This article makes an attempt at a phenomenological description of the experience of the Tao experience and highlighting the essence of this phenomenon with an epistemological distinction between two levels of description. In the first plan, the metaphysical formulation of the idea of Tao is set as a transcendentally laid first principle of all that exists. The second plane of description formulates the essence of the subjective experience of Tao in transcendental consciousness.

The article discusses the results of the 2020 field research conducted by the author in the Russian North. Special attention is paid to the specifics of the region. The Russian North is a special historical and cul-tural zone, on the territory of which a peculiar complex of folk culture has developed, United primarily by historical and socio-economic factors. This formed a certain type of worldview of the Northern Russian population. The study revealed an increase in the adaptive resource of the population, activation of col-lective memory. While preserving the holiday calendar as a whole, traditional elements of everyday and ritual culture, the local traditions of mutual fasting, intra-family and kinship ties have become more active. During extreme situations, there was an increased appeal to local Orthodox saints and shrines, as well as to traditional methods of treatment, nutrition, and sacred protection.

The article solves the problem of the possibility of theoretical development of stratagem thinking by the supporters of Confucianism. It was revealed, due to the change in which values, stratagem thinking and behavior began to be assessed by them as acceptable and effective. The main reasons for these processes are the formation of philo-sophical syncretism, the strengthening of the positions of individualism and practicality in the public and individ-ual consciousness, the formation of a fundamentally new model of social success.

The article analyzes the forms of legal alienation, which are essentially significant deformations of the legal consciousness of a person: legal nihilism, legal fetishism, legal infantilism. The author analyzes the prerequisites for their occurrence in society, forms of manifestation and consequences. The formation of the legal consciousness of citizens and legal norms based on natural law is considered as a mechanism for overcoming all forms of legal alienation.

It is established that in Early Hellenistic philosophy the opposition between two tendencies – Patriotic and cosmopolitan increased. Patriotic values have retained their influence. The exponents of Patriotic ideas were Aristotle, Xenocrates, Anniceris, Menedemus, and partially the early stoics. At the same time, the positions of cosmopolitanism, which was represented in the philosophy of the cynics, the early Stoics, and Theodorus, also strengthened. It is also established that the formation of Hellenistic monarchies influenced the development of both tendencies. The rapprochement of the Greeks with the peoples of the East con-tributed to the spread of cosmopolitan ideas. And the Foundation of Greek cities in the Hellenistic States contributed to the preservation of Polis values, one of which was patriotism.

It is shown that as a result of the lack of synchronicity and balance between the virtual and real sectors of higher education, desynchronization of the ontology of education can occur. It is indicated that, in accordance with eco-nomictrends in the national higher system there can be a clear division into elite science-intensive high-tech competitive education and mass low-value low-tech “higher education” that is not in demand outside the national labor market.
