This article is devoted to the using of public-private partnership (PPP) in the context of systematic development of gastronomic tourism. The author defined the definition of «public-private partnership», proposed a mechanism of PPP in the field of tourist services, and a scheme for assessing the effectiveness of the organizational-economic mechanism of PPP in the management of gastronomic tourism. Goal. Research on the using of public-private partnership (PPP) in the field of tourism, namely the development and establishment of gastronomic tourism. Identification of the positive aspects of its formation. Method. The dialectical approach has been applied to the consideration of the identified problems with the simultaneous using of general ones: systematic, systematical analysis and modeling of economic research and its using in gastronomic tourism. Results. The author's vision of the mechanism of PPP in the field of tourist services and the scheme for assessing the effectiveness of the organizational-economic mechanism of public-private partnership in the management of gastronomic tourism are presented, and the classification of the main PPP actors in the service sector is developed. Scientific novelty. For the first time the organizational-economic mechanism of public-private partnership was proposed and the scheme of efficiency of its using in gastronomic tourism was developed. Practical significance. The model of public-private partnership in the field of tourist services is developed, the mechanism of its interaction at the level of the territory (territorial communities) is determined, the key element of which is the creation of a specialized platform for discussion and consideration of the interests of the local population, authorities and businesses when adopting a program of development of tourism in a certain territory (component is the development of gastronomic tourism).

The aim. To explore the prospects of creative and imaginative tourism based on intangible cultural heritage on the example of Spain. Methodology. General scientific research methods are used, namely general scientific: comparison, analysis, synthesis, generalization and analogy. The comparison method was used to establish the similarity of the use of ICH elements as a tourist magnet. Methods of analysis, synthesis and generalization were used in the study of the causal relationship between the growth of tourist activity in Spain due to the introduction of legislative documents that contributed to this process and the preservation of cultural traditions of local communities. By analogy, we can expect a probable positive result of the development of creative and imaginative tourism in Ukraine. Results. Positive and effective examples of relevant types of cultural tourism in Spain are considered. The article illustrates the examples of places in Spain where creative models of tourism development have been adopted in recent decades. Successful results of relevant types of cultural tourism in the country are considered in the research. It has been exemplified how important tourist "magnets" from the UNESCO Representative List became the elements of intangible culture of Spain. The article illustrates the examples of places in Spain where creative models of tourism development have been adopted in recent decades. Successful results of relevant types of cultural tourism in the country are considered in the research. It has been examplified how important tourist "magnets" from the UNESCO Representative List became the elements of intangible culture of Spain. Scientific novelty. The author explores how creative tourism, changing the traditional model of cultural tourism heritage, departs from material culture. The considered experience demonstrates that creativity is a mobile component. Creativity promotes interaction between the owners of intangible culture, which are mostly locals from rural areas, and visitors. The role of owners is not the traditional one for tourism as services are not provided in a traditional way, but in the form of demonstration, training or transfer of experience. The role of tourists in this case is the search for new skills, knowledge or experience. Practical meaningfulness. The study provides examples of how the key acquisition becomes a new symbolic capital, i. e. the acquisition of experience, worldview and skills. Practical cases of cooperation and distribution of roles between local communities and the state in tourism development based on the use of ICH elements between have been described.

The purpose of the study is to assess the meteorological potential of the atmosphere of Sarny and to determine the degree of influence of various parameters of the microclimatic system. The research methodology includes a system of methods and techniques: monographic (used to study the materials of literary sources and Internet resources), mathematical (used a number of special indicators: Coefficient of meteorological potential according to VA Baranovsky, Coefficient of weather hardness Arnoldi for the cold season and heat for the warm season), graphic (used to visualize the results of the study). Research results. The processes of accumulation of harmful substances in the atmospheric air of the city of Sarny prevail over the processes of scattering throughout the year. The best processes of dispersion of harmful substances in the air of the city of Sarny occur in the cold season, the processes of accumulation are most active in July-August. The meteorological potential in Sarny is worse than in Rivne and Dubno, which are located in the southern part of Rivne region. A reliable direct close relationship between the concentration of pollutants (sulfur dioxide, formaldehyde) in the air with a meteorological potential of the atmosphere in Sarni been set. This should be considered when monitoring the atmosphere. During the cold period of the year in the thermal regime of the microclimate of the city the severe weather prevails in the winter months, and in March, October, November - mild weather. In the warm period of the year only in summer the indicators of the thermal regime are in the comfort zone. The weather, which is characterized by extreme thermal discomfort and poses a danger and extreme danger to humans, was not formed during 2016-2018. In the cold season, the relationship between the thermal regime and the level of meteorological potential of the geourbosystem of Sarny is closer. But in the warm season, the self-cleaning abilities of the atmosphere tend to deteriorate with increasing average comfort temperature. We assume that the processes of global warming will make the microclimate of the city of Sarny in the warm season more comfortable in terms of its thermal regime, but less attractive in terms of meteorological potential of the atmosphere. Scientific novelty of the work: the meteorological potential of the atmosphere of the city of Sarny by months for 2016-2018 was calculated; regularities of change of these indicators in warm and cold periods of the year were established; the meteorological potential of Sarny was compared with the indicators of other cities of the region (Dubno and Rivne). The correlations between the meteorological potential of the atmosphere of the city of Sarny with the level of air pollution and with the indicators of the thermal regime for cold and warm seasons have been established. The practical significance of the work is that the obtained results can be used in the form of recommendations to local

