Purpose: The influence of dispositional mindfulness in the service sector employees at the workplace was tremendously accumulating in the context of mental health. Employees in this sector face countless challenges due to workload, target pressure, tight deadlines, and stringent norms that hinder mindful ability at work. A systematic review in this field could be beneficial in identifying the measures, theories, and terminology utilized by researchers to assess the sense of dispositional mindfulness. Methodology: We systematically reviewed quantitative and non-interventional research papers on dispositional mindfulness, which were strongly associated with mental health markers in service sector employees. We proposed to conduct a literature search from 2010 on PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science databases. This study followed “Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis – Protocol’ (PRISMA-P)” guidelines and bibliometric analysis. Findings: This review emerged with themes such as cognitive, emotional, and psychopathological mental health markers, which portrayed the relationship between dispositional mindfulness and the mental health of service sector professionals. Dispositional mindfulness was related to depressive symptoms, anxiety, burnout, stress, and emotional regulation. Practical Implications: This study provided a foundation for researchers, practitioners, and academicians for a better selection of training and therapies related to mindfulness for service sector employees. Future research should be focused on incorporating workplace-based mindfulness interventions for service sector employees to improve their well-being. Originality: Unlike previous research on dispositional mindfulness, the current research attempted to examine the effectiveness of dispositional mindfulness on mental health markers and well-being in service industry employees. Purpose: This study investigated the impact of leadership styles on employee turnover and organizational performance, specifically focusing on ethical leadership and leadership effectiveness. The determinants of employee turnover and their influence on organizational behavior were examined with job stress and turnover intentions. Methodology: In order to gather information on ethical leadership, leadership effectiveness, and employee turnover intentions, questionnaires were delivered to 70 firms in northern India. SPSS and AMOS were used for data analysis. Findings: Ethical leadership and leadership effectiveness significantly affected organizational behavior, specifically regarding job stress and turnover intentions. While ethical leadership had a milder negative impact on turnover intentions and workplace stress, effective leadership had a more pronounced effect. Workplace stress was found to increase turnover intentions substantially, and these intentions were associated with effective leadership and organizational behavior related to work stress. The influence of a leader’s effectiveness and ethical leadership on turnover intentions decreased when accounting for work stress. Effective leadership and ethical practices mitigated work stress and subsequently reduced turnover. Practical Implications: This study underscores the importance of organizational practices and culture that promote ethical behavior among leaders. This strategy improved organizational performance, promoted a positive work environment, increased leadership effectiveness, and decreased attrition rates. Originality: Unlike other research, this study concentrated on Northern India and looked at how leaders’ effectiveness, in combination with their ethical leadership style, affected organizational improvement and turnover intentions.

Purpose: This study aimed to assess the influence of flexible work arrangements, person–job fit, and job benefits on employees’ well-being and turnover intentions. A conceptual framework was proposed to examine how an organization’s flexibility culture and employees’ perceptions of job fit and benefits impacted their eudaimonic well-being and turnover intentions. This study examined the connections between turnover intentions, eudaimonic workplace well-being, employment benefits, and flexibility culture. Through this in-depth investigation, the study offered insightful recommendations to help firms enhance employee well-being, increase retention, and maximize overall organizational success. Methodology: A structured questionnaire was administered to Bangalore, Karnataka’s Information Technology (IT) sector employees. The study garnered 259 valid responses from participants employed in three distinct IT firms. The two-step modeling approach validated the proposed conceptual framework. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed for data analysis. Findings: The findings revealed that flexibility culture, person–job fit, and job benefits influenced employees’ eudaimonic well-being, subsequently affecting their turnover intentions. Specifically, flexibility culture and job benefits were found to impact turnover intention and their indirect effects directly. The study highlighted the evolving employee expectations and the importance of fostering well-being within a dynamic work environment. Practical Implications: The study’s practical implications underscored the significance of adopting flexible work arrangements aligning with employees’ job fit and offering favorable benefits. This strategy may help to improve employee satisfaction and reduce plans for turnover. The study’s distinctiveness resided in its comprehensive examination of the relationships among flexibility culture, person–job fit, employment perks, well-being, and turnover intentions in the context of the information technology industry. Originality: The paper’s uniqueness stemmed from carefully analyzing the intricate relationships between several crucial factors and their combined effects on employees’ well-being and intent to leave the company in the evolving organizational landscape.

