The purpose of the study is to assess the meteorological potential of the atmosphere of Sarny and to determine the degree of influence of various parameters of the microclimatic system. The research methodology includes a system of methods and techniques: monographic (used to study the materials of literary sources and Internet resources), mathematical (used a number of special indicators: Coefficient of meteorological potential according to VA Baranovsky, Coefficient of weather hardness Arnoldi for the cold season and heat for the warm season), graphic (used to visualize the results of the study). Research results. The processes of accumulation of harmful substances in the atmospheric air of the city of Sarny prevail over the processes of scattering throughout the year. The best processes of dispersion of harmful substances in the air of the city of Sarny occur in the cold season, the processes of accumulation are most active in July-August. The meteorological potential in Sarny is worse than in Rivne and Dubno, which are located in the southern part of Rivne region. A reliable direct close relationship between the concentration of pollutants (sulfur dioxide, formaldehyde) in the air with a meteorological potential of the atmosphere in Sarni been set. This should be considered when monitoring the atmosphere. During the cold period of the year in the thermal regime of the microclimate of the city the severe weather prevails in the winter months, and in March, October, November - mild weather. In the warm period of the year only in summer the indicators of the thermal regime are in the comfort zone. The weather, which is characterized by extreme thermal discomfort and poses a danger and extreme danger to humans, was not formed during 2016-2018. In the cold season, the relationship between the thermal regime and the level of meteorological potential of the geourbosystem of Sarny is closer. But in the warm season, the self-cleaning abilities of the atmosphere tend to deteriorate with increasing average comfort temperature. We assume that the processes of global warming will make the microclimate of the city of Sarny in the warm season more comfortable in terms of its thermal regime, but less attractive in terms of meteorological potential of the atmosphere. Scientific novelty of the work: the meteorological potential of the atmosphere of the city of Sarny by months for 2016-2018 was calculated; regularities of change of these indicators in warm and cold periods of the year were established; the meteorological potential of Sarny was compared with the indicators of other cities of the region (Dubno and Rivne). The correlations between the meteorological potential of the atmosphere of the city of Sarny with the level of air pollution and with the indicators of the thermal regime for cold and warm seasons have been established. The practical significance of the work is that the obtained results can be used in the form of recommendations to local

Goal. To reveal peculiarities of formation of ecological prospects of tourism development within Drohobych urban system. Method. The study used analytical, comparative-geographical, cartographic and synthetic methods. Results. The prospect of this territory for ecological tourism in urban systems is shown - since it is characterized by the location within the satisfactory ecological state of forest landscapes, accessibility for all types of tourist groups, developed infrastructure and the presence of environmental problems, which often need immediate solution. Thus, territories such as the Drohobych Urbosystem create the prerequisites for obtaining aesthetic preferences, cognitive bases, as well as environmentally oriented knowledge in the implementation of tourist routes. In general, “branding” of cities in the development of the tourism industry is a multifactorial phenomenon, which depends on its natural, historical and architectural attractiveness as well as on its ecological status, which acts as an ecological basis and general ecological background. (a necessary background that creates a natural environment beyond which it is impossible to consider the ecological effect of anthropogenic impact aimed at providing comfortable environmental conditions (natural conditions that affect life, health, production and non-productive activities of people) for tourists. That is, the environmental safety of an urban environment is a condition of a certain section of a city that eliminates harmful effects or its threat, its inhabitants and visitors, created by anthropogenic or natural influences, correspond to the formation of a natural and cultural environment that is consistent with sanitary, aesthetic and material needs. Assessment of the environmental safety of the environment of tourist attractive urban areas should be a mandatory component of the city's brand, which is developed with the aim of obtaining the following results: improving the socio-economic and cultural development of the city; development of all forms of business in the city; tourism development; promotion of investment activity; participation in national and regional development programs; participation in international cooperation programs. The practical importance lies in substantiation of the mechanisms of formation and implementation of the strategy of development

This article is devoted to the using of public-private partnership (PPP) in the context of systematic development of gastronomic tourism. The author defined the definition of «public-private partnership», proposed a mechanism of PPP in the field of tourist services, and a scheme for assessing the effectiveness of the organizational-economic mechanism of PPP in the management of gastronomic tourism. Goal. Research on the using of public-private partnership (PPP) in the field of tourism, namely the development and establishment of gastronomic tourism. Identification of the positive aspects of its formation. Method. The dialectical approach has been applied to the consideration of the identified problems with the simultaneous using of general ones: systematic, systematical analysis and modeling of economic research and its using in gastronomic tourism. Results. The author's vision of the mechanism of PPP in the field of tourist services and the scheme for assessing the effectiveness of the organizational-economic mechanism of public-private partnership in the management of gastronomic tourism are presented, and the classification of the main PPP actors in the service sector is developed. Scientific novelty. For the first time the organizational-economic mechanism of public-private partnership was proposed and the scheme of efficiency of its using in gastronomic tourism was developed. Practical significance. The model of public-private partnership in the field of tourist services is developed, the mechanism of its interaction at the level of the territory (territorial communities) is determined, the key element of which is the creation of a specialized platform for discussion and consideration of the interests of the local population, authorities and businesses when adopting a program of development of tourism in a certain territory (component is the development of gastronomic tourism).

