Model analysis of business process integration: take Chinese after service industry's endogenous networking as an example 业务流程集成模型分析:以中国后服务行业内生网络化为例

This paper studies the phenomena of corporation's subcontracting part of their business when facing indeterminate demands. A model based on the observation of retailer's after service networks in China is presented. By comparing the social service costs between the two arrangements with and without the participation of the third party, we can see that the efficiency of subcontracting additional peak-load businesses lies mainly in complementary effects of workforce, which is scale economics that led to by indeterminacy. The third party's advantage lies in businesses offsetting to each other complimentarily when serving different retailers. As to the welfare an effect of this endogenous reform, our conclusion is that no one loses with the appearance of this kind of organizational form.

A rough neural expert system for medical diagnosis 用于医学诊断的粗糙神经专家系统

Expert systems are the major practical application of artificial intelligence. In spite of the progress in expert system technology, the technology has some limitations in knowledge acquisition, inference, and level of intelligence, et al. In this paper, a rough neural expert system is constructed using rough set theory and neural networks. The methodology of rough set theory serves as a pre-processor for neural networks, including provision default values for missing data, discretization, binerization, attribute reduction and data transformation for network input. Knowledge acquisition is accomplished with the learning program of neural network. Then, the trained network serves as a knowledge base of the system. In the end, using a real example of diagnosis of coronary artery disease, a rough neural expert system is designed. The construction process of the system is illustrated in detail. The system correctly classified 83.75% of the testing set at a tolerance level of 0.25, and 85% at a tolerance level of 0.30.

Adaptive neural network filter in compensation of time interleaved A/D converter system 自适应神经网络滤波器在时间交错A/D转换系统补偿中的应用

A time interleaved A/D converter system is a good way to significantly increase the sampling rate of an ADC for wideband shipborne software radio station. Due to errors in the manufacturing process, all ADCs in a time interleaved ADC system are not exactly identical. It means that gain and offset mismatch errors are introduced in digital signal processing. In this paper we present a method based on adaptive neural network filter for compensation of the mismatch errors. This method needs no more special information about the input signal except that it should be band limited to the Nyquist frequency for the whole ADC system. Then the compensation can be working while the ADCs are still running. Here we adopt the genetic algorithm to optimize the initial weight value in the network, this algorithm makes complementary advantages for combining back propagation and genetic algorithms. The compensation method has been validated with simulations from a time interleaved ADC system.

Recognition for soft information based on the theory of soft sets 基于软集理论的软信息识别

In this paper, an appropriate definition of soft information is put forward. In order to discover soft sets application in recognizing soft information patterns, firstly analyze the basic definition of soft sets, make use of table to describe soft sets and give the conception of soft sets reduction according to the characters of soft sets. Then, the method is designed that recognizing soft information patterns by establishing the information table based on soft sets theory; at the same time the solutions are proposed corresponding to the different recognition vectors. This method with good maneuverability can operate collaterally and by batch so as to release the difficulty and complexity in information analysis by some extents.
本文对软信息进行了适当的定义。为了探索软集在软信息模式识别中的应用,首先分析了软集的基本定义,利用表来描述软集,并根据软集的特点给出了软集约简的概念。然后,设计了基于软集理论建立信息表的软信息模式识别方法;同时针对不同的识别向量,提出了相应的解决方案。该方法具有良好的可操作性,可以分批、并行地进行,从而在一定程度上缓解了信息分析的难度和复杂性。

MIPP: a Web-based medical image processing system for stent design and manufacturing MIPP:基于网络的支架设计和制造医学图像处理系统

To develop tools for stent designer to acquire the parameters of diseased vessel to manufacture a patient-specific stent, we have developed a system able to process and visualize three-dimensional (3D) medical data, reconstruct the geometry of arteries of specific patients and export the volume data of them. Medical image processing platform (MIPP) is based on an integrated set of tools, each dedicated to a specific aspect of the data processing and simulation pipeline: image processing and segmentation; 3D geometry reconstruction; and collaborative visualization. The system can also be used for the modern cardiovascular surgeon to study and interpret the constantly increasing amount of information being produced by noninvasive imaging equipment and guide them during the surgery.

Research on mathematical model for automatic summarization 自动摘要数学模型的研究

Automatic summarization is need of the era. The definitions, features, functions and classifications of summary are discussed in the paper. The problem of automatic summarization is described using a mathematic method and the solution is proposed. The solution makes use of meta-knowledge to describe the composition of the summary and help to calculate the semantic distance between summary and source document. According to these, the mathematical model of automatic summarization is established. It is concluded that the best summary is the summary that has the minimum sum of all the meta-knowledge weight among all the summaries. It is proposed that how to get meta-knowledge aggregate and their weight are the key problems in the model. There is also a discussion of how to select output from all the best summaries in the paper. The mathematic description of automatic summarization will be useful for the application of automatic summarization and the summary quality assessment.

Information technology, service productivity and service quality - the application of information technology based on a company-customer opening production system 信息技术、服务生产力和服务质量——基于信息技术应用的公司-客户开放式生产系统

An important characteristic of service sector is that customers participate in service process, and form a so-called opening production system. Thus, a dual company-customer orientation, which gives consideration to both party's inputs and outputs, needs to be built into the application of information technology in services, so that the integrated service productivity could be enhanced, and service quality finally could get improved fundamentally. This is very different from carrying on technical innovations and applications in a closed system of manufacturing. And it is also a breaking point of overcoming "productivity paradox." This paper, taking the interactive service process as its main clue and based on the characteristics of service, discusses the functions of IT in improving service productivity and service quality at each different stages of the interactive process, which will have theoretical directive significance in our country's strategy of energetically developing service sectors in the information economy era.

Employee job performance: an exchange view 员工工作绩效:交换观点

Relationship between the construct of task performance and non-task performance is a interesting topic in human resource management and the construct of non-task performance has further developed on the construct of performance. Within the past 100 years, several studies have used the OCB, PCB, extra-role behavior, personality and trait to clarify and delineate the construct of non-task performance. This paper introduces several different theories and assumptions on the relationship between the construct of task performance and non-task performance, and points out some problems existing in these studies. Based on the previous studies, we suggest our own model on the construct of task performance and non-task performance.

Within the past 100 years, several studies have used the OCB, PCB, extra-role behavior, personality and trait to clarify and delineate the construct of non-task performance. This paper introduces several different theories and assumptions on the relationship between the construct of task performance and non-task performance, and points out some problems existing in these studies. New strategic mode: strategic ecology management 新的战略模式:战略生态管理

Conventional strategic assumptions based on structural industry and 'an enterprise is an independent and autonomous entity', have not adapted to the development of networks economy. In fact, enterprise is not only an independent entity, but also it consists of ecology community with all relative benefit colonies and evolves in coordination with them. Therefore, this paper based on combining the achievements of study on commerce ecology and on strategic networks, puts forward new strategic mode - strategic ecology management. And then it summarizes the connotation, the characters, main courses and the corresponding tactics of strategic ecology management to offer a kind of new language, new strategic logic and actualizing way.
传统的基于结构性产业和“企业是一个独立自主的实体”的战略假设已经不适应网络经济的发展。事实上,企业不仅是一个独立的实体,而且是由各种相对利益群体组成的生态群落,并与之协调发展。因此,本文在结合商业生态学和战略网络研究成果的基础上,提出了新的战略模式——战略生态管理。然后总结了战略生态管理的内涵、特征、主要内容和相应的策略,为战略生态管理提供了一种新的语言、新的战略逻辑和实施途径。
