This research verifies the relationships between gender diversity in the boardroom, firm size, and debt. The research was conducted based on panel data from non-financial enterprise listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. Our study results propose that board gender diversity has a negative impact on capital structure.

This research investigated the entrepreneurial behaviors of vulnerable migrants who participated in an entrepreneurial education program and its management. By applying a structured questionnaire to the program participants, the variables that stood out most were: entrepreneurial intention, attitude towards the entrepreneur, social integration, and the usefulness of the entrepreneurial education program.