The aim. To explore the prospects of creative and imaginative tourism based on intangible cultural heritage on the example of Spain. Methodology. General scientific research methods are used, namely general scientific: comparison, analysis, synthesis, generalization and analogy. The comparison method was used to establish the similarity of the use of ICH elements as a tourist magnet. Methods of analysis, synthesis and generalization were used in the study of the causal relationship between the growth of tourist activity in Spain due to the introduction of legislative documents that contributed to this process and the preservation of cultural traditions of local communities. By analogy, we can expect a probable positive result of the development of creative and imaginative tourism in Ukraine. Results. Positive and effective examples of relevant types of cultural tourism in Spain are considered. The article illustrates the examples of places in Spain where creative models of tourism development have been adopted in recent decades. Successful results of relevant types of cultural tourism in the country are considered in the research. It has been exemplified how important tourist "magnets" from the UNESCO Representative List became the elements of intangible culture of Spain. The article illustrates the examples of places in Spain where creative models of tourism development have been adopted in recent decades. Successful results of relevant types of cultural tourism in the country are considered in the research. It has been examplified how important tourist "magnets" from the UNESCO Representative List became the elements of intangible culture of Spain. Scientific novelty. The author explores how creative tourism, changing the traditional model of cultural tourism heritage, departs from material culture. The considered experience demonstrates that creativity is a mobile component. Creativity promotes interaction between the owners of intangible culture, which are mostly locals from rural areas, and visitors. The role of owners is not the traditional one for tourism as services are not provided in a traditional way, but in the form of demonstration, training or transfer of experience. The role of tourists in this case is the search for new skills, knowledge or experience. Practical meaningfulness. The study provides examples of how the key acquisition becomes a new symbolic capital, i. e. the acquisition of experience, worldview and skills. Practical cases of cooperation and distribution of roles between local communities and the state in tourism development based on the use of ICH elements between have been described.

The aim of the study is to elucidate the number and structure of the museum network in a global and national dimension; define the concepts of «museum», «cultural and informational system» and the main directions of improving museum business in Ukraine; analyze the basic structural and logical models and dynamics of museum development in Ukraine; better understand the idea of unusual museum projects in Ukraine and highlight the most original among them by subject, history of creation and value of exhibitions. The methods and methodology of research. Expeditionary (a direct training with the expositions of non-traditional museum projects and field data collecting), monographic (an analysis of publications of leading museum scientists), comparative-geographical, cartographic, statistical (an analysis of number of museum institutions and their popularity in Ukraine), sociological (an identification of priorities of student youth in relation to non-traditional museum projects) computer technologies, modeling (a use of structural and logical models in the publication) methods were used in the disclosure of the topic. The novelty of the research. The dynamics and trends of museum development in Ukraine and in the world, the structure of the array of publications on museum issues are elucidated, the priorities of student youth in relation to extraordinary museums and the top-7 most famous non-traditional museum projects of Ukraine (in order of discussion) are identified. The results. It is proved that the share of non-traditional museums, museum projects and exhibitions in the «museum area» both in Ukraine and abroad is increasing, while at the same time in the Ukrainian national space it has been observed the actual disappearance of, until recently, unique expositions from such museum halls as the Museum of the History of Kyiv, the Museum of Taras Shevchenko on Chernychiy (Tarasova) mountain in Kaniv (Cherkasy region); by interviewing student youth, the most attractive and unpopular unconventional museums (world dimension) and the top 7 unusual museum projects of Ukraine (in order of discussion) were identified. The quantitative characteristics of the museum network and the popularity of museum institutions of Ukraine for the years 2000–2017 are given. The practical significance lies in the possibility of i implementation the results of the study into the educational process of higher education institutions in Ukraine (when teaching courses of excursion and museum studies, museum tourism, geography of tourism, basics of excursion) at the geographical, historical faculties of institutions of higher education in Ukraine) and the use of materials in the activities of museum and sightseeing institutions of Ukraine, in increasing public attention to traditional and non-traditional museum projects and expanding the idea of diversification of museum institutions.

