Apriori --the classical association rules mining algorithm is a way to find out certain potential, regular knowledge from the massive ones. But there are two more serious defects in the data mining process. The first needs many times to scan the business database and the second will inevitably produce a large number of irrelevant candidate sets which seriously occupy the system resources. An improved method is introduced on the basic of the defects above. The improved algorithm only scans the database once, at the same time the discrete data and statistics related are completed, and the final one is to prune the candidate item sets according to the minimum supporting degree and the character of the frequent item sets. After analysis, the improved algorithm reduces the system resources occupied and improves the efficiency and quality.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a process attempting to consolidate all the department and function units in an enterprise into a single computer system, which is thereafter able to serve specific needs for each unit. On the basis of ERP implementation, the traditional operation flow of the enterprise needs to be reorganized and improved to adapt to the new system. In this study, we established a novel purchase and payment flow fitting the ERP environment. In addition, we evaluated the potential risks in this flow and proposed the corresponding internal control measures.

Text clustering methods can be used to structure large sets of text or hypertext documents. However, a lot of well-known methods for text clustering do not really address the special problems of text clustering: very high dimensionality of the data and understandability of the cluster description. In this paper, we introduce a novel approach which is based on the hypergraph model of text clustering by using Set Pair Analysis (SPA) that is a new methodology to describe and process system uncertainty. In this method, we define a new measure for text similarity by the identical, different, and contrary of Set Pair. After setting up the hypergraph model, a hypergraph partitioning algorithm will be used to find clusters. The new method can eliminate disadvantageous factors and decreases the textual dimension of text and enhances the speed and accuracy of the text clustering. The experiment demonstrates that our approach is applicable and effective in high dimensional textual datasets.

Information and communication technologies are considered as a potential catalyst for socioeconomic development in undeveloped regions. It is present the criteria for a good digital library in undeveloped regions, and we describe the XSL-CDL framework developed to construct digital libraries from a pool of Web services-based components. We have proposed a model of a digital library for undeveloped regions that is comprised of a number of quality indicators for key formal DL concepts. It helps designers of DL to identify constraints, to ensure adequate quality, to monitor system behavior, to facilitate evaluation, and to set priorities.

NETCONF protocol based on XML can well solve some problems in the SNMP. When managing the variety network equipment of complex network, the versatility and scalability of the management system of the simple NETCONF have become a major problem. This paper applies Web Services to NETCONF network management, using SOAP,WSDL,UDDI and other technology, we make some improvements to NETCONF network management model and have built a more user-friendly, versatile and scalable system model.

As its free, rich code resource and supporting many kinds of CPU architecture, Linux is making steady progress in the embedded arena. The Virtex-II Pro serials development system, produced by Xilinx company, provides an advanced hardware platform that consists of a high performance Virtex serials platform FPGA surrounded by a comprehensive collection of peripheral components that can be used to create a complex system and meet different special embedded application areas. This paper mainly introduces porting embedded Linux to the XUP Virtex- II Pro development system, and using serials of development tool kits. It is a good guide to develop embedded system with FPGA development system and Linux.

We fetch facial digital vision information from 98 healthy persons using digital camera. With functional help of NIKON CAPTURE NX's software point U key technology, we catch black, white and neutral color control points. We correct the color differences of facial digital vision with self-improved facial functional software. According to the principle of Adaboost objective category, we improve the software. Under Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), facial information was cut into 5 divisions which are forehead, nose, left malar, right malar and chin. We do the CIE1976L*a*b* color quantity analysis using after we take 8 color pieces with size 5*5 from each part. The experiment result shows that there are differences of value of L*, a* and b* from different part of healthy persons face. That means there are color differences from different part of face. With the figures of L*, a* and b* from different face part, it generally follows the TCM clinic fact. This task technologically found the patients facial inspection in future.

Project practical training is the key step of application-oriented undergraduate education. But it is difficult to build a project training base in university because of the high cost and the lack of project-based teacher for most application-oriented undergraduate colleges, and the training base in enterprise always could provide training chance for a part of students whose practice capability is better. This paper put forward plan about building the online project training base based on the campus network. And then it given the method to realize the system based on struts framework. After a year of operation, many advantages of the way have displayed: the construction cost would be reduced due to the full use of campus network resources, and the online training base could provide the convenient for teachers to direct the students, especially those teachers engaged from the enterprise, it also could improve the flexible time and places for project training. It has been proved that the online training base is economic and practical, so it can be extended to other professional project training.

In this study, we assessed the large sample population of patients with chronic gastritis based on three methods with supervised learning function, i.e., the regression analysis, BP neural network and Support Vector Machine. On basis of the results, we constructed the diagnostic models to predict the types of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndromes of chronic gastritis, and compared the correct rate and applicability of each method. The study showed the correct rate of prediction was as follows: Support Vector Machine ≫ BP neural network ≫ regression analysis, after construction of diagnostic models with three algorithms. We believe, our results could be of great value in exploring the methodology of objectification and standardization of TCM Syndromes.

QoS-oriented content delivery is an important component in en-learning systems. In this paper, we study the object placement problem in the parallel-access context for QoS-oriented content delivery. The problem is formulated in terms of bandwidth maximization and further proved to be equivalent to the Fault Tolerant Facility Location Problem (FTFL). In this problem the bandwidth that violates the triangle inequality is measured by a cost function which forms a metric when the shortest-path routing is deployed. Though there have been efficient UFL algorithms with good performance guarantees, the challenge of the FTFL Problem arises due to the conflict of its connectivity requirement (multiple distinct connections) and cost minimization (which leads to identical connections with the minimum cost). We investigate possible solutions for addressing this conflict after giving an overview of the existing techniques. Extension of the problem to the context of QoE-aware multimedia delivery which has important applications in e-learning systems is also discussed.
