Evaluating professional competence has been a significant challenge for educators. Professional competence is widely evaluated, and the implications for all those seeking certification are stringent. Through research on some problems with examinees in the biology teacher qualification examination of a middle school in recent years, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the cultivation of biology teacher-students in middle schools. This work proposes an intelligent method for identifying the influential factors in predicting failure on the biology teachers’ qualification certificate exam. This work utilizes ensemble learning method to predict the examinees result. The relationship between the variables and the influential factors are identified by using correlation analysis. The statistical significance of the proposed model is assessed with the help of the proportional chance criterion. The proposed model was statistically significant according to the experimental results.

In the face of this reality, it is urgent to explore the implementation and optimization of personalized recommendation technology. As information technology in education penetrates the teaching process, personalized teaching has become a research hotspot in the field of education. The deep integration of cognitive diagnosis and education provides an effective measurement and assessment method for personalized teaching. Based on the theory of cognitive diagnosis and test data, this paper makes a different analysis of students’ cognitive status. The study found that the cognitive diagnosis identified each student’s attribute mastery pattern, and students who had the same score did not mean they had the same mastery pattern. At present, there are still a series of problems to be solved urgently in the performance management of colleges and universities, such as weak process of performance appraisal, imperfect performance management system and lack of pertinence of performance management. In this paper, the author uses B/S architecture as the development framework of performance management system, Windows 10.0 as the operating system, C# as the programming language, and ASP.NET as the development platform. ASP.NET works by HTTP protocol, and uses HTTP commands to set up the two-way communication between browser and server to ensure the system running. Visual Studio 2019 is selected as the bottom development tool, SQL server database is selected to store system data, and aspx function page is set under the function module, so as to improve the detailed functions of each module of KPI performance management system in colleges and universities. In the aspect of web server, the system chooses IIS version 10.0 to improve the operation ability of the server.

Water scarcity is a worldwide problem that is closely aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals. Education is considered to be an effective means to promote people’s participation in water conservation. So far, emotional and moral education in water-saving education is important and emotions have been used to promote various pro-environmental behaviors, but researchers have rarely discussed how emotions affect water-saving behavior from the social level in water-saving education. This research is trying to use facial recognition technology to assist psychology to categories individual’s social emotions and analyze individual’s psychological characteristics in front of certain water-saving situations in terms of emotion. This research uses facial recognition technology, to recognize mood swings automatically caused by when different pictures were presented. It proves that pictures of specific scenes can cause different social emotions between individuals based on different experiments. Eventually, a set of positive and negative social-emotional pictures were selected. It not only provides a new measurement method for future research on social emotions, but also provides a new understanding of classroom teaching and outdoor teaching in water-saving education, and also provides theoretical support for the compilation of water-saving education textbooks.

With the rapid development of science and technology, the digital society has gradually formed, which makes the sculpture teaching methods in colleges and universities also have a digital evolution. Compared with traditional sculpture teaching, digital sculpture teaching in colleges and universities based on virtual reality technology can show the artistic beauty of sculpture course more conveniently and comprehensively. In order to explore the digital teaching mode of university sculpture course, this paper studies the online training system of university sculpture course based on virtual reality technology. In this system, a sculpture model is established by 3dsmax, and various business functions of the application system are developed by using the script compiler and C# language in unity3D rendering scene. The relational database uses SQL Sever to build the database server, and the web server uses Apache tomcat. The video files of this system are stored on a separate FMS server for convenient and quick access. The practice shows that the development of this application system can further develop and improve the digital teaching methods of sculpture courses in colleges and universities.

A novel joint simulation framework based on OPNET External System Module (ESM) for tactical data links is proposed. It uses the extension interface to organically combine the data link node model of the OPNET simulation platform with ESM based on C/C++, and drives the time rolling and event execution of the OPNET simulation platform and ESM through the execution controller. Then, the SPMA protocol of TTNT waveform is taken as an example to illustrate the design and implementation of the key links in the joint simulation framework, such as expansion interface, node model, ESM, etc. Finally, a typical network scene are set to comprehensively evaluate the rate control of SPMA and other key functional indicators, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed joint simulation framework.

Aiming at the current assessment methods of college courses, an algorithm of student grade evaluation based on clustering is proposed. Using course performance data from multiple platforms, after preprocessing and integration, K-means algorithm is used to classify the results, and then Mahalanobis distance is used to achieve the grade evaluation of the results. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has a good effect, the algorithm has a guiding significance for the students in the edge of classification, and has a good application value.

Word recognition has been one of the focuses of cognitive linguistic research in recent years. The Hi-speed eye-tracking instrument produced by SMI Company in Germany was used to do research on Amdo Tibetan college students’ English word recognition by auditory priming. The experimental results showed that “sound” was activated first, then “form”, and finally “meaning”. Based on this, Phonetic Principal and Form Auxiliary Route was constructed. The results illustrate that when the Amdo Tibetan college students process auditory English vocabulary, they not only pay attention to “sound” input also to the role of “form”. Therefore, the English teachers need to make full use of the privilege of trilinguals’ auditory route, strengthen the input of “sound”, and meanwhile pay attention to the auxiliary function of “form” to improve trilingual college students’ efficiency of word recognition.

Information overload is a common problem in the construction of online platforms for blended learning, and personalized recommendation is a solution to this challenge. However, the traditional collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm is not fully applicable to online blended learning platforms characterized by sparse rating data and rich text and social information. In this paper, a new model of user learning interest similarity measurement was constructed using the author-topic model based on user-generated text and behavior information. Comprehensive user trust relationships were constructed and comprehensive trust was calculated based on user interaction behavior information by taking trust and distrust factors into full account. User learning styles were automatically identified by analyzing users’ multidimensional learning behavior patterns. Finally, a social recommendation algorithm integrating interest similarity, comprehensive trust, and learning styles was proposed. In addition, an experimental analysis was conducted using the actual data set of the online blended learning platform China University MOOC. The results indicated that the recommended method in this paper can better recommend learning resources of interest to users and effectively improve the recommendation accuracy, thus improving users’ learning effect.

User learning styles were automatically identified by analyzing users’ multidimensional learning behavior patterns. Finally, a social recommendation algorithm integrating interest similarity, comprehensive trust, and learning styles was proposed. In addition, an experimental analysis was conducted using the actual data set of the online blended learning platform China University MOOC.
