Tourism is becoming one of the leading and growing industries in the current conditions of the development of the world economy.In order to dynamically develop tourism and attract income to the country's economy, tour operators producing a tourism product should use innovative tourist routes to meet the needs of domestic and foreign tourists. Expected results through innovation strengthen the relationship between tourism enterprises and consumers, also allow tour operators to change their product to a new type, different from the usual. The article discusses the types and forms of innovative tourism in Kazakhstan.

Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation have a long – standing partnership experience in the tourism sector. It is actively manifested in scientific relations, academic mobility between universities and, of course, in the exchange of tourists. Both countries also take into account new trends in tourism, expressed in the interest of most travelers to alternative tours. For instance, those that highlight the contribution of famous statesmen to the strengthening of Kazakh – Russian relations, outstanding scientists in geographical and zoological research on the territory of both states and etc. Trade relations between the countries are of no less interest. These relations were formed back in the era of the Great Silk Road and nowadays they continue to develop dynamically. Therefore, this work, revealing one of the pages of this process, which falls on the XIX century, is relevant, since it can serve as the basis for a tour

About the experience of the Kazakh Academy of Sports and Tourism in the training of future guides 关于哈萨克斯坦体育与旅游学院在培养未来导游方面的经验

For many years, the goal of training professional guides in Kazakhstan has not found its cardinal solution. Back in September 2009, summing up the results of the session of the World Tourism Organization held in Astana, the first President of the Republic of Kazakhstan noted that within the framework of tourism development in the country, it is urgently necessary to solve this problem. The same calls, ten years later, were made in the State Program for the Development of the tourism industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2019-2025. This article is devoted to the actual problem of training subjects of tourist activity- guides and guides. As a research task, the authors determined an attempt to evaluate the existing experience of the Kazakh Academy of Sports and Tourism in the training of future guides with the prospect of its dissemination in the curricula of faculties and departments of tourism, training specialized specialists.

Organization of hiking trips in the context of improving patriotic education 在加强爱国主义教育的背景下组织徒步旅行

The sphere of the tourism industry is capable of becoming one of the means of educating young people today, because tourism is not only a means of active recreation, but at the same time, it is a source that allows you to develop and form moral culture, civic feelings, a sense of camaraderie. This article examines the theoretical aspects of the influence of hiking trips on the development of patriotism, reveals the understanding of the term “patriotism”, describes the analysis of research that allows us to consider the structure of patriotism. The importance of the development of patriotism in modern society, the need to foster a sense of patriotism among the younger generation is noted. The methods of implementing the education of a sense of patriotism by organizing hiking trips, the role of hiking trips and the prospects for their development, taking into account the development of the tourism cluster of Kazakhstan, are revealed in more detail. The concepts aimed at the development of tourism in Kazakhstan are listed. The results and analysis of a sociological survey among the youth of the city of Almaty on the impact of hiking trips on the education of a sense of patriotism are presented. On the example of the Kazakh Academy of Sports and Tourism, the types of hikes are described, their relevance at the present time.

This article highlights current problems related to improving quality of service incoming and domestic tourists in the catering segment.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the problems of development of cultural tourism in Central Asia as an important element of cross-border cooperation in the region. The work examines the features of the organization of tourism activities in cross-border regions, analyzes the conditions and opportunities for the development of cultural tourism in them, and identifies problems that impede its effective growth. It is concluded that it is necessary to consolidate the efforts of the Central Asian countries in creating high-quality tourism products in cross-border regions that have powerful potential in terms of forming a unique tourism brand as the basis for further integration of countries at a new level. The author focuses on the need to train highly qualified personnel to service large tourist flows, the need for further development of tourism, information, and transport infrastructure in the cross-border region

This paper ascertains the perceptions of Turkish foodservice industry experts (i.e., executive chefs, business owners, and academicians) to predict the future of the foodservice industry in the robot-based economy. A content analysis was performed by drawing on the qualitative data that occurred through 18 semi-structured interviews. The findings illustrate the present and anticipated status of the usage of robots and AI and the possible impact of robotization and AI on employment in the foodservice industry based on its’ experts’ perspective. It reveals a futurity glimb for the foodservice industry in the robot-based economy era. Several theoretical and managerial implications are discussed.

FLEXIBLE TO SHIFT OR TRANSFORM: EFFECTS OF COVID-19 ON THE FUTURE ANXIETY OF HOSPITALITY STUDENTS 灵活转换或转型:COVID-19对酒店学生未来焦虑的影响

COVID-19 has represented a turning point for hospitality industry with enormous effects leading to a potential transformation. This study aims to identify the effects of this period on the pandemic evaluation and future considerations of hospitality students to suggest actions for decision-makers in hospitality education to motivate students into sustainable careers in the sector. The findings of the quantitative research report that students’ evaluations of the pandemic are explained by future anxiety and openness. Students with prior work experience tend to have more negative evaluations of the pandemic. The findings of the qualitative research point out that students evaluate the pandemic period with a realistic and optimistic perspective to enhance their capabilities to adapt to changes, transform or shift to a relevant sector.

ANALYZING THE TOURIST MARKETS WITH A NEW TOOL: Tourist Market Typology 用旅游市场类型学分析旅游市场

To develop appropriate strategies through classifying the tourist markets is an important issue to increase the tourism revenue. In this study, a tourist market typology was developed. Tourist markets were divided into eight groups in terms of their average daily expenditures, average length of stay, and their contribution to the tourism revenue of destination. Typology of tourist markets was applied using the Turkish tourism data of 2018. It gives concrete recommendations about which strategy to be pursued for each markets in order to maximize the tourism revenue while controlling the cost that associated with the tourism operations.
通过对旅游市场的分类,制定相应的策略,是提高旅游收入的重要问题。本研究建立了旅游市场类型学。根据游客的平均日消费、平均停留时间和对目的地旅游收入的贡献,将旅游市场分为8类。使用2018年土耳其旅游数据对旅游市场进行类型学分析。它给出了具体的建议,以哪种战略,以追求每个市场,以最大限度地提高旅游收入,同时控制与旅游业务相关的成本。

THE REVIEW OF THE DATA OF TURKISH TOURISM INDUSTRY VIA THE TREND ANALYSIS METHOD 通过趋势分析方法对土耳其旅游业的数据进行回顾

Just as in the entire world, the tourism industry in Turkey has a large influence on many sub-industries. Amongst such industries, the accommodation and food & beverage come to the forefront a bit more in terms of meeting the expectations and the density of the tourism related expenditures. The way for Turkey to increase its tourism related income and to reach to a higher place within the global competition goes through achieving sustained tourism activities and keeping the whole tourism industry standing. This can only be achieved by rendering the enterprises in the industry financially improved and by conducting effective financial analyses because the financial statuses of the enterprises can only be outlined via financial analyses in the clearest manner and the soundest plans and forecasts for the future can be made through this way. In this study, within the scope of findings, obtained by implementing trend analysis method onto the industrial data of the tourism industry, which is comprised of the accommodation and food & beverage related businesses in Turkey, supplied by The Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye, determinations regarding the financial status of the industry have been made.
