Multi-Step wind power forecasting model Using LSTM networks, Similar Time Series and LightGBM 基于LSTM网络、相似时间序列和LightGBM的多步风电预测模型

Intermittent and fluctuating wind forces are detrimental to the grid. A multivariate model was proposed to improve the accuracy of wind power generation prediction in order to induce system operators to reduce risks. The model consists of three steps. First, the meteorological data such as wind speed are predicted by LSTM networks on the basis of traditional time series approaches. Then a method of similar time series matching with hierarchical search is proposed to highlight the main factors and save computing time. We use similar disparity as a criterion to select similar meteorological series and power data as training sets. Finally, similar data are inputted into LightGBM for modeling, training, and prediction. Industrial data of the wind power plant is examined case. The results are clearly display that the proposed method can effectively predict wind power in the next 6 hours and achieve high precision, which has certain engineering practical value.

Cultivating Computational Thinking Among Students Of Liberal Art In Basic Computer Courses 在计算机基础课程中培养文科学生的计算思维

With the concept of Computational Thinking proposed, how to cultivate students’ Computational Thinking in basic computer courses has become the focus of basic computer education reform in recent years. Computational Thinking has gradually been recognized by computer educators and has become an important goal of basic computer education. According to the author’s experience, the paper analyzes the reasons why students of literal arts also need to acquire Computational Thinking after summarizing the current research status of Computational Thinking at home and abroad. Regarding the cultivation of Computational Thinking ability as a higher level than knowledge learning and skill training, the paper puts forward some improving suggestions on how to cultivate Computational Thinking among students of liberal arts.
随着计算思维概念的提出,如何在计算机基础课程中培养学生的计算思维能力已成为近年来计算机基础教育改革的焦点。计算思维逐渐被计算机教育工作者所认可,并成为计算机基础教育的重要目标。本文在总结了计算思维的国内外研究现状后,结合笔者的亲身经历,分析了文科生为什么也需要学习计算思维的原因。将计算思维能力的培养视为知识学习和技能训练的更高层次,对文科学生如何培养计算思维提出了改进意见。

A Nonintersecting Multipath Routing Protocol for Wireless Sensor Networks 无线传感器网络的非相交多路径路由协议

Due to constrained resources, stable and reliable routing protocols have always been a research focus in sensor networks. In order to improve network stability, based on the breadth-first search, this paper proposes a non-intersecting multi-path routing algorithm based on the breadth-first search. The proposed algorithm constructs two disjoint paths transmitting the data collected by sensing nodes to sink node to improve the reliability of the routing protocol, which can well solve common-link problem and/or the common-node problem in multipath routing protocols. Moreover, this algorithm can also be easily applied to multi-sink node network and be extended to multi-path routing (more than two non-intersecting paths). The experiments in this study show that the packet loss rate of the algorithm does not increase when the number of network nodes increases. In addition, this algorithm can significantly reduce the average routing length and improve routing reliability in multi-sink node networks.

Analysis of the Health Status of Railway Vehicle Bearings Based on Improved HDP-HMM 基于改进HDP-HMM的轨道车辆轴承健康状态分析

In order to solve the problem that state number of the hidden Markov model (HMM) must be specified in advance and the convergence result of HDP-HMM is sensitive to hyperparameters, a bearing health status analysis model based on improved HDP-HMM is proposed in this paper. Based on the Hierarchical Dirichlet Process (HDP) and Hidden Markov Models, the model uses the nonparametric properties of the hierarchical Dirichlet process to infer the number of hidden states, compensates for the defects of HMM, and utilizes Bayesian Optimization and Mann-Kendall criteria optimize its hyperparameters. At the same time, considering the ergodic topology of the traditional HDP-HMM is not suitable for the timing monitoring data of the bearings, we convert the HDPHMM topology into a left-to-right mode, which is more suitable for the needs of health status analysis. In addition, taking the nonlinear characteristics of the performance degradation process of railway vehicle bearings into consideration, we use GKPCA (greedy kernel principal components analysis) to extract features of bearing degradation. Finally, the model is verified by using the monitoring data collected during the train running such as the bearing temperatures. The experimental results show that the proposed HDP-HMM can effectively identify multiple health status of the railway vehicle bearings and has reliable performance. It provides an important basis for the state repair of the railway vehicles bearings under actual conditions.

Enormous rapid development of Information Communication Technologies (ICT), but also other closely related domains essentially and immensely changed human society and everyday life especially in last decade. Comparing to 20 or 30 years ago life in modern, highly developed societies almost has been completely changed influenced by technological and science innovations and applications in all domains of human life. Supported by ICT, especially fast developing rather new technologies and concepts like Internet of Things (IoT), Internet of Everything (IoE), Smart environments SE), Smart and mobile devices, and soon, Medicine, Healthcare and medical areas faced essential shift ahead. On the other hand, society goes toward an ageing global population caused by remarkable gains in life expectancy. Also, there exist wide range of different activities and unpredictable situations that cause, even within young population, a significant number of disabled people who needs adequate medical support and treatment. Aa a consequence of such situation wide range of stakeholders, research communities, governments, and policy makers invest serious efforts to support development of smart and intelligent environments, ambient assisted living to facilitate independent living of old and disabled population. One of extremely promising Artificial Intelligence (AI) fields that can offer numerous solutions for solving these problems is Agent Technology.

