreak, taking a detour through what would be the function of the affects in their political dimension, as articulators of communities, to later specify the affective political sense in the context of our social outbreak. Secondly, it will be affirmed that, without denying the very idea of an explosion, at least in part there is also a decantation of a process of utopian harmonization and updating. To deploy these two statements, we will rely mainly on a 19th century author, Charles Fourier, who builds a materialist-affective theory that can provide important insights into our contingency. We will also carry out a reading of the RENACE intervention by Delight Lab to illustrate our thesis.

Both descriptivism and the causal theory of reference fail to account for the meaning of theoretical terms in a way consistent with scientific realism. Faced with this problem, hybrid theories of reference have been developed. They combine features of both descriptivism and the causal theory and seek to capture the advantages of each. In this work, we critically analyze two strategies to articulate hybrid theories of reference in the face of the problem of the meaning of theoretical terms. They are exemplified by the proposals of Psillos and Kitcher. We argue that neither of these strategies is successful in articulating the descriptive and causal elements in a genuine hybrid theory of reference that satisfies the standards of scientific realism.

Interpretar el sufrimiento: Walter Benjamin, Theodor W. Adorno y la cuestión de la verdad 解读苦难:沃尔特·本雅明、西奥多·w·阿多诺与真理问题

This article postulates that the criticality of epistemology elaborated by Walter Benjamin and Theodor W. Adorno is based not so much on the reformulation of a philosophical praxis against modern reason, but mainly on the metamorphosis of the concept of truth. Specifically, it is affirmed that the critique of modern reason carried out by both thinkers is associated with the determination of the temporal nucleus of truth as negativity and mourning. In the context of a rational crisis, Benjamin and Adorno open the possibility of a relationship with objectivity in the form of a critical interpretation of that temporal nucleus. This, linked to the dialectic of modern catastrophe, deals with exposing the fragments produced by the subjectivist super-determination governed by the logic of identity. To justify this, first, we explain the identification made by both philosophers between the temporal nucleus of truth and the concept of sad-negative truth; imbrication that tries to condense the consequences of the subjectivist constitution of reason. Then, we point out the conjugation of this definition of truth with the production of suffering. Next, we determine in what sense the negativity of the truth opens up the dialectical character of the modern catastrophe. Finally, we indicate the necessary association of such a critical epistemology with the historical apocatastasis.

Razón y experiencia: contribuciones para una ampliación de la diversidad epistemológica 理性与经验:对认识论多样性扩展的贡献

The philosophical transformation carried out Xavier Zubiri, especially in his mature work: Sentient intelligence allows to rethink the bases of rationality in structural unity with the senses, allowing a plurality of ways of accessing reality on its foundation (experience), and surpass, in that way, the monological rationality promoted by positivism and pragmatism. To this end, we move through the different landmarks of Zubiri’s work: first, the primordial apprehension of reality from its multiple sentient openings; then, we stop at the constitution of meaning by logos emphasizing how culture prioritize one type of sense (view, hear, touch, etc.) over the rest, forging a type of openness to reality and determining a horizon of meaning for it; later, we inquire into how reason accesses the foundation of the real, this allows us to show how the different rationalities settle their options for meaning. From here we contrast with religious rationality founded on historical-scientific criterion, and a strictly religious one, which, ultimately, allow us to finish systematizing and giving a unity of meaning to the previews proposals that were made. Finally, all this enables us to explore the consequences for a sociology of knowledge (Epistemologies of the South), and to think about the conditions of intercultural dialogue, and, subsequently, the scenarios of and interlogical construction.

espanolResumen: La historiografia artistica de la Edad Moderna, plasmada en tratados, paragonae, discursos y correspondencias entre humanistas, permite a los historiadores del arte reconstruir y analizar distintos aspectos de la produccion artistica italiana de esa epoca. En el caso de los territorios del Norte de Europa, la ausencia de esta documentacion no permite precisar con claridad de detalle fenomenos analogos para los pintores flamencos o acerca de la llamada escuela alemana hasta las primeras decadas del siglo XVI. La poca documentacion conservada imposibilita una definicion profunda de los aspectos teoricos y esteticos ligados a la produccion de los artistas. Ademas, la estructura gremial del Norte disuadia el proceso de individualizacion de los artistas. Alberto Durero, artista vinculado a la corte de Maximliano I y posteriormente a la corte de Carlos V, se considera el primer autor de tratados teoricos sobre la creacion artistica al Norte de los Alpes. Gracias a sus viajes a Italia, Durero entro en contacto con las corrientes de pensamiento acerca de la teoria del arte, que le llevaron a redactar varias publicaciones: Proyecto para el tratado sobre la pintura(1508-1513), Los cuatro libros sobre medidas. Instrucciones de medir con compas y regla(1525) y Cuatro libros sobre las proporciones humanas (1528). El objetivo de este estudio es analizar los tres tratados mencionados con una atencion especial a las recomendaciones del autor respecto a la formacion del artista. A partir del corpus dureriano, traducido por Bialostocki en 1954 ,este estudio permitira revisar la difusion y aplicacion de las sugerencias en el ambito de los artistas durante las primeras decadas del siglo XVI. EnglishAbstract: The artistic historiography of the Modern Age, formed by theoretical treatises, paragonae, speeches and correspondence between humanists, permit the Historians of art to reconstruct and to analyse various aspects of Italian artistic production. In the case of Northern Europe, the absence of that kind of documentation does not allow to precise clear analogous phenomena for Flemish painters or for German school, until the early decades of the sixteenth century. Not much preserved documentation makes impossible to define well theoretical and aesthetic aspects relate to the artistic production. Besides, the guild structure on the Northern Europe dissuades the process of artists individualization. Albrecht Durer, connected to the court of Maximlian I and to the Charles V court artist, is considered as the first author of artistic theoretical treaties on the North of the Alps. Thanks for the trip to Italy, Durer came into contact with modern art theory, which resulted in writing several treaties: Project for the Treatise on Painting (1508-1513), Four Books on Measurement. Instructions for Measuring with Compass and Ruler (1525) and Four Books on Human Proportion (1528). The aim of this study is to analyse the three mentioned treaties with special atten

