Purpose : This paper aimed to develop a holistic e-commerce adoption model and explore the significant factors at various stages of e-commerce adoption in emerging markets in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Design/Methodology/Approach : A research model was developed by combining the diffusion of innovation and technological-organizational-environmental models with a staged model. A purposive sampling method was followed, and 384 MSME units were selected. A quantitative approach was used with a structured questionnaire as a research instrument. Findings : The factors that influence the adoption of e-commerce were observed in two ways; one is a sequential way where an enterprise starts with primary e-mail and, step by step, reaches the most advanced stage, which included not only online ordering but also online payment capabilities. Furthermore, while moving to advanced stages of e-commerce adoption, enterprises follow a nonsequential way, where an enterprise could skip some stages while moving to complex stages of e-commerce adoption. Research Implications : Various stakeholders would understand the barriers faced by the MSMEs in emerging markets so that necessary steps could be initiated to tackle this issue. Originality/Value : The study proposed a novel, holistic e-commerce adoption model and addressed the research gap by seeking to understand how MSMEs in India were adopting e-commerce by exploring their level and sequence of adoption.

Purpose : The primary focus of the study was to explore and provide a critical evaluation of work-life balance (WLB) and work-life conflict (WLC) literature and their publishing trends via bibliometric analysis. Methodology : The current analysis was based on a bibliometric analysis VOSviewer software, and through this, 449 articles were retrieved from the Scopus database covering the 2018–2022 time span. The following techniques of bibliometric analysis were used in this research: Citation analysis, cocitation analysis, and a thematic overview of WLB and WLC corpus (cooccurrence analysis). Additionally, coauthorship analysis was based on authors, institutions, and countries of published papers. Findings : The study’s findings unearthed the most essential and potent journals, the top cited authors, thematic structure, and five thematic clusters of WLB and WLC. It additionally rendered data of the prominent authors, journals, institutions, and nations that have shaped the previous review in this field of research. Originality : This analysis depicted that the concept is yet to be consumed, and more studies are still required to continue the analysis. Limitations and further recommendations were also highlighted in the current study.

Purpose : The research aimed to explore the research on boundaryless careers and found trends to set future research agendas. The study was a comprehensive bibliometric review of research on boundaryless careers. This study discovered significant and crucial aspects related to boundaryless career studies. Methodology : The research comprised 360 studies on boundaryless careers retrieved from the Web of Science (WOS) database. A bibliometric study of the database was performed to identify specific trends in boundaryless careers. This bibliometric analysis study employed the R program (biblioshiny package) for impact analysis and the Vosviewer program to determine the co-occurrence of authors, countries, and sources, among other things. The research revealed a knowledge deficit in the field of boundaryless careers. Findings : The study’s findings suggested that the concept of a boundaryless career was first published in 1995. Countries like the USA, UK, and China are leading in total production. The study also exhibited the results of co-citation and co-occurrence analysis in the paper. Practical Implications : The research added to the body of knowledge on boundaryless careers. The research findings would be valuable for future researchers and academicians pursuing careers in human resource management. Originality : The bibliometric study on a boundaryless career is unique. It highlighted the significance of boundaryless career orientation with other significant variables for future studies.
