The allocation of resources is an important question in the domain of services trade. Usually, in order to get a better allocating form, a great deal of computing price has to be paid. And also, because of the complexity of the computing, an optimized allocating form is unable to be acquired frequently in fact. A method of optimized allocation of resources is presented in this paper. It's based on the neural dynamic system. Via this way, the optimized allocating form is generated fully dynamically and there's no need to enumerate all kinds of allocating forms. The computing efficiency is improved quite greatly. At the same time, the neural dynamic system can be processed with thread technology. Cells in each group are able to function concurrently. Thus, the calculating speed is increased more.

In this paper, fuzzy decision method is used to build a fuzzy bid-evaluating model about four indices, which have effect on bid evaluating about construction projects. At the end of the paper, an example is showed, whole bid procedures, which determines the justness and fairness of the bid market The goal of this system is to locate the technical and financial capabilities, the reasonable pricing and good credits that enable the bidders.

Using the expressing methods of overconfidence provided by Daniel, Hirshleifer, Subrahmanyam, Gervais and Odean etc. for reference, under the condition of hypothesizing the agent to be overconfident, this paper researches the mechanism of the agent's overconfident preference affecting on the principal-agent contract by setting up an appropriate mathematical model. The result shows that the principal-agent contract that the agent obtains entire residual return and bears all operating risk and the principal only obtains fixed return corresponding to his fund and does not bear any operating risk is optimal for the principal under the hypothesis condition that the principal does not monitor the agent. Moreover, the fixed return that the principal could obtain is increased in the overconfident level of the agent and decreased in the agent's reservation utility level.

Vocational education industry, a promising industry, is still in its initial stage in applying franchise in China, and there are some problems need to be solved. In this paper, the present state of IT education industry in China is analyzed and a few countermeasures based on core competence view are proposed here in order to help vocational education companies gain sustainable competitive advantage.

With the globalization of economic market and the development of information technology, much more information needs to be collected and processed for vendor selection, which makes it much more difficult to find right vendors. This paper, based on fuzzy decision theory and characteristics of supply chain management, proposes a comprehensive evaluation method for optimal combination selection among candidate vendors and outsourced parts. At first, some useless information is filtered by the judgment of process and production capacities. Then a hierarchical fuzzy model for vendor selection is developed. At the same time, a progressively-simplified approach is presented to deal with the order-combination optimization problem. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of this approach.

The original idea of the vendor managed inventory (VMI) is to reduce the stock cost considerably and get rid of "bull-whip effect" for the whole supply chain. However, it is common that the small supplier is always being oppressed by the big manufacturers because of the difference of strength between them. In this article, the extra cost for the small supplier which is one member of supply chain have been analyzed and the relative factors which support the extra cost have been calculated either.

Workflow is a widespread technology and useful in business processes modeling. It can improve enterprises' competitiveness by increasing productivity and enhancing services for customers. A lot of workflow models have been accumulated in business application. These modeling experience are valuable and hard to acquire, and workflow models are similar in some degree if they are classified according to the business domain. If these models can be reused in practice, then it will improve the quality and efficiency of the modeling. For the goal, this paper proposes the system architecture to reuse the workflow models, and describe the modeling process.

This paper provides an analysis of what the new economy and the increased importance and quantity of knowledge mean for the co-evolutionary change within organization populations of which knowledge-intensive service (KIS) organizations form a part. Co-evolution has four prerequisites, namely scarcity of customers in the market that leads to selection pressure, conscious choice that enables change, interconnectedness that enables the organizations to have an effect on each other and feedback processes that carry the long term repercussions of the choices that an organization makes. To some extent all of these deal with knowledge. A KIS organization may have several roles in co-evolution. It may enable co-evolutionary development of other organizations and it may also function as the driver of co-evolution. Additionally, KIS organizations change and develop in co-evolution with others of their kind. In different roles co-evolution may be competitive, mutualistic or exploitative.

This paper presents a knowledge-based approach for preventing railway operation incidents, which helps railway operation professionals explore opportunities for dispatch quality improvement. The approach consists of two processors: incident analysis and dispatch advisory. Given a specific operation incident description, the proposed approach enables the identification of underlying problems in the incident and the suggestion of appropriate dispatch strategies that can be implemented to prevent repetitions of similar incidents. Case-based reasoning (CBR) and rule-based reasoning (RBR) are applied to generate dispatch strategies by adapting ones applied to previous incidents and/or using generalised rule-based knowledge for dispatch.

In this paper, we propose principal factor analysis method to reduce the dimensions of a high dimensional random vector in calculating portfolio's value at risk. The theoretical foundation, algorithm and numerical example of the method are given. This method outperforms the principal component analysis method. Especially, the advantages of the method are marked, while the factors F's multicollinearity is serious.