Aim: promotion of the walking route by the Chornohora Ridge of the Ukrainian Carpathians in the section from Hoverla to Pip Ivan mountain. Methods: observation, measurement, description, comparison, analysis, analogy, cartographic, statistical. Based on radar survey data SRTM and Global Mapper program it was created a three-dimensional image of the studied region. The SAS.Planet program was used to measure distances. Results: A three-dimensional image of the Ukrainian Carpathians was created using SRTM data. The main information about the highest Chornohirskyi Ridge in these mountains was presented. The route from Hoverla to Pip Ivan mountain is described. It is proposed to call it the Chernohirskyi Trail. Data on the height of the terrain at the beginning and end of the route are shown. A brief description of the tourist attractions on the trail is provided, including lakes Nesamovyte and Brebeneskul. Information on the meteorological and at the same time astronomical observatory "White Elephant", which was built on the eve of the Second World War was presented. Modern measures for its restoration are described, in particular as to installation of an automated meteorological station on its roof. Based on observations on nearby meteorological stations, the climatic conditions on the route were identified. Data about air temperature in January and in the warm period of the year are presented. The features of air temperature changes, depending on elevation, are established. Data on the amount of precipitation at existing meteorological stations in the mountains are provided. Information on the height of snow cover was presented. The features of snow formation and its disappearance in the southeastern part of the Ukrainian Carpathians are shown. Scientific novelty. The hiking route by the Chornohora Ridge of the Ukrainian Carpathians is substantiated as brand of Ukrainian hiking tourism. The expediency of traffic from Hoverla to Pip Ivan has been proved. It was found that at altitudes above 1000 m the decrease in air temperature in July is 0.40 C per 100 m altitude, in August – 0.30 C per 100 m. It is substantiated that the best time to travel along the Chornohirskyi Ridge is August. The significant distribution of snow cover on the Chornohirskyi Ridge, which is the highest within the Ukrainian Carpathians, is shown. Practical significance: popularization of tourism in the Ukrainian Carpathians, providing tourists with information to make travel more interesting and safe.

The aim of the article is to identify the main features of hospitality, their manifestations, and their significance for the development of the accommodation and catering industry from ancient times to the present in the European and Ukrainian contexts. The research methodology is based on the use of general scientific (analytical and synthetic, inductive and deductive) and special historical (historical-comparative, problem-chronological, retrospective, diachronic) methods. Analytical and synthetic methods were used in identifying individual facts, phenomena, trends, and their further systematization in a logical sequence to argue certain assumptions, statements, and conclusions. Special historical methods were used in the process of highlighting the facts related to the development of hospitality in their chronological order and in comparison between different regions of the world to identify common trends. Results. The formation of hospitality traditions began with the first cultural and economic communications between representatives of different communities. These traditions included respect for the guest and providing him with the necessary safe living conditions. Over time, the elements of hospitality have become the basis of an extensive and profitable industry, which includes not only accommodation and food, but also entertainment and leisure, but such changes have occurred relatively recently, with the transformation of tourism into a mass phenomenon. Hospitality has played in the past and continues to play an important role in preserving and restoring national identity. Ukrainian national identity, which is changing very slowly and imperceptibly for its bearers, is becoming one of the features of the national character and includes elements of traditional folk hospitality. The history of the development of accommodation and catering shows the important role of hospitality as an integral factor of intercultural communication both in ancient times and in the modern world. Victory in the modern market of tourist services is possible only based on taking into account the historical specifics of traditional folk hospitality and its combination with today's trends in the hospitality industry. The scientific novelty is to determine the features of hospitality and their implementation in accommodation and catering establishments over a long time in comparison with the European and Ukrainian experiences. The practical significance is to draw the attention of the hotel and restaurant industry to the importance of hospitality, which has become an essential component of a successful business element.

