Islam is very concerned about education and its implementation which is based on the Qur'an and al-Hadith. So one of the words of God that contains educational teachings and contains educational values is the letter Alkautsar verses 1-3 (Tala'ah Tafsir Al Qurthubi). The purpose of this study is to find out the educational values of Islam contained in Surah Al-Kautsar verses 1-3 according to the interpretation of Jami' li Ahkami of the Qur'an by Al-qurthubi and to find out its implications in everyday life. The method used is library or library research with primary data sources namely Jami' Li Ahkami Al-qur'an and secondary data such as books, journals, articles and so on and then collected, processed then analyzed and concluded descriptively. So the conclusion obtained is that in the first paragraph there is an educative value of gratitude, namely acknowledging it with the heart, then saying it verbally and implementing/implementing it with the limbs. While the educational value in the second verse is spiritual value which is manifested in prayer worship (Hablun minallah) and social value which is manifested in qurban worship (Hablun minannas). While the educational value in the third verse is the value of fighting spirit which is reflected in the good deeds of ma'ruf nahi mungkar and the value of toughness that is accompanied by responsibility, all of which are illustrated by that everyone will definitely get a reward according to their deeds.

ABSTRACTTri Ugering Ngaurip is a teaching developed by K.G.P.A.A. Mangkunegara IV, the king of the Kraton Mangkunegaran - Surakarta, in his work called Serat Wedhatama which contains three handles of life that must be owned by Javanese society. With these three concepts, the community will have a motivating guide in developing skills and achieving life direction based on Islamic perspectives that tend to be tassawuf.Tri ugering Ngaurip concept is interesting to be discussed because it reveals financial independence, guarding honor, and trying to gain intelligence. These three things are stated to be the handle of Javanese people's life which includes arta (wealth or economy), wirya (glory), and winasis (intelligence). In the realm of education development, it should be directed towards achieving these three categories. This concept is actually a description of the Javanese philosophical expression of "work" by choosing the term "pangupa soul pangupa" (looking for food for the soul).Wirya means honor, nobility, and dignity possessed by someone in his community. This concept also includes moral and ethics that must be possessed by someone in the process of social interaction. Arta or economy plays a role in people's lives. While Winasis is directed at the conception of multidimensional intelligence, namely emotional, intellectual, and spiritual.The achievement of tri ugering ngaurip is a motivation that underlies Javanese society to cultivate a livelihood, including the world of entrepreneurship. Practicing tri ugering ngaurip in life is actually the practice of trying to carry out religious obligations to earn a living. Therefore, the implementation of Islamic education should be� insighted tri ugering urip , both as a motivation in developing entrepreneurship and in a more practical realm. ABSTRACTPublic relations serves as a distinctive management and supports the coaching, maintenance of the joint pathway between the organization and the public, concerning communication activities, understanding, acceptance and cooperation, involving management in dealing with problems, helping management to be able to face public opinion.Creating a positive image for an institution or education, the role of Public Relations is also involved in many things such as making strategies and programs interesting to be able to compete and still exist both in a profit-oriented institutions and services to the community or nonprofit. The success of a Public Relations will determine the success or failure of vision and mission in an education or institution.Looking at the above background contains the formulation of the problem: 1) How the public relations devinisi and research ? 2) What is the negative and positive impact of public relations in educational institutions? 3) How to Step by step analysis of persuasive and contributive strategy in developing public relations in educational institutions.The results of the theory analysis can be summarized as follows: 1) Public Relations is a typical management function, which supports coaching and maintenance, the joint path between the organization and its Public about communication, understanding and cooperation. Engage and assist management to know and respond to public opinion, establish and emphasize management's responsibility to serve the public as well as to support management in making positive use of experiments, using sound and ethical research and communication techniques as the primary means. 2) Negative influence, may occur due to ethical abuse in public relations activities and the positive influence that can result from the implementation of the code of ethics. 3) Steps - persuasive and contributive strategy in building Public Relations effectively by improving internal and external quality. �ABSTRACTCharacter building and literacy culture is urgent something and must be done by educational institutions, especially primary educations. In primary education , students are accustomed to good behavior, so that in the end they have good character. Indeed, character building is not easy and cannot be instantly, but with continuous habituation it will produce a character output. This research is qualitative in nature with a type of case study that has a single case study design. This research is qualitative research in education so to understand external reason of character building and literacy culture. The results of this study are the building character and literacy culture in educational institutions carried out in several stages. This research adds a new variant to Kaizen theory, which is intangible value. ABSTRACTIslamization of Science is a necessity for the world of Islamic education today. Western