Application of the software for BWA systems for analysis and design 应用该软件对BWA系统进行分析和设计

The paper observes the algorithm of the BWA design on the base of stated task of multistage optimization. The software employment is presented with simulation of a one-layer and two-layer structure of BW. Advantages of the two-layer structure are shown and the optimal parameters being entry requirements for the following design stages are determined.

Influence of excitation conditions of resonator with longitudinal coupling slot on the amplitude-phase distribution in waveguide-slot antenna 纵向耦合槽谐振腔激励条件对波导槽天线幅相分布的影响

The influence on the radiation characteristics of a single radiating slot has been researched on the basis of the solution of the resonator excitation problem by a longitudinal slot and loaded radiating slots. Calculations of the resonance linear waveguide-slot array with a required amplitude-phase distribution (APD), with regard to the internal and external interactions between the radiating slots, were carried out.

The conditions of instability of plasma polaritons in infinite structures, which were derived by a periodic recurrence of two alternating semiconductor layers, was considered. It was assumed that carrier drift takes place. The conditions for the appearance of the instability and its increments of growth were derived.

Method of scanning near-field optical lithography 扫描近场光学光刻方法

A contact scanning near-field optical lithography method has been developed to enable fabrication of different nanoelements; (metal, dielectric, etched in surface or its combinations) on the various surfaces (metal, dielectric, light- and heavy doped semiconductors). The method involves interaction of heated probe of scanning near-field optical microscope with two-layer coating, followed by pattern transfer onto sample surface. The software for creation of different nanoelements; is developed. The nanoelements; with characteristic dimensions of about 50 nm are fabricated.

The numerical modeling of light propagation in a 2D photonic crystal (PC) optical fiber is carried out using the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method. Along with results of this modeling, the Maxwell's equation for the case of PCs are derived.

Features of the system include: wide dynamic range; solid-state synthesized source with 0.3 Hz step and /spl plusmn/5/spl times/10/sup -8/ frequency uncertainty; pure source signal spectrum, with harmonic and nonharmonic spurious suppression of more than 40 dB; calibration with interpolation through the entire frequency range; a convenient user interface; hard copy output to a printer; modular system architecture with flexible options and possible performance expansion; two independent measurement channels with arbitrary choice of measuring parameter (including transmission/reflection), frequency and number of points; available options to 178 GHz and/or with inch-based waveguides according to IEC standards.

The two-dimensional numerical models of two-island single-electron structures are developed. The model allows one to achieve good agreement with the experimental data. A comparison with results from other known models is also carried out. The proposed model has been included in the program complex for the simulation of multiple-tunnel junction single-electron devices MTJ-SET-NANODEV.