The aim of the study is to analyze еhe role of medium and small cities in development of regions in the Republic of Azerbaijan Methods. The study used the method of comparative historical methods, statistics, analyze. Results. As a result, recommendations and suggestions were made to regulate the economic structure of small and medium-sized cities, and to increase the role of the regions in the development of the country. One of the main directions of socio-economic development are the reconstruction of the economic structure of small and medium-sized cities, the creation of new production and service facilities in these areas, and the organization of public services at the level of modern requirements. With these activities, new workplaces will be created and cities will play a role in the development of the country. Scientific novelty. Cities play an important role in the location of agricultural areas and population, in the processing of natural resources and agricultural products. These factors have a significant impact on regional development as well. Most of the cities in Azerbaijan are medium and small. Therefore it covers all regions of the country. Given this, it is possible to ensure the socio-economic development of the regions by developing small and medium-sized cities. However, the role of the regions in the socio-economic development of the country is still weak. It shows itself in the production of more industrial products. To solve the problem, it is necessary to construct new light and food industry facilities and service facilities in the regions. Natural and geographical conditions, the use of natural resources, and EGP are influenced by urban development in Azerbaijan. The majority of urban areas in the country are located in plains and foothills, close to water basins and the Caspian coast. For many years the processing of agricultural products has been the basis of urban economic structures. Different objects of the secondary industry are functioning in the cities due to the diversified structure of agriculture. However, during the transition period, their activities stopped, the production of industrial products declined and workplaces were closed. This factor has slowed the decrease of the urban population and increased migration. During the preparing of the article, the annual reports of the State Statistical Committee on regional development, industry, socio-cultural development played a statistical base role.

The purpose of the article consists in a dynamics study of meteorological elements of February in the town of Slutsk of the Minsk region of the Republic of Belarus. The hypothesis of the research was based on the assumption that if in recent years in Belarus, as well as in the world in general, warming of climate is observed, then it has to affect characteristics of weather in our town. On the basis of the database of a meteorological station Slutsk, archives of the State Institution "Republican Hydrometeorological Center", the information resource POGODA.BY and materials of the website gismeteo.ru the basic meteorological elements of February for 1998 - 2018 and changes of these indexes are analysed. As a result it was revealed that there were deviations from the climatic indicators, the characteristic of our region. Average daytime temperature of February for the last 20 years is 0.5 °C higher than the mean long-term values and, since 2013, it has positive values from 0 °C to 2.7 °C. The direction of wind was replaced from the western directions with southern which brings to our country warmer air from the Mediterranean and the region of the Black Sea that leads to warming of climate. The scientific novelty consists in a research of regional meteorological characteristics. The practical value of article is that this material can be used when studying the unit "Weather and Climate" in the 6th class as the subject on studying of geography of the area is included into the school program, and materials on it are absent in the textbook. Materials of the work can be used also in out-of-class work with pupils and also will be useful to all who are interested in study of local lore.

The purpose of the article is to introduce modern cleaning technologies in hotels by reducing the harmful effects of chemicals on human health and the environment. Method. The research is based on scientific methods of analysis and comparison of information. Results. The negative impact of modern detergents used by hotel companies on the human body and the environment has been determined. The most aggressive components of chemistry and their harmful effects when used on humans are listed. The comparison of the most popular professional cleaners with the green type of cleaning products and their neutral effect on the environment and efficiency during use. Scientific novelty. One of the innovative areas in the field of professional cleaning in hotel enterprises is green cleaning, which uses solutions and technologies aimed at minimizing the harmful effects on the human body and the environment. This includes the use of cleaners based on natural components, the reduction of water consumption and the amount of chemicals used through the use of pre-treatment methods, the use of innovative materials and equipment, improving the energy efficiency of apparatus and machines and more. The principle of work of environmental cleaners is shown, which is based not on removal of contaminants by their dissolution (alkaline purifiers) or chemical reaction (acid purifiers), but on the removal of dirt from the surface by means of water base and organic compounds. Practical importance. The European experience in the use of environmentally friendly solutions proves that the use of green-series means can optimize the cost of maintaining facilities. Thanks to the "green" type of cleaning, protective films and coatings are formed on surfaces that are washable and cleanable. This allows them to extend their service life, which is very important in our economic environment. Eco-friendly goods or products are valued much higher and hotel services are no exception. Positioning the hotel as an eco-hotel gives the owner a number of competitive advantages, for example, the ability to use the new status for advertising purposes, create a favorable microclimate for guests and increase the rate of loading of the room.