Research on Sequential Prediction Model for Gas Pipeline Pressure Value Based on Spatial Correlation 基于空间相关性的输气管道压力值序列预测模型研究

Pipeline failure is the most common condition in gas pipeline networks. It is directly reflected in the abnormal pressure values in pipelines. To solve this problem, it is very important to scientifically predict the abnormal pressure of the gas network in a certain period of time in the future. This paper presents a sequential prediction model for gas pipeline pressure using Gradient Boosting Regression Tree as its primary function, which is termed as sequential GBRT(SGBRT). In SGBRT, a series of GBRTs are connected sequentially to extend the lead time of forecast, each of them taking a forecast value from an immediate preceding GBRT as input. The output of each GBRT is modified by adding an expected value of error so that the residual variance of the forecast series is minimized. In addition, through the spatial correlation analysis of the pipeline network, the study excavates the dependence between pressure value of different parts of the pipeline, so that the input features of the model are extended. The experimental results show that the prediction model is correct and effective, which improves the prediction accuracy of gas pipeline pressure value.

Prediction of Passive Sonar Detection Range in Different Detection Probability 不同探测概率下被动声呐探测距离的预测

The traditional passive Sonar detection range refers to the maximum distance of the passive sonar when the detection probability achieves 50%. However, in the practical application of sonar or the tactical decision process, the different detection probability should be considered to ensure the effective completion of the specific mission task and the operational command. In order to predict the detection range of passive sonar in different detection probability, the sonar equation is used as the logical basis. The receiver-operating-characteristic curve is calculated by theoretically assuming the background and background-plus-signals pressure samples distribution of the receiver, and the underwater acoustic channel transmission characteristic curves are given in combination with a specific marine environment. Then, the influence of the passive sonar detection range under the typical detection probability is obtained. The study provides quantitative information for the tactical decision-making of ship commanders and provides theoretical support for the effective use of sonar equipment.

However, in the practical application of sonar or the tactical decision process, the different detection probability should be considered to ensure the effective completion of the specific mission task and the operational command. In order to predict the detection range of passive sonar in different detection probability, the sonar equation is used as the logical basis. The receiver-operating-characteristic curve is calculated by theoretically assuming the background and background-plus-signals pressure samples distribution of the receiver, and the underwater acoustic channel transmission characteristic curves are given in combination with a specific marine environment. Then, the influence of the passive sonar detection range under the typical detection probability is obtained. A Convolutional Encoder-Decoder Architecture for Retinal Blood Vessel Segmentation in Fundus Images 眼底图像中视网膜血管分割的卷积编解码器结构

A variety of retinal pathologies use fundus images to do non-invasive diagnosis through the analysis of retinal vasculatures. An Encoder-decoder architecture based on fully convolutional neural network for retinal vessel segmentation in fundus images, termed RetNet, is presented in this paper. RetNet consists of an encoder module as a contracting pathway to extract hierarchical features and a corresponding decoder module as an expansive pathway to reconstruct the full-size input. Particularly, RetNet integrates two different shortcut connections to capture more contextual and semantic information and can output more precise results without any post-processing techniques. The architecture is evaluated on the publicly accessible dataset of Digital Retinal Image for Vessel Extraction (DRIVE). Its comparisons with the ground truth and several state-of-the-art segmentation approaches including unsupervised and supervised methods show that RetNet can achieve strong performance on the limited medical dataset at a faster convergence speed.

A System for Measuring the Printing and Coating Thickness of Iron Sheet Based on Eddy Current Sensor 一种基于涡流传感器的铁皮印刷和涂层厚度测量系统

In this paper, the printing and coating thickness measurement system of iron sheet printing based on eddy current sensor is introduced. By measuring the multi point thickness of the production line, the printing and coating thickness of the single plate and the whole plane is obtained by mathematical fitting. The sensor of measuring system is designed, the working principle is analyzed, the nonlinear error of printing and coating thickness of iron sheet with different thickness is determined experimentally, and the non-linear correction is made by using EPROM. The measurement precision is further improved by temperature compensation of the sensing detection system. Finally, the measurement results are managed and processed by the MCU and the upper computer to realize information sharing. This method is non-contact, and can not be affected by the measured objects and adverse environment to sensors. It is widely used in real-time monitoring in the production process.

Design and Realization of Counterbore Inspection System Based on Machine Vision 基于机器视觉的顶孔检测系统的设计与实现

As one of the most basic and most important processes of mechanical processing, counterbores often have defects such as skew corners and inconsistent dimensions. How to quickly detect the countersink defects of the processing equipments is an urgent problem to be solved by the mechanical manufacturing enterprise. The monocular vision-based detection method replaces the traditional artificial detection method with a series of advantages such as high efficiency, strong stability, high accuracy and high degree of automation, and becomes an important research direction in the field of mechanical manufacturing automation. In this paper, the technology of visual measurement for the counterbores is put forward, which mainly uses the laser sensor as the acquisition device, carries out the counterbores image processing through the industrial computer, and adopts the numerical control machine system to display and preserve the measurement results. It has been tested and verified that the counterbore inspection system runs smoothly and meets the needs of the current enterprises.
顶孔加工作为机械加工中最基本、最重要的工序之一,常存在斜角、尺寸不一致等缺陷。如何快速检测加工设备的沉孔缺陷是机械制造企业迫切需要解决的问题。基于单目视觉的检测方法以效率高、稳定性强、精度高、自动化程度高等一系列优点取代了传统的人工检测方法,成为机械制造自动化领域的重要研究方向。本文提出了一种复孔视觉测量技术,主要采用激光传感器作为采集装置,通过工控机对复孔进行图像处理,并采用数控机床系统对测量结果进行显示和保存。经测试验证,本系统运行平稳,符合当前企业的需求。