Goal. Development of a two-day educational hike with student youth along one of the most visited ranges of the Carpathians - the Svidovets massif. Training in a competent approach to the organization and conduct of mountain hiking, trouble-free passage of routes. Advanced training in the field of travel, students who master the curriculum within the Faculty of Geography. Where training is provided for tourist sections, clubs, tour operators and other tourist organizations. The research methodology is based on the application of the methodology for the development of hiking tourist routes. Methods of description, comparison, analysis and generalization were also used. In determining the specific sub-area within which the route was laid, cartographic materials were used: tourist map «Svydivets» (2018) scale 1:50000 and mobile application Mapy.cz. Accordingly, with their help, the relief of the territory was assessed and the need to use certain technical means to pass the track was determined. The scientific novelty lies in the development of a two-day educational walking route as an element of the educational process. This training route is a logical continuation of the disciplines «School Tourism» and «Geography of Outdoor and Indoor Correction» in the formation of relevant practical skills. The formation of skills is a logical final element of the formation of the relevant competencies of the modern student: knowledge (obtaining in lectures) - skills (performing tasks in seminars) - skills (application of acquired knowledge and skills in practice). Results. A two-day walking tourist route has been developed in the Svidovets massif with the «conquest» of the very top of Mount Bolshaya Bliznitsa. This route was completed on July 15-16, 2019 by 2nd year students of the Faculty of Geography of KNUTSh specialties «geography of recreation and tourism», «secondary education» and «regional development management». Accordingly, the planned hike for students allowed to gain some knowledge in the field of behavior in the mountain environment, learn certain rules, regulations in the organization of sports tourism, which in the future will increase the safety of hiking and active tours in the mountains. The practical value lies in the formation of skills for organizing and conducting hiking tours, movement in mountainous areas, organizing a camp, cooking food in the field. This route is included in the professionally oriented practice for 2nd year students of the Faculty of Geography of the specialties «recreational geography and tourism» and «secondary education».

In determining the specific sub-area within which the route was laid, cartographic materials were used: tourist map «Svydivets» (2018) scale 1:50000 and mobile application Mapy.cz. Accordingly, with their help, the relief of the territory was assessed and the need to use certain technical means to pass the track was determined.\u0000\u0000The scientific novelty lies in the development of a two-day educational walking route as an element of the educational process. This training route is a logical continuation of the disciplines «School Tourism» and «Geography of Outdoor and Indoor Correction» in the formation of relevant practical skills. The formation of skills is a logical final element of the formation of the relevant competencies of the modern student: knowledge (obtaining in lectures) - skills (performing tasks in seminars) - skills (application of acquired knowledge and skills in practice).\u0000\u0000Results. Accordingly, the planned hike for students allowed to gain some knowledge in the field of behavior in the mountain environment, learn certain rules, regulations in the organization of sports tourism, which in the future will increase the safety of hiking and active tours in the mountains.\u0000\u0000The practical value lies in the formation of skills for organizing and conducting hiking tours, movement in mountainous areas, organizing a camp, cooking food in the field. This route is included in the professionally oriented practice for 2nd year students of the Faculty of Geography of the specialties «recreational geography and tourism» and «secondary education».

The purpose of the article consists in a dynamics study of meteorological elements of February in the town of Slutsk of the Minsk region of the Republic of Belarus. The hypothesis of the research was based on the assumption that if in recent years in Belarus, as well as in the world in general, warming of climate is observed, then it has to affect characteristics of weather in our town. On the basis of the database of a meteorological station Slutsk, archives of the State Institution "Republican Hydrometeorological Center", the information resource POGODA.BY and materials of the website gismeteo.ru the basic meteorological elements of February for 1998 - 2018 and changes of these indexes are analysed. As a result it was revealed that there were deviations from the climatic indicators, the characteristic of our region. Average daytime temperature of February for the last 20 years is 0.5 °C higher than the mean long-term values and, since 2013, it has positive values from 0 °C to 2.7 °C. The direction of wind was replaced from the western directions with southern which brings to our country warmer air from the Mediterranean and the region of the Black Sea that leads to warming of climate. The scientific novelty consists in a research of regional meteorological characteristics. The practical value of article is that this material can be used when studying the unit "Weather and Climate" in the 6th class as the subject on studying of geography of the area is included into the school program, and materials on it are absent in the textbook. Materials of the work can be used also in out-of-class work with pupils and also will be useful to all who are interested in study of local lore.

The purpose of the article is to introduce modern cleaning technologies in hotels by reducing the harmful effects of chemicals on human health and the environment. Method. The research is based on scientific methods of analysis and comparison of information. Results. The negative impact of modern detergents used by hotel companies on the human body and the environment has been determined. The most aggressive components of chemistry and their harmful effects when used on humans are listed. The comparison of the most popular professional cleaners with the green type of cleaning products and their neutral effect on the environment and efficiency during use. Scientific novelty. One of the innovative areas in the field of professional cleaning in hotel enterprises is green cleaning, which uses solutions and technologies aimed at minimizing the harmful effects on the human body and the environment. This includes the use of cleaners based on natural components, the reduction of water consumption and the amount of chemicals used through the use of pre-treatment methods, the use of innovative materials and equipment, improving the energy efficiency of apparatus and machines and more. The principle of work of environmental cleaners is shown, which is based not on removal of contaminants by their dissolution (alkaline purifiers) or chemical reaction (acid purifiers), but on the removal of dirt from the surface by means of water base and organic compounds. Practical importance. The European experience in the use of environmentally friendly solutions proves that the use of green-series means can optimize the cost of maintaining facilities. Thanks to the "green" type of cleaning, protective films and coatings are formed on surfaces that are washable and cleanable. This allows them to extend their service life, which is very important in our economic environment. Eco-friendly goods or products are valued much higher and hotel services are no exception. Positioning the hotel as an eco-hotel gives the owner a number of competitive advantages, for example, the ability to use the new status for advertising purposes, create a favorable microclimate for guests and increase the rate of loading of the room.
