Purpose – perform an ecological assessment of the quality of the rivers of Zhytomyr region (within the pool of the Pripyat river). Method. The study was conducted according to systematic observations based on the ecological classification of the quality of surface water and estuates in Ukraine, which includes a set of hydrophysical, hydrochemical, hydrobiological and other indicators reflecting the peculiarities of components of aqueous ecosystems. On the basis of common environmental criteria, the methodology makes it possible to compare the quality of water at different sites of water bodies, in water bodies of different regions. The calculation of the ecological assessment of water quality was carried out within three blocks: block of salt composition (І1), block of trophic-saprobiological (ecological-sanitary) indicators (І2) and block of indicators of content of specific substances of toxic action (І3). The results are presented in the form of a combined environmental assessment based on the final conclusions of the three blocks and based on the calculation of the integrated environmental index (IE). Results. An analysis of the modern ecological state of the rivers of the Zhytomyr region was carried out (within the Pripyat River Basin) and an assessment of the quality of their water according to the relevant categories. The results of observations on the qualitative state of surface water of the rivers of the rivers, uz, yarn, norin (within the Zhytomyr region) indicate their satisfactory condition. Water rivers, uz, norin correspond to the III class of water quality ("satisfactory" by class, "weakly polluted" by degree of purity). The best quality of surface water is observed in the river the river (II quality class, "good" by class, "fairly clean" by degree of purity). The greatest influence on the formation of water quality in rivers studied have indicators of a trophy-saprobiological block. This is due to a high anthropogenic load in river basins, in the first place discharges of insufficient sewage. Scientific novelty. For the first time on the basis of analytical studies and stock materials, an ecological evaluation of the surface water of the rivers of the rivers, shoving, UZ, Norin within the Zhytomyr region in three blocks of indicators: saline composition, trophoprobiological parameters and specific substances of toxic action. The integral ecological index is determined. The tendencies of accumulation of pollutants in the surface waters of rivers studied are established. Practical significance. The studies have allowed to analyze and evaluate the environmental state of the rivers of the rivers of the Zhytomyr region within the pool of the Pripyat River, which will establish the environmental standards of water quality and to determine the basic directions to improve the state of water resources and substantiate the system of recommendations aimed at improving the environmental status of the studied. pools within the area.

The calculation of the ecological assessment of water quality was carried out within three blocks: block of salt composition (І1), block of trophic-saprobiological (ecological-sanitary) indicators (І2) and block of indicators of content of specific substances of toxic action (І3). The results are presented in the form of a combined environmental assessment based on the final conclusions of the three blocks and based on the calculation of the integrated environmental index (IE). Results. An analysis of the modern ecological state of the rivers of the Zhytomyr region was carried out (within the Pripyat River Basin) and an assessment of the quality of their water according to the relevant categories. The results of observations on the qualitative state of surface water of the rivers of the rivers, uz, yarn, norin (within the Zhytomyr region) indicate their satisfactory condition. Water rivers, uz, norin correspond to the III class of water quality (\"satisfactory\" by class, \"weakly polluted\" by degree of purity). The best quality of surface water is observed in the river the river (II quality class, \"good\" by class, \"fairly clean\" by degree of purity). The greatest influence on the formation of water quality in rivers studied have indicators of a trophy-saprobiological block. This is due to a high anthropogenic load in river basins, in the first place discharges of insufficient sewage. Scientific novelty. For the first time on the basis of analytical studies and stock materials, an ecological evaluation of the surface water of the rivers of the rivers, shoving, UZ, Norin within the Zhytomyr region in three blocks of indicators: saline composition, trophoprobiological parameters and specific substances of toxic action. The integral ecological index is determined. The tendencies of accumulation of pollutants in the surface waters of rivers studied are established. Practical significance. The studies have allowed to analyze and evaluate the environmental state of the rivers of the rivers of the Zhytomyr region within the pool of the Pripyat River, which will establish the environmental standards of water quality and to determine the basic directions to improve the state of water resources and substantiate the system of recommendations aimed at improving the environmental status of the studied. pools within the area.","PeriodicalId":395632,"journal":{"name":"GEOGRAPHY AND TOURISM","volume":"119 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115348585","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of this work is to determine the causes of conflicts among managers, stages of development of a conflict situation and the solution of administrative conflicts at enterprises in the field of providing tourism services. In accordance with this, it is necessary to solve the following task: to identify the consequences of managerial conflicts, to explain the stages of the conflict resolution process, and also to identify the goals that provoke a conflict. Methodology. To solve this research goal, an integrated and systematic approach was used based on general scientific and special methods, such as formal logic, analysis and systematization, generalization, literary and comparative methods. In the course of the study, we used literary sources on issues of conflict resolution at enterprises. The available statistical materials have been worked out. Results. It has been established that a managerial conflict goes through all the same life cycle stages as any other type of conflict with characteristic features. It was revealed that managerial conflicts have devastating consequences if they are not resolved. In the field of providing tourism services, where the main job is constant communication, managerial conflicts arise primarily because of the leaders' own ambitions, because of inadequate perception of information, and the like. It was revealed that at the enterprises of the tourism business possible conflicts due to incorrect transmission of information, since it goes through the process of "distortion" (that is, distortion of real information) or "filtering" (that is, replacing important data with unimportant or omission of important information, considering it unimportant ). Conflicts can and should be prevented by implementing a conflict prevention strategy. