Service marketing researches of China in the past 10 years: brief review and future research directions 近10年中国服务营销研究:简要回顾及未来研究方向

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the status quo, characteristics, problems and future research directions of China's service marketing researches. Firstly, with the keyword 'services marketing', a total of 287 articles covering the time period 1994 to 2004 are searched in CNKI and VIP databases. Secondly, through the analysis of literatures, the authors point out that the increase of service marketing articles and the change of research fields are correlated with the development of service industries and their system reforms. Thirdly, three problems and corresponding research directions are suggested. In future researches, we need to (1) increase quantitative and positive researches; (2) analyze the service consumption psychology and behavior of China's consumers; (3) discuss service marketing countermeasures according to the characteristics of different industries.
本文的目的是分析中国服务营销研究的现状、特点、问题和未来的研究方向。首先,以“服务营销”为关键词,在CNKI和VIP数据库中检索1994 - 2004年间的287篇文章。其次,通过文献分析,指出服务营销文章的增加和研究领域的变化与服务业的发展和体制改革是相关的。第三,提出了存在的三个问题及相应的研究方向。在未来的研究中,我们需要(1)增加定量和实证研究;(2)分析中国消费者的服务消费心理和行为;(3)针对不同行业的特点,探讨服务营销对策。

Co-evolution in an organization population of which knowledge-intensive service organizations form a part 以知识密集型服务组织为组成部分的组织群体中的协同进化

This paper provides an analysis of what the new economy and the increased importance and quantity of knowledge mean for the co-evolutionary change within organization populations of which knowledge-intensive service (KIS) organizations form a part. Co-evolution has four prerequisites, namely scarcity of customers in the market that leads to selection pressure, conscious choice that enables change, interconnectedness that enables the organizations to have an effect on each other and feedback processes that carry the long term repercussions of the choices that an organization makes. To some extent all of these deal with knowledge. A KIS organization may have several roles in co-evolution. It may enable co-evolutionary development of other organizations and it may also function as the driver of co-evolution. Additionally, KIS organizations change and develop in co-evolution with others of their kind. In different roles co-evolution may be competitive, mutualistic or exploitative.

Business process modeling based on workflow model reuse 基于工作流模型重用的业务流程建模

Workflow is a widespread technology and useful in business processes modeling. It can improve enterprises' competitiveness by increasing productivity and enhancing services for customers. A lot of workflow models have been accumulated in business application. These modeling experience are valuable and hard to acquire, and workflow models are similar in some degree if they are classified according to the business domain. If these models can be reused in practice, then it will improve the quality and efficiency of the modeling. For the goal, this paper proposes the system architecture to reuse the workflow models, and describe the modeling process.

Traditional decision support may not consider real-time and mobility of user terminals, and bring some inconveniences to mobile users for accessing database and making decision. Data play important role in decision-making. The paper presents a mobile data services architecture, discusses device-related, user-related and historical data in mobile process, and describes mobile decision support architecture related to data accessed in mobile terminal.

For the agent-based negotiation support system, it is important for the buyer agent to use the method to select the most appropriate seller agent initiative from a mass of ones. After the buyer agent summit the buyer's requirement to the broker agent, the broker collects all the seller agents that probably meet the buyer's requirement by bidding or search, and formalize their solutions. Then a fuzzy multi-objective decision-making approach is applied.

Research on transmission services pricing based on allocation of fixed transmission cost 基于固定输电成本分配的输电服务定价研究

In the electricity market environment, charging based on the traditional spot electricity price results in the payment imbalance of electric network, and go against the development of the power system, so it is necessary to modify the spot price. The key of the modification lies in how to calculate the fixed per unit transmission cost of every node, that is how to allocate the fixed transmission cost to the users. In order to solve this problem, power flow tracing is developed to modify the spot price. By making a study of the fundamental principle of power flow tracing, the method of path searching is put forward based on the graph theory. By using the method, downstream tracing algorithm and upstream tracing algorithm according to the proportional distribution principle are given in this paper. Furthermore, in order to improve the computational efficiency of the algorithm, branch expunction method is introduced in the algorithm to optimize the node order. A 5-bus sample system is used to prove this algorithm is feasible and valid. Finally, by using the result of power flow tracing to get fixed node transmission cost and introducing it to modify the spot price, the synthetical price can be achieved.

Calculation method for portfolio's value at risk based on principal factor analysis 基于主因子分析的投资组合风险价值计算方法

In this paper, we propose principal factor analysis method to reduce the dimensions of a high dimensional random vector in calculating portfolio's value at risk. The theoretical foundation, algorithm and numerical example of the method are given. This method outperforms the principal component analysis method. Especially, the advantages of the method are marked, while the factors F's multicollinearity is serious.

The role of XML in service level agreements management XML在服务水平协议管理中的作用

At present, Internet services environment is administered and managed according to dynamically negotiated service level agreements (SLA) between service providers and customers. With the development of application of XML and the publication of XML schema recommendation by W3C, XML+XML schema-based SLA is becoming a good solution to the e-business administration. The design and implementation of SLA message structure based on XML schema is the most important work. In this paper, we present the design and implementation of SLA message structures based on XML schema and illustrates it with examples.

Modeling retail performance using consumer panel data: a Shanghai case study 利用消费者面板数据对零售业绩进行建模:以上海为例

Policy-makers and retailers are keenly watching and debating developments in Chinese retailing. As a contribution to the debate we present a method for investigating retail performance. Our focus is on sales performance and the components of performance in the context of store-type patronage (e.g., the number of customers patronizing hypermarkets, supermarkets, small grocers, convenience stores, wet markets and street vendors to buy frequently-bought goods). We report an analysis of consumer panel data collected from 471 Shanghai households during 2004. For mineral water (a Western product) and dried noodles (a more traditional Chinese product) we show there are regular patterns of store-type patronage, most of which are predictable from the NBD-Dirichlet model. These predictions enable retail performance to be assessed. Deviations are apparent too (e.g., that patronage of wet markets and small grocers for dried noodle purchasing is somewhat anomalous, whereas this is not evident for mineral water purchasing).

A framework for e-commerce data exchange service of B2B and B2C with XML embedded documents 一个使用XML嵌入文档的B2B和B2C电子商务数据交换服务框架

The data exchange process is very important to establish the B2B and B2C e-commerce business. This paper proposed a framework for e-commerce data exchanging service based on XML embedded documents. The service can be used to exchange the e-commerce data between the customers and the special B2B and B2C e-commerce management information systems. The framework is consisted of the client side and the server side. In the client side, the e-commerce data is embedded into XML embedded documents and delivered to the B2B and B2C e-commerce management information systems. In the server side, the XML embedded documents received from the client are transformed to the e-commerce data items that can be recognized by the B2B and B2C e-commerce management information systems. It offered a convenient data exchange service for B2B and B2C e-commerce that is suitable for large-scale customers to exchange e-commerce data asynchronously with low cost, extensive information treatment.
