This article discusses the ecological environment moral education of college students based on deep learning. This article first points out the concept of deep learning and the relationship between ecological civilization and college students' ecological environment morality. Then, it expounds the latest concepts and achievements of ecological civilization in China, analyzes the deficiencies and reasons of current college students' ecological moral education, and clearly points out the significance of strengthening college students' ecological moral education based on in-depth learning. In this article, the research of multimedia teaching video content feature extraction is carried out. According to the file structure, data type, and storage mechanism of the teaching video, a program is developed to automatically extract the structural features of the teaching video content, and a storage and retrieval database is established. The research results show that the accuracy rate of various videos compiled through genie 8.0 for teaching videos exceeds 94%. The recall rate of various videos exceeds 95%. The accuracy and recall of advertisements have reached 100%. Among the elements of teaching video content features, the number of graphs is the highest, followed by film clips, accounting for 14.18. In order to deeply analyze and evaluate the changes in the comprehensive quality of college students' sports dance, the overall idea of systematically evaluating the changes in the comprehensive quality of college students' sports dance was established. Firstly, this article uses the triangular fuzzy number method to measure the evaluation information of the evaluator's dance curriculum plan according to the evaluation indicators. Then, evaluation information from different groups and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) are used to determine the weight of each evaluation index. Finally, this article constructs a website system based on Python's Django framework. To promote the construction of public physical education online courses in colleges and universities and the evaluation of the effectiveness of course teaching, this article combines 3D reconstruction techniques in computer vision to construct a set of human body shape reconstruction models and apply them to physical training exercises and teaching effectiveness assessment tasks. Specifically, first, the joint point location information of the human body in the input image is extracted using the human skeleton analysis algorithm, and modeling the foreground and background pose information of the target region using the Pix2Pix image transformation algorithm; second, multi-scale features such as nodal location features, foreground and background features, high-resolution detail features, and low-resolution global features are fused and the extracted multi-scale features are also decoded with the help of pixel-aligned implicit functions to generate a 3D model of the human body representing the human form.

With the development of internet technology, big data has been used to evaluate the singing and pronunciation quality of vocal students. However, current methods have several problems such as poor information fusion efficiency, low algorithm robustness, and low recognition accuracy under low signal-to-noise ratio. To address these issues, this article proposes a new method for evaluating sound quality based on one-dimensional convolutional neural networks. It uses sound preprocessing, BP neural networks, wavelet neural networks, and one-dimensional CNNs to improve pronunciation quality. The proposed 1D CNN network is more suitable for one-dimensional sound signals and can effectively solve problems such as feature information fusion, pitch period detection, and network construction. It can evaluate singing art sound quality with minimum errors, good robustness, and strong portability. This method can be used for the evaluation and diagnosis of voice diseases, helping to improve students' professional abilities.

With its immersive, interactive, and creative capabilities, virtual reality (VR) has been widely used in educational settings to provide students with challenging real-world experiences. As a result, interest in its effectiveness has grown. The goal of this meta-analysis is to examine how VR technology affects students' motivation to study. A comprehensive analysis of the literature up to December 2022 revealed 15 randomized controlled trials or quasi-experimental studies. These studies were also coded to examine the moderating effects of their features, such as types of learner engagement, learner stages, learning domains, types of VR technology, and the moderating effect of knowledge types. The results indicate a large effect of VR on student engagement in learning (g=0.85). Furthermore, the findings of the moderator analysis demonstrate that VR has a more significant impact on cognitive engagement, higher education learners, immersive VR experiences, the field of art education, and procedural knowledge learning.

This paper designs a personalized service domain system, optimizes various parameters and can be applied to different education quality evaluation, and proposes a decision tree recommendation algorithm. Information gain is carried out through many existing principles of improved decision tree algorithm, and the information gain of the algorithm determines the inheritance of information. The process of modern e-learning system is based on personalized teaching and humanized intelligent interaction. This paper theoretically analyzes the improvement performance of the existing e-learning system in teaching quality evaluation and shows a good classification effect. This model provides reference materials for the expansion of education and teaching and provides a feasible practical model for personalized teaching in online schools.
