This paper proposes an online learning platform learner DM method based on the improved fuzzy C clustering (FCM) algorithm, constructs a learner feature database, and combines clustering analysis and SPSS statistical methods to statistically summarize the big data of law, thus improving the deficiencies of static and absolute classification of students in the student model. In the experiment paper, the improved algorithm is implemented and the experimental data is analyzed. The results show that the learner behavior feature extraction model in this paper has fewer errors and higher recall rate. Compared with the traditional CF algorithm, the error rate is reduced by 19.64% and the recall rate is increased by 22.85%. This study provides better targeted teaching programs and case resources for legal case teaching and promotes the innovation of legal case teaching mode.

The key to improving the quality of preschool education lies in high-quality preschool teachers, and high-quality preschool teachers in turn depend on high-quality teacher education. A pilot project to “strengthen the training of kindergarten instructors” was recommended by the Ministry of Education. This research studies the resident training mode implemented by pilot normal colleges and universities, uses big data technology to collect the required data, and uses neural networks to evaluate the talent training mode of preschool teachers, and finally completes the following work: 1) This article introduces the research progress of the talent training mode of preschool teachers at home and abroad; 2) Introduced are the RBF neural network's fundamental ideas and algorithmic stages, and the evaluation index system for the training of preschool teachers is established; and 3) Experiment to determine the best model parameters, then feed the test data into the model you trained, and compare the output against expert evaluations.

The overload of sports information resources has greatly increased the difficulty for users to choose resources. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a sports digital teaching resource recommendation model based on collaborative filtering algorithm to achieve the optimization of sports teaching mode in the context of big data and multimedia. Based on the detailed analysis of the teaching resource construction platform, the improved algorithm is applied to the teaching resource recommendation platform, and the algorithm effect is verified based on the collected data. The experimental data shows that the error of this method is significantly better than ID3 algorithm, the error is reduced by 26.55%, and the recall rate is 95.72%, which is 12.76% higher than ID3 algorithm. The introduction of personalized recommendation technology into the utilization of sports information resources can improve the efficiency and accuracy of users' access to resources and strengthen the adaptability to the continuous deconstruction and new integration of the higher education system.

The cross-modal oil painting image generated by traditional methods makes it easy to miss the important information of the target part, and the generated image lacks realism. This paper combines the feature extraction technology of multimedia data with the generation confrontation network in deep learning, puts forward a generation model of classic oil painting, and applies it to university teaching. Firstly, the key frame extraction algorithm is used to extract the key frames in the video, and the channel attention network is introduced into the pre-trained ResNet-50 network to extract the static features of 2D images in short oil painting videos. Then, the depth feature mapping is carried out in the time dimension by using the double-stream I3D network, and the feature representation is enhanced by combining static and dynamic features. Finally, the high-dimensional features in the depth space are mapped to the two-dimensional space by using the opposition generation network to generate classic oil painting pictures.

Blockchain technology can create a shared platform for English translation and reserve a large number of practical corpus resources, thus improving the quality of machine translation. This paper first introduces the research status of foreign language corpus and blockchain English translation in China. Then it introduces the basic principles of BPNN and particle swarm optimization and constructs the PSO-BP model. Experiments show that the prediction accuracy of BPNN optimized by particle swarm optimization algorithm is greatly improved, the convergence speed is faster, and it will not fall into the local optimal trap. Finally, this paper proposes the implementation path of blockchain in corpus translation application: (1) build “blockchain+ AI” English translation corpus and (2) improve the machine English translation software of the “blockchain+ AI” English translation training platform.

Google translate (GT) is widely used by students around the world. The current study examined English students' use of GT in Afghanistan. A survey questionnaire was used to collect data from 132 randomly selected students from a public university in Afghanistan. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The findings showed that the participants had positive attitudes towards GT, and they were aware of GT drawbacks. The participants utilized GT for numerous reasons including not feeling confident in their own translation. They used GT for a number of purposes to varying extent. They frequently used GT to look up general and technical words as well as idioms and collocations. They also used it for translation purposes. The participants' gender affected their attitudes towards GT but not their use of it" with "There were differences between female and male students' attitudes towards GT. The study recommends instructors to adopt GT, particularly those teaching in Afghanistan, in their classes and encourage students' critical use of GT.

The paper aims to assess the effectiveness between onsite and online internship mode by measuring the critical components of learning through the Kirkpatrick's ‘consumptive metrics' model. The primary goal of internship is to assist university students in their progression from the academic to a professional work environment. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted this process where it temporarily moved to online mode. Hence, the authors use Kirkpatrick's ‘consumptive metrics' (CM) for evaluating the learning resources consumed using two constructs namely ‘reaction' and ‘learning'. Using 21 onsite and 20 online intern reports, researchers objectively measured the difference in alignment of theory with practice between onsite and online mode. The research revealed that while the CM components namely ‘course satisfaction' and ‘training relevance' on the interns are similar for both modes, there is a considerable reduction in the effectiveness of internship in terms of the CM components namely the ‘training environment', ‘knowledge gained', and ‘career advancement' in an online mode.

Piano education for children is based on the child's psychological characteristics and the artistic characteristics of musical works. Piano initiation education for young children can enhance perception, aesthetic ability, and creative skills; promote the overall development of children; and is also a crucial channel to promote young children to develop and transfer their own musical experience. This paper analyzes the current problem of cultivating children's musical aesthetic ability in piano initiation education and proposes the use of multimedia and artificial intelligence technology to compare the repertoire played by piano learners with the original repertoire, combined with aesthetic evaluation technology to analyze and give guidance for piano initiation practice, so that piano learners can be more targeted. The program is designed to solve the problems in the piano practice process, to enhance the musical perception and aesthetic feeling of children, and to improve their aesthetic ability.
