The goal is to promote the healthy and stable development of music education in China. The time-frequency sequence topology in frequency domain can improve the effect of convolution operation. Therefore, this paper applies the above algorithms to classical music education, including the recognition of classical instruments, the feature extraction and recognition of classical music, and the quality evaluation of classical music education. The quality of the music quality evaluation system can be judged according to the correlation between the output results and the subjective evaluation. The higher the correlation, the better the music quality evaluation method. Through relevant experiments, it is proved that DTW score alignment and end-to-end are more successful in extracting the features of classical music, and more accurate in identifying classical instruments. The objective evaluation method of pronunciation teaching quality is more objective and accurate than P.563 music teaching quality evaluation.

With the vigorous development of intelligent campus construction, great changes have taken place in the development of information technology in colleges and universities from the previous digital to intelligent development. In the teaching process, the analysis of students' classroom learning has also changed from the previous manual observation to intelligent analysis. Based on this, this paper studies the behavior recognition of college students based on the improved deep learning algorithm. Based on a brief analysis of the research background of behavior recognition, the research framework of college students' behavior recognition is constructed. Finally, the authors designed an experiment to evaluate the accuracy of classroom student behavior recognition analysis. The results show that the improved recognition of college students' behavior based on deep learning algorithm can improve the recognition accuracy.

Digital reading is now an important way for children to read. This article defines the concept of children's digital reading based on the current situation, reading needs, and research progress of reading promotion methods. Aiming at the problem that only simple matching method is used for entity extraction in BAG model, this paper proposes an entity extraction method based on reference words and an entity graph construction method based on problem-related entities. Experiments on data sets verify the effectiveness of the model. The results show that the BAG model is improved by 2.4% on the verification set and 4.1% on the test set, which proves the effectiveness of the improved method. Based on the graph convolution algorithm of the central node, the local subgraph convolution and the global graph convolution are connected in the entity graph behind the central node, so that the model can obtain local and global information at the same time and enhance the reasoning ability of the model.

This study analyzes the necessity of introducing multimedia technology into college badminton teaching and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for introducing multimedia technology into college badminton teaching. Taking badminton as an example, this paper studies the design and implementation of mobile teaching platform under O2O physical education teaching mode. Firstly, a learner trust model is established by using the idea of graph model, which considers three aspects: familiarity trust, social credibility, and deep circle of friends similarity. The trust source generates a candidate set of golfers based on the trust of learners. Then, based on SVD++, a learner interest model with implicit information feedback is constructed, and learners' learning behavior and social behavior are selected as implicit feedback to generate interest candidates for learners. Finally, the trust and interest models are sorted comprehensively to generate golf recommendations for learners.

There are some problems in the teaching reform of history majors in some colleges. Not only are there deviations in teaching level and teaching methods, but there are also limitations in the implementation of reform methods that meet the reform objectives, which are closely related to the reform methods of each college and the characteristics of history major itself. On the one hand, with the complete integration and application of information technology and communication technology, history teaching is facing the upgrade from information-based teaching to digital teaching. This paper selects the innovation of history teaching mode in colleges and universities based on digital technology as the research topic, summarizes the present situation of history teaching from the current situation of history education and the problems in the process of digitalization, and analyzes the significance of the innovation of history teaching mode.

Today's mature virtual simulation technology should be effectively combined with college education to give full play to better educational advantages. The history teaching supported by modern information technology paves the way for the rational distribution of educational resources and the movement of centralized users to fragmented learning time, which brings infinite possibilities for the development of education. A more liberal education model will inevitably advocate higher requirements of users for self-discipline, so it is difficult to ensure the teaching quality in relevant practice. The rapid development of virtual simulation technology improves the possibility of successful history teaching reform, and the combination of virtual simulation technology and history teaching will effectively promote the great changes and outstanding development of the whole education industry. The combination of virtual technology and history teaching can make students better integrate into the teaching situation, improve learning efficiency, and effectively achieve the educational purpose.

Video observation and content analysis are used to make a "quantitative-qualitative" analysis of English teachers' teaching behavior reflected in English classroom teaching videos, and to accurately describe, analyze, and summarize the characteristics of English teachers' teaching behavior from various aspects. Based on this, this study uses video analysis methods and NVivo 11 qualitative analysis tools to import quantitative data obtained from teaching video content into Excel tables for statistical analysis, objectively describe the rules and characteristics of junior high school English teachers' teaching effects, and then put forward suggestions to optimize teaching effects and strategies and suggestions to promote English classroom development. This paper establishes a video analysis and evaluation model. First, calculate the weights required by the model, then calculate the relationship matrix, and then calculate the second-level video analysis and evaluation. Using the second-level weight and relationship matrix, the teacher's evaluation value will be obtained.

The evolution of geographic information systems (GIS) based on the internet (Web GIS) created new opportunities for the use of GIS technology in education. In the present study a learning environment was developed which incorporates the project-based learning (PBL) methodology based on Web GIS technology. In this context, 3 research projects (GIS based projects) were designed and implemented. Project 1 and 2 combined fieldwork and GIS, and the topic was related to local community issues. Project 3 was an internal project since it was conducted only in the computer lab with data collected from the internet. In order to investigate the effectiveness of this learning environment in students' engagement, a quasi-experimental study was conducted on 58 senior high school students. A pre-test was conducted in advance and a post-test upon concluding all three projects. The results reveal the pedagogical value of the aforementioned learning environment, since it provides multiple pedagogical benefits, having a positive effect on students' engagement.

Based on the past sixteen years of experience with an online collaborative endeavor offered across differing university types, as well as modes of instruction, the best practice found that by fostering student peer exchanges on a collaborative web site students reached a high level of achievement in these courses. Findings indicate that despite differences in institutions or modes of instruction, students were academically reflective in their peer discussions on the site across geographic boundaries. This best practice concludes that a collaboration with a peer interactive design has an important place in any discipline's goals. It provides the development, implementation, and evaluation of a collaborative interactive online teaching process for incorporation across any disciple, which is an ongoing concern for educators, program designers, university administrators, technical and administrative staff, institutional decision makers, training managers, and publishers on the development and delivery of pedagogical content.

Stock market price prediction has always draws more attention from researchers and analysts. Prediction of stock price is extremely tough task due to the nature of stock data. Therefore, it is needed to develop an efficient model for predicting stock price. This paper explored the use of Feed Forward Neural Network (FFNN) and bio inspired algorithms to develop two efficient models for prediction. The proposed model is based on the ten indicators derived from historical data. Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm which inspired from the behavior of bird flocking and Biogeography Based Optimization (BBO) algorithm driven by the geographical distribution of biological organisms is adopted to optimize the parameters of FFNN. Prediction ability of the proposed models is evaluated by using statistical measures. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed BBO-FFNN is superior to PSO-FFNN and existing methods taken for comparison in terms of prediction accuracy. It is proved that the proposed BBO-FFNN can effectively enhance stock prediction and reduce the prediction error.