civilization with its worldview has hegemony in almost all lines of the academic world. As a result, standards, policies, and concepts of science are more determined by Western perspectives than Islamic perspectives. This issue becomes an increasingly important issue for immediate response because the effects of secularization transplanted into science in the Islamic world have led to the confusion of the concept of science. ABSTRACTOne of the efforts made to build the performance of human resources management is to foster work motivation through the development of Human Resources into qualified, professional and devoted personnel. Employee performance is very important in determining company performance. Sultan Agung Hospital is the first health service provider institution to organize the tahfizh al-Qur'an learning program for employees held at the House of Tahfizh Darus Syifa '. Preliminary study results at RSI Sultan Agung show that employees involved in memorizing the Koran have a good performance. This can be proven through the achievement of employee Key Performance Indicators (KPI), DP3 (List of Work Implementation Ratings) and work achievements. The approach used in this research is quantitative with experimental and survey methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through the collection of performance documents and questionnaires for 38 employees as samples of research objects. Based on the studies conducted, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) Quantum learning and edutainment both emphasize the urgency of a pleasant and easy atmosphere; (2) Equally starting from the world of non-education; (3) Both give primary attention to an exciting learning process, which involves physical-sensory, emotional, and suggestive beliefs; (4) Quantum learning and edutaintment are able to foster student confidence; (5) Quantum learning builds student learning skills through a variety of cutting-edge discoveries, and edutainment continually seeks to facilitate optimal learning processes; (6) Quantum learning and edutaintment simultaneously build effective communication to students.�Keywords: learning, quantum learning, edutaintmen

The problem of national identity and character lately is at risk. The number of negative events and behaviors, both individually and in groups in the community, illustrates the degadration of the nation's moral values. The character crisis is characterized by an increasing number in crime and violence in the society, including in the world of education. This fact encourages the emergence of various lawsuits on the effectiveness of character education in schools which so far have been seen by some communities as having failed in building students' affection with eternal values and being able to answer the challenges of the changing times.That the crisis of character, one of which is caused by a lack of understanding and practice of religious teachings. Religious characters that require students to understand and be able to practice the teachings of their religion become one of the most important character points in order to improve the good character of students. Religious becomes the foundation of the nation's character, so we need a way to build religious character for each student. Departing from this, in this article the author will discuss about the development model of religious school culture-based character education. The problem in this article will be focused first, on how to develop character education models based on the strengthening of religious school culture in Sultan Agung 3 Islamic High School Semarang; second, how the results of the implementation of the development of character education based on strengthening the culture of religious schools in Sultan Agung 3 Islamic High School Semarang. This article is the result of a qualitative descriptive study conducted by the author at Sultan Agung 3 Islamic Senior High School Semarang. This study aims to describe the Arabic learning model in SMP Kartini Bumi in an effort to improve the ability of Arabic-speaking students, besides that this study also attempts to explain some of the inhibiting factors and factors that support the implementation of intensive Arabic language programs (extracurricular activities) carried out in the boarding environment school in the Bumi Kartinid SMPUT in an effort to improve the ability of the Arabic language students in addition to the Arabic subjects that they actually get in learning in the classroom as subjects of local content. The focus of the problem in this study included: (1) the model for implementing Arabic learning at SMP Kartini Bumi, (2) supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the implementation of intensive Arabic language programs. This research uses descriptive analytical method by collecting data from interviews, observation and documentation, the data is collected and analyzed by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study it was found that the Arabic learning model in SMPUT Bumi Kartini used a direct learning model that is the teacher conveying the content of the subject matter in a structured and structured manner, directing the activities of the students, and maintaining the focus of academic achievement. the forms are in the form of Arabic (local content) and school extracurricular subjects. Extracurricular activities aim to support the improvement of students' ability to speak Arabic which is implemented in intensive classroom activities in Arabic, and Bilingual Club. Language intensive extracurricular activities are held every day after school, even though these activities are carried out on school boarding, but the intensive class is included in the extracurricular activities of the school. The main purpose of the direct learning model is to maximize the use of student learning time. Which in practice students practice it using Arabic in their daily lives in the boarding school environment. The supporting factor remains the implementation of intensive language classes is the existence of adequate infrastructure and students who are very enthusiastic in attending intensive language classes.