EnglishAbstract: The artistic historiography of the Modern Age, formed by theoretical treatises, paragonae, speeches and correspondence between humanists, permit the Historians of art to reconstruct and to analyse various aspects of Italian artistic production. In the case of Northern Europe, the absence of that kind of documentation does not allow to precise clear analogous phenomena for Flemish painters or for German school, until the early decades of the sixteenth century. Not much preserved documentation makes impossible to define well theoretical and aesthetic aspects relate to the artistic production. Besides, the guild structure on the Northern Europe dissuades the process of artists individualization. Inhibidores para emprender que pueden atenderse desde un enfoque de orientación para la carrera: el caso de los estudiantes emprendedores de la UNED 职业导向方法可以解决的创业障碍:以联合国开发计划署的学生企业家为例

Resumen: En los ultimos anos se han multiplicado los programas orientados a la formacion de emprendedores y el fomento de la cultura e iniciativa emprendedora, aunque la evaluacion de estos servicios y programas no ha recibido la misma atencion. En este trabajo se presentan los primeros resultados de un estudio exploratorio sobre las barreras que dificultan el emprendimiento y como abordarlos desde la orientacion para la carrera. En concreto se estudia el programa de emprendimiento universitario llevado a cabo en el Centro de Orientacion y Empleo (COIE) de la Universidad Nacional de Educacion a Distancia (UNED). Los resultados obtenidos identifican los inhibidores para emprender y los motivos que tienen los emprendedores universitarios noveles para el abandono de sus proyectos de emprendimiento. Asimismo, se presentan los aspectos personales de mejora identificados por los promotores de proyectos para continuar con sus iniciativas, y algunas propuestas para la mejora de los servicios de orientacion a emprendedores que sus usuarios manifiestan. Abstract: In recent years, programmes aimed at training entrepreneurs and promoting culture and entrepreneurial initiative have multiplied, although the evaluation of these services and programmes has not received the same attention. This paper presents the first results of an exploratory study on the barriers that hinder entrepreneurship and how to approach them from career guidance. Specifically, the university entrepreneurship programme carried out at the Counselling and Employment Center (COIE) of The National Distance Education University (UNED) is studied. The results obtained identify the inhibitors to entrepreneurship and the reasons that beginner’s university entrepreneurs have for revoking their entrepreneurship projects. Likewise, the personal aspects of improvement identified by the project promoters are presented to continue with their initiatives, and some proposals for the improvement of the guidance services for entrepreneurs that their users manifest.

Diplomática y e-Diplomática: Pasado y futuro de la validación documental 外交和电子外交:文件验证的过去和未来

Resumen: La tesis planteada en el presente articulo mantiene la plena validez del metadato como elemento de validacion de los documentos en los nuevos soportes y formatos digitales actuales, del mismo modo que la Diplomatica -en cuanto a ciencia del documento- se servia, como hoy, de unos elementos de validacion documental que los hacian y hacen autenticos e indubitados en soportes fisicos como el pergamino o el papel. De ahi que tracemos aqui una breve evolucion del sistema de validacion documental a partir de la Edad Media, para demostrar que el documento considerado autentico era lo que decia ser, con el fin de poner en conexion esos tradicionales elementos de validacion con los elementos actuales, a traves de los metadatos, con identica funcionalidad de garantizar la integridad y fiabilidad de los modernos documentos digitales. Para ello, nos acercamos primeramente a los documentos en soporte fisico a traves del analisis de sus suscripciones, signos, monogramas, ruedas, signaturas y sellos. Posteriormente , como contribucion a lo que podiamos denominar e-Diplomatica, valoramos las formas digitales de validacion, que se produce a traves de los metadatos de la gestion de los e-documentos, acercandonos al origen de su legitimidad como elementos que avalan que sean autenticos, disponibles y fiables.Abstract: The thesis proposed in this article maintains the full validity of metadata as an element of validation of documents in the new digital media and formats of today, in the same way that Diplomacy -as far as the science of the document- used, as today, elements of documentary validation that made them and make them authentic and indubitable in physical supports such as parchment or paper. This is why we trace here a brief evolution of the document validation system from the Middle Ages, to demonstrate that the document considered authentic was what it claimed to be, in order to connect these traditional elements of validation with current elements, through metadata, with the same functionality of guaranteeing the integrity and reliability of modern digital documents. To this end, we first approach documents on physical support through the analysis of their subscriptions, signs, monograms, wheels, signatures and seals. Subsequently, as a contribution to what we could call e-Diplomatic, we valued the digital forms of validation, which are produced through the metadata of the management of e-documents, approaching the origin of their legitimacy as elements that guarantee that they are authentic, available and reliable.
