Differentiated products combination pricing strategy in supply chain 供应链中差异化产品组合定价策略

The pricing strategy of differentiated products in supply chain was studied in the paper. Firstly, we developed a two-stage differentiated products supply chain model. By building Nash game model, we got the Nash equilibrium solution to manufacturer and retailer's product pricing strategy. The existence of the unique Nash equilibrium solution was proved. By using numerical simulation to analyze the combination pricing strategy of differentiated products, we got the laws of changes in combination pricing strategy, manufacturer's profits and retailer's profits with the variety of product cost, management cost, and the parameters of market demand. The result is consistent with economics principle.

Impact of industrial competitive characteristic on firms' debt financing decision: evidence from China 产业竞争特征对企业债务融资决策的影响:来自中国的证据

Study on debt financing decision of firms in different competitive forms by a dynamic empirical model, includes how to decide the capital structure and the decision between debt financing and equity financing. Result shows that there is important linkage between debt financing decision and industrial competitive characteristic, and when deciding debt financing, completely competitive firms are more rational than monopoly ones.
运用动态实证模型研究不同竞争形式下企业的债务融资决策,包括如何决定资本结构以及债务融资与股权融资之间的决策。结果表明,债务融资决策与产业竞争特征之间存在重要联系,完全竞争企业在债务融资决策时比垄断企业更为理性。

This study is intended to assist property-casualty insurers in modeling their dynamic financial analysis (DFA) system. Moreover, we address the important steps and considerations that go into a user-friendly adaptive decision support system with which the modeler is capable of easily refining the associated models of risk factors through a series of GUIs with as much work as possible left to the computer system.

Study on process capability indices (PCI) for mass customization 面向大规模定制的过程能力指标研究

Mass customization is a kind of fine-new production mode that corporations make individual customization for every customer's requirements by advanced technologies and managerial methods while the costs and time are the same as the volume-production. This paper analyzes the conception and characters of mass customization. And it reviews the current research of process capability indices (PCI) of variety-and-batch production home and abroad. Volume-production and mass customization are compared in the paper. On the basis of discussion of the point estimates and lower confidence limits of SPC, it brings forward the method to fix on PCI of mass customization.

Study on information system of health care services management in hospital 医院卫生服务管理信息系统研究

As the rapid advancement and wide application of computer hardware, software and network, hospital information systems (HISs) have entered almost all hospitals in China and are becoming more important and covering more parts in daily hospital operations. Most functions in a HIS provide the users an easier and faster way in doing their medical tasks with graphic user interface. But the HIS is a management information system focusing on daily operations within hospital to improve efficiency of work by using online clinical data acquisition and processing. So, to some extent, a HIS improve quality of health care services, but it cannot measure and evaluate the quality of health care services. At present, hospitals in China are in a competitive environment. In order to attract more patients, high customers' satisfaction is most important for a hospital in the competition. Hospital services management system (HSMS), which is an information system of health care services management in hospital can improve quality of service and lead to cost reduction, high customers' satisfaction and great attractability to other hospitals' customers. In this paper, we study the HSMS. The main work as follows: review services management and HIS, analyze the contents of health care services management and the functions of a HSMS, design the framework of a HSMS, study the implementation technology of a HSMS, discuss the how to integrate a HSMS into a HIS.

Secure e-transactions using mobile agents with agent broker 使用带有代理代理的移动代理确保电子交易安全

This paper presents an e-transactions protocol using mobile agents. However, when mobile agents travel to a number of servers for searching optimal purchase for the underlying customer, the mobile codes should be protected. We integrate a secure signature algorithm with the e-transaction algorithm to maintain the security. In addition, an agent broker is involved in the algorithm that helps to reduce the communications among the mobile agents, the customer, and the servers. We have presented security and privacy analysis for the proposed protocol.

Collaborative standards development and adoption with network externalities 具有网络外部性的协作标准开发和采用

We study industry-based collaborative standard development and adoption by firms in a consortium setting, when the standard is open and free. We present a game-theoretical model that recognizes the fact that 1) firm's decision to develop or adopt is endogenous, e.g. firms only participate in the development if doing so dominates being a passive adopter of the standard or not adopting at all; 2) the standard is jointly developed by all participating firms; 3) the standard adoption has network externalities, i.e. the more firms use the standard, the more valuable it is to all adopters; 4) developing firms have insider benefit based on their involvement in the standardization, which results in lower adoption cost. We find that 1) no firm want to be a passive adopter if there is no benefit of waiting in adoption; 2) when the benefit of waiting is lower than a threshold, there are no passive adopters and 3) developing firm's contribution is not a function of the network externalities.

Three unequal period inventory models with cost changes 考虑成本变化的三种不等期间库存模型

There have been extensive discussions in the literature for possible extension of the basic economic order quantity (EOQ) model under various situations where the original assumptions are slack. This paper is concerned with three unequal period inventory models with cost increases, which has not been adequately addressed yet. We provide four possible types of the structure of the optimal policy and develop short procedures for determining optimal ordering policy. Our method developed in this paper provides a way to investigate the classical EOQ model for possible extension.

Research on logistics distribution center location model and evaluation under electronic commerce 电子商务下的物流配送中心选址模型与评价研究

Consider the particularity of logistics distribution under electronic-commerce environment, logistics distribution center location model is revised from alternative expenses and terms of time-constrain, and set up model under electronic commerce environment Because the location model is an NP problem, heuristic algorithm is adopted to solve this problem. But the logistics distribution center location under e-commerce environment involves many factors; it's difficult to consider all the factors during the course of establishing the logistics distribution center location. Therefore, it is very necessary to ask for the experts' opinion and advice and do some qualitative decisions. On the basis of this hypothesis, this study makes certain the logistics distribution center location under electronic commerce using the combined method of quantitative heuristic arithmetic, and qualitative analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method.

Applying the analytic hierarchy process to the evaluation of customer-oriented success factors in mobile commerce 应用层次分析法评价移动商务中以客户为导向的成功因素

Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is a multi-criteria decision method that utilizes structured pair-wise comparisons among systems of similar alternative strategies to produce a scale of preference. This study aimed elucidate the factors that affect success in mobile commerce, and then evaluate and rate these factors by analyzing components of commercial activity in the mobile Internet environment using the AHP. In general, the decision-making model followed by a customer engaged in purchasing activity consists of some major phases, characterized by several components and involving one or more alternative actions. The customer use information from outside sources to develop a set of criteria and evaluate alternatives. Identification of these criteria and alternatives is an important consideration in preparing to launch a mobile commerce business, from the view point of a company. We surveyed the relative importance of factors and alternatives by directing a questionnaire to CEOs, business managers and students who are using auction, mobile banking, ticketing, Internet searching in mobile Internet. The results show that the main factors that influence customers are related to trust and security. A structured analysis of such customer-oriented factors provides good insights, and help business managers to time the launch of mobile commerce businesses.