Purpose : The major goal of this study was to improve the understanding of the factors that influence adolescent fashion clothing loyalty. While there was a considerable amount of research on this subject, it primarily focused on adult loyalty factors, with little attention paid to researching adolescent loyalty behaviors. Design/Methodology/Approach : The research adopted a quantitative methodology involving 446 participants. Data were collected among Indian adolescents through a meticulously designed structured questionnaire comprising of 21 items, each evaluated using a 5-point Likert scale. The research used the partial least squares (PLS) method to determine the selected constructs’ importance. Findings : According to the findings, brand sensitivity and the internet impacted satisfaction and brand loyalty. In contrast, socialization had an effect on brand loyalty rather than enjoyment. Research Implications : The research implications of this study could include insights for marketers targeting adolescent consumers, suggesting the importance of brand sensitivity and the Internet in fostering loyalty. Additionally, the findings regarding socialization’s impact solely on brand loyalty could affect how peer influence affected consumer behavior. Originality/Value : The originality and value of this research lay in its exploration of adolescent loyalty factors often overlooked in previous studies. By incorporating multiple elements and mediating factors, this study contributed to a deeper understanding of how adolescents develop loyalty toward fashion apparel brands.

Purpose : This study aimed to assess the impact on Indian technology professionals’ career commitment through adverse career events such as career plateau and its manifesting factors. The key objectives of the study were: First, learn about the underlying factors that may have impacted ITians’ ability to curate sustainable career growth in IT; second, assay how these factors, in turn, could affect the overall IT career commitment; and third, analyze how perceived external employability could moderate the impact on career commitment. Methodology : A measurement model based on social cognitive theory, career plateau, and conservation of resources was designed. Three hundred sixty-one responses were received from Indian IT professionals using a structured questionnaire. SEM analysis was performed using AMOS to analyze the model’s and hypotheses’s validity. Findings : The results showed career commitment having a significant negative influence due to career plateau, the levels of which were alleviated when employees exhibited more vital growth aspirations coupled with a high sense of belief in their ability to acquire new skills and competencies continually. Practical Implications : This study provided a critical reference for employees to proactively curate career development strategies invigorating career commitment and long-term career growth prospects. It also generated insights for organizational policymakers to construct career development and training frameworks that could boost employee motivation, resulting in improved job engagement and productivity. Originality : To our knowledge, this is the first study to foray into analyzing the career commitment of Indian IT professionals and, as such, could serve as a robust foundation for future research on this topic, furthering knowledge of newer career patterns emerging in this sector.

Purpose : This research aimed to explore the role of the circular economy (CE) in shaping contemporary marketing strategies and promoting sustainable consumption among consumers. The study aimed to delve into the complexities involved in driving behavioral changes toward circular consumption and how marketers can transcend traditional rational marketing communications to achieve this goal. Methodology : This research adopted an opinion perspective based on a thorough review of literature from credible sources. It drew on research papers published in high-quality peer-reviewed journals focusing on circular economy, sustainability, and marketing communications. Key Findings : The study examined the application of the elaboration likelihood model to understand how marketers can effectively persuade and influence consumer behavior for a sustainable future. It sheds light on marketers’ utilization of the central route and peripheral route strategies to incorporate circular economy principles. Practical Implications : The insights presented in this research offered valuable guidance to policymakers and marketers in promoting sustainable thinking among consumers and encouraging circular consumption patterns. Consequently, the findings contributed not only to the well-being of consumers and societies in terms of sustainability but also aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) for the year 2030. Originality : The significance of circular economy and sustainability in the marketing landscape is gaining prominence. This research stands out by offering novel insights and opening up new avenues for further exploration in both theoretical and practical aspects, aspects that have been relatively underexplored in existing literature and practice.
