Nowadays inter-ethnic marriage has become a common thing happened in Indonesia. From the inter-ethnic marriage, there is an influence to children’s language because parents will teach their children about their languages. In addition, children spend a lot of time to interact with surrounding where they live. For instance, if they live in Javanese surrounding which is known when they speak so it makes children know and follow the Javanese dialect, Another factor that influence a child to have capability to know many languages besides the two factors above are the child’s intention to learn a new language and also the relation with their peers. The purpose of this research is to know what makes someone becomes multilingual and what factors that influence someone becomes multilingual are. The methods used in data collection are simak method, recording techniques, and noted techniques. In analyzing the data, the author uses the social aspect as padan method. While in the data presentation, the author uses informal method. Based on the analysis of data, there are eight respondents become multilingual because the influence of parents and surrounding where they live. Two respondents become multilingual because the influence of surrounding where they live. The results of the study are ten respondents show that they becomes multilingual because they can speak two or more languages that they got from their parents and surrounding. One of the successes in high school student learning lies in the use of learning method or model. The development of technology has given great influence on the world of today’s education. Learning media that are independent and technology-based become an attraction for students to improve learning motivation and to educate students to be able to learn independently. This study aims to develop the interactive learning media through webtoon applications as an effort to shape the character of high school students through literacy culture. This research also aims to foster high school students' interest in reading through smart phone technology. The subjects of this study were high school students. The research method used is the method of triangulation which includes data triangulation, triangulation between researchers and theory triangulation. Data collection techniques used in this studywere interviews, observation and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results of this study are scientific publications and products in the form of interactive learning media in an effort to strengthen the character of high school students. The Purpose of this study is to sosialize the understanding of treating a dead body in Islamic ways in Pedalangan Village, Banyumanik Sub District, Semarang. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative through pretest and postest as the tools to analyze and solve the problems. This study is able to provide solutions to various deficiencies in understanding how to take care of dead body in Islamic way with 3.8%-53.9% incremental understanding. English has become part of the education curriculum that must be taught to students. Therefore, many schools strive to provide the best English teaching and learning systems and methods for their students. One of them is Nuretta Deviana which is an alternative model of learning English. The purpose of this research is to explain the steps of implementing Nuretta Deviana, find and explain the skills and language components that can be learned through Nuretta Deviana, explain the children behavioral forming through NUretta Deviana, find and overcome the obstacles that arise in the implementation of Nuretta Deviana. The approach used is descriptive qualitative based on literature review. Primary data were collected using documentation techniques during the Nuretta Deviana process, performances, and interviews with stakeholders and educators (English teachers in schools). Secondary data were collected using the literature review method. The results of this study stated that Nuretta Deviana can be done by holding preparations, performances and assessments. Nuretta Deviana can hone student’ English skills and components. Diligent, hard work, discipline and tolerance characteristic are implicitly formed through the script which acculturate local culture and British culture. Barriers internally and externally can be overcome with solutions that are carried out continuously. Keywords: nursery rhymes, reader response theory