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the adaptation of the theory of conflict at the managerial level to the tourism sector in order to solve communication problems that arise. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that managers must know the theory of conflicts, prevent in order to conflict, and also resolve with positive consequences. The research materials can be used for further research on this topic and in the process of training in higher educational institutions for specialties 073 "Management" and 242 "Tourism" in the study of management disciplines and the basics of conflict management in order to create and reproduce special skills for resolving conflict situations in work collectives among managers.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the influence of geographical location and natural resource potential on the formation of socio-geographical monosystems types in the Carpathian region. Method. General scientific methods, including analysis, scientific synthesis, analytical method, methods of comparison and generalization have been used. By applying the coefficient of openness of the region's economy, an assessment of the level of influence of state borders on the involvement of the Carpathian region in interregional economic ties has been made. Scientific novelty. The article analyses the geographical position of the Carpathian region from the standpoint of evaluating it as a resource capable of activating internal (endogenous) and external (exogenous) factors and natural resource potential as determinants of the monodevelopment of socio-geographical systems in the Carpathian region. Analysis of the dynamics of the coefficient of openness of the regions' economy in the Carpathian region of Ukraine and their level of import dependence showed a significant influence of the border location on the intensity of the region's involvement in interregional cooperation, which makes it possible to solve specific economic and social issues directly for the border regions. However, despite the openness of the economies of the regions of the Carpathian region, they are quite import-dependent. It should be noted that the openness of the economies of the regions in the Carpathian region determines the exogenity of the monosystem development of socio-geographical systems at the local level. It has been proven that the transboundary position of the Carpathian region significantly affects the exogenity of local monosystems. The checkpoints available in the region are formed as monocenters of the exogenous type with a pronounced function of international cooperation. Thus, the geographical position is a determining factor in the formation of monosystems types according to the source of their development. Practical meaning. The results of this research contribute to a deeper socio-geographical understanding of the processes of monodevelopment of socio-geographical systems, their genesis, the peculiarities of their flow and provide an opportunity to model their prospective development, to achieve the expected results because of long-term transformation. They can be used for further research of monosystems of different hierarchical levels, as well as for the development of practical recommendations and programs for the development of individual monoterritories.

The aim of the research. Studying the traditional national dish of Ukrainians – borscht as an intangible cultural heritage of Ukrainian people. Have to be included in the lists of national and world heritage for the purpose of protecting it from being appropriated by other neighboring nations. The reason of substantiation of the necessity of development of the gastronomic brand «Ukrainian Borsch» – its promotion in the international and world tourist markets. Methods. The main research methods are descriptive, comparative, analytical, synthetic, graphic, formalization, scientific systematization. Results. The history of the dish «Borsch» and the origin of its name are researched. Varieties of borscht and its regional differences within Ukraine have been found out. The classic recipe of the dish, preserved in Central Ukraine, namely in Cherkasy region, is indicated. The differences between Ukrainian borscht and similar first dishes of neighboring nations are shown. The uniqueness of the composition, the technology of preparation and the taste qualities of classic Ukrainian borsch are emphasized. The gastronomic component in the UNESCO World Intangible Heritage has been systematized. The characteristics of national cuisines, gastronomic cultures, diets, specialties and beverages can be found in the World Heritage List. The necessity to include Ukrainian borsch in the national list of intangible cultural heritage and the UNESCO World Intangible Heritage List is substantiated. The algorithm for submitting an element (borsch) to the UNESCO World Intangible Heritage has been ordered. It is shown that Ukrainian borsch meets the requirements for inclusion in the UNESCO list of intangible heritage. A sample account card has been compiled for inclusion in the intangible heritage list. The need to promote borscht through the creation of its culinary brand is outlined. It is suggested to hold a national borsch holiday to preserve and promote the food at the national and international levels. The scientific novelty of the work is that it is proposed to include borsch, as a traditional first dish of Ukrainians, in the national list of intangible cultural heritage and the list of intangible cultural heritage of UNESCO. It is substantiated that the promotion of the dish internationally requires the development of the Ukrainian Borsch brand. The practical significance of the research is determined by the protection of borscht from being appropriated by other peoples. As well as ability to declare the dish as a gastronomic brand of Ukraine through its listing in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
