The stream of nurturing thinking individuals has been started since Socrates time and it has been so far atop of the education experts’ attentions. It seems that the period of education at school can be a proper opportunity for achieving this goal. Particularly, the textbooks’ contents provide a proper opportunity in accomplishing the thought-oriented educational objectives. Revising and updating the books’ contents in proportion to the daily increasing needs of the generations is inevitable and necessary. Thus, the evaluation of the old and new books is of a great importance in elaborating the success in meeting these goals. In the present study, the amount of attention paid to the critical thinking skills has been assessed in the fourth grade primary school’s social teachings textbooks authored in 2016 in comparison to its 2002 version based on the content analysis method and through taking advantage of a checklist made by the researcher according to Matthew Lipman’s critical thinking skills. Nine skills and their assessment indicators have been taken into account in the checklist from the perspective of Matthew Lipman. Based on the findings, the coefficient of engagement in social teachings textbook authored in 2002 is equal to 0.57 and the coefficient of engagement in the social teachings textbook authored in 2016 is equal to 1.18. So, paying attention to critical thinking is deemed favorable in the 2016 version of social teachings textbook (new edition). It is suggested that the contents of the other textbooks should also be evaluated so that they can be revised and rewritten, if needed.

Objective: The growth in mobile phone usage in the last decade has been pretty amazing. Today, for most people mobile phones are a necessity. So that you have to carry them wherever you go. Mobile technology has changed commercial and business behaviors of mobile users. Methodology: Commerce via mobile is a business solution nowadays and has led to a change in existing businesses. Among these services, is mobile banking. It should be said that mobile banking is one of the primary components to help expansion of business operations using mobiles. The main objective of this study is to investigate factors influencing the adoption of mobile banking services by customers and testing six hypotheses. Results: The present research is casual by method and nature, survey by implementation, and practical in purpose. The population in this study, customers are Tejarat Bank city customers in Karaj in the year 2015.Sh. To achieve objectives of the research, 384 questionnaires distributed among the bank customers and then analyzed. In this study all considered assumptions confirmed. Conclusion: Finally, it can be said that mobile phone services can lead to creation of comparative advantage and an acceptable profitability compared with other banks’ services.

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the importance of deregulation in the development of entrepreneurship which unfortunately, our country is not good at it, and the kinds of laws and notes that we are witnessing their emergence day by day caused some problems for economic activists 1. Today, entrepreneurship is essential for the development and creation of a healthy economic environment in society and plays an important role in economic stability. Deregulation is the product of forsaking Cold War in politics, the entry of computer technologies in the field of economics and the expansion of services and information in the community. This study uses econometric technique and panel data model to investigate the effect of deregulation on indices of business environment. For this purpose, we investigated some of Ukraine's business competitor countries in West and East Asia that have had a proper performance in entrepreneurship development with Ukraine, using the most recent World Bank data over the period 2018- 2006. The results indicate the positive impact of indices related to deregulation on growth and development of entrepreneurship in these countries. The results show that reforming economic policies and laws and enhancing transparency and the rule of law by emphasizing software factors and components such as guaranteeing ownership, revising and improving the licensing process and stages, and strengthening the infrastructure and reforming the financing system are important components that improve and facilitate the business environment.

Objective: The study was carried out earlier in 2015 aimed at examining the factors affecting organizational entrepreneurship in technical and vocational training centers in North Khorasan. The study’s main hypothesis is based on the fact that factors including structural, behavioral and contextual factors have an impact on corporate entrepreneurship. Methodology: This research is considered as practical in terms of the objective and it is descriptive and measurement as it considers the relationship between the variables in the present conditions. It’s a cross-sectional research in terms of the time of collection of the data. Results: The statistical population of the study consists of all employees, managers and trainers of vocational training in North Khorasan province, of which 132 employees were selected from among 210 employees on the basis of random classified sampling using Morgan table. Dehghan questionnaire (2011) was used to measure the factors affecting organizational entrepreneurship. Professors and elites had already confirmed its validity and its reliability calculated to be 86 percent using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. SPSS software version 20 was used to analyze the data from descriptive statistics including the percentage frequency, mean and standard deviation and from inferential statistics variance analysis tests, chi-square test and Friedman test. Conclusion: The results showed that there is no significant difference between the scale of the impact of structural, behavioral and contextual factors. It means that the three factors are not different in terms of the impact on corporate entrepreneurship. The main hypothesis of the research is rejected according to the earlier assumption. The results of the secondary hypothesis of this research and its individual scales were separately tested on organizational entrepreneurship and its impact on organizational entrepreneurship was confirmed.

Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between dividend policies on stock prices in listed companies on the stock exchange. In this research, the population consisted of listed companies in the Tehran stock exchange during the years 2009 to 2013. A total of 300 companies were eligible for the study population. Methodology: The financial statements of the above companies have been extracted from the Stock Exchange database. For inferential analysis results of linear regression to determine the significance of hypotheses is used Eviews software. The results showed that have a significant relationship between dividends paid and retained earnings on stock prices. Results: Results of this research are similar to some results of external studies have been done. This issue suggests that perhaps in emerging markets, such as the Iranian capital market paid attention to in the dividend. (Dividends paid and retained earnings). Conclusion: The most important reason on the importance of dividend policy is the impact that to leave on the views of investors about the company. Unpaid dividends by the company are creating pessimism to the shareholders.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between earnings quality and target financial leverage deficit. In this study, target financial leverage deficit is as independent variables and earnings quality as dependent variables and company size, growth opportunities of company and systematic risk are as control variables. The statistical population of the present study is companies active in Jakarta Stock Exchange according to the subject and its application. In this study, 90 companies were selected. The data of this study were collected annually using information from companies listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange from the beginning of 2014 to the end of 2016 and the results of hypotheses' test were presented. In this study, multivariate regression analysis with panel data with fixed effects was used to investigate the hypotheses. The results show that there is a significant relationship between target leverage deficit and earnings quality.

Objective: Resistive economy is an economic system formed in coordination with the major political and security policies of the Islamic regime and in order to resist destructive measures. Resistive economy is aimed at resisting various economic sanctions and conspiracies of the Estekbar regime to continue its development and progress. Cultural entrepreneurship is one of the patterns capable of contributing to this type of economy. Methodology: The present study was carried out using the descriptive-survey methodology. Results: The statistical population consisted of all employers in the management circle of the Emam Khomeyni special economic zone including 108 people. 86 people were estimated using Morgan table and the questionnaires were distributed using the simple random sampling method. Conclusion: The research findings revealed that the individual components of cultural entrepreneurship, financial and non-financial support for cultural entrepreneurs, creating cultural entrepreneurship capacity in the society as well as governmental politics and trends by generating capacity for cultural entrepreneurship would influence the economic development of the enforcement of resistive economy.

Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of intellectual capital on the Tobin's Q rate and the efficiency of the companies' stock listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. Methodology: To calculate the rate of value-added intellectual capital, Pulic model and to measure the financial performance, the Tobin's Q rate- one of the criteria based on the market value- have been used. The study sample consisted of the listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange from which 90 companies were selected for a period of 5 years (2011 - 2014) by the systematic elimination and appropriate statistical tests were performed on them Results: The results of the study indicate that there isn't any significant and positive impact on the financial performance. Conclusion: Furthermore, they show a positive and significant relationship between the components of intellectual capital and return stock.

Clause 7 of the general policy of resistive economy is explicitly referred to consumption management and consumption pattern reform. One of the important sources of managing consumption is energy. In fact, the need for energy in the world is constantly increasing, while its sources are scarce, so one of the basic steps to achieve economic growth and the realization of a resistive economy is to coordinate this incremental need and scarce resource to optimize its consumption. The factors affecting its consumption should be investigated whether in the field of production as the input of production or in the consumption field as the final product. In this study, the factors affecting power consumption among 16 selected MENA countries through years 2000 to 2015 were investigated using statistical analysis methods and panel data. The results of the model estimation show that the number of mobile subscribers does not have a significant effect on the amount of electricity consumption. Nevertheless, the economic growth variable has a positive and significant effect on the amount of electricity consumption. In addition, the number of Internet users has a significant effect on the electricity consumption.

Objective: In the business world which is facing with increasing competition among the firms, customers get more aware about the products and services every day. In this regard, it can be stated that today the businesses cannot be sustainable without loyal customers. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between experiential marketing and customer satisfaction in the hospitality services. Today, little research has been conducted in Iran to examine the relationship between experiential marketing and customer satisfaction. However, outside of Iran, numerous studies have examined the relationship between experiential marketing and other variables. Methodology: In order to collect the inventory information, 300 customers of the five-star Samin hotel in the city of Khoie were selected based on random sampling and then the hypotheses were tested through structural equation modeling. Results: This study is applied based on purpose and a descriptive survey based on data collection method. Conclusion: The results of the study indicated that there was a relationship between experiential marketing, hedonistic value and perceived usefulness, perceived service quality with customer satisfaction.
