Kerang adalah jenis moluska yang hidup di substrat beberapa ekosistem perairan. Kerang merupakan komponen penting yang berperan sebagai pemakan sisa organik yang berada di perairan (deposit feeder) dan pemakan suspensi (suspension feeder) dalam rantai makanan. Beberapa spesies kerang juga dapat berperan dalam mengakumulasi (bioakumulator) logam berat. Di Taman Nasional Baluran, Jawa Timur, Indonesia, kerang sering digunakan oleh masyarakat setempat sebagai bahan dasar makanan dan cangkangnya dijual sebagai dekorasi kamar, perhiasan, dan peralatan rumah tangga. Akibat terjadinya eksploitasi terhadap kerang secara berlebihan, telah diduga bahwa kepadatan populasi dan keanekaragaman spesies kerang telah menurun. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Oktober 2019 di Pantai Bilik di Taman Nasional Baluran untuk menentukan komposisi spesies dan preferensi habitat spesies kerang. Pengambilan sampel acak digunakan untuk mengukur komposisi spesies kerang di daerah penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat adanya 6 ordo, 8 famili, 11 genera, dan 14 spesies. Nilai keanekaragaman spesies yang dihitung menggunakan indeks keanekaragaman jenis (H'). Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan telah ditemukan 2,109, yang menunjukkan keanekaragaman spesies tingkat sedang. Analisis kemerataan spesies menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,79, yang berarti kemerataan spesies rendah. Habitat kerang di Pantai Bilik lebih terfokus pada bongkahan karang mati yang ditumbuhi alga. Moluska sering ditemukan bersama dengan karang dari keluarga Faviidae, terutama yang berasal dari genus Porites.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman cacing tanah (Oligochaeta: Megascolicidae) pada beberapa ketinggian di Gunung Tompotika, Sulawesi Tengah, yang dilakukan dari bulan Februari sampai Mei 2019. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan di lima plot dengan berbagai tipe habitat, yaitu habitat Hutan Pinus Terbakar (HPT), habitat Hutan Primer (HP), habitat Hutan Sekunder (HS), habitat Kebun Mente (KM) dan habitat Hutan Tebangan (HTB). Pada masing-masing ketinggian ditentukan sebanyak 1 plot dengan ukuran 30m x 30m. setiap plot terdapat 9 titik pengambilan sampel dengan ukuran masing-masing titik pengambilan sampel yaitu 1m x 1m x 30cm (kedalaman) dan jarak antar titik pengambilan sampel yaitu 10 m. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan genus Polypheretima dari famili Megascolicidae pada masing-masing ketinggian yaitu Polypheretima sp.

Stock is one type of long-term investment in the capital market. The stock movement indicator that is most often used in analysis by investors is the Indonesia Composite Index (ICI). ICI data is a variety of time series data, so it can be analyzed using forecasting. One forecasting method that can be used is the wavelet thresholding method. The wavelet threshold can analyze stationary, non-stationary, and nonlinear time series data by producing smooth estimates. The wavelet threshold has a wavelet filter and threshold parameters and threshold functions that can be used in analyzing. In this study MSE was assessed from several wavelet filters namely haar, daubechies, and coiflets filters at levels 1 to 7 with the thresholding function namely soft thresholding and thresholding parameters, namely minimax thresholding and sure thresholding. The data used is IHGS data in 2018 totaling 240 data. Based on the data analysis performed, MSE was obtained which means that the best filter provided in order 2 wavelet coiflet filter at level 2 and thresholding parameter is sure of thresholding with MSE value of 0.0094

Cluster analysis is included in the method of multivariate analysis of interdependence. Cluster analysis is a multivariate technique that classifies objects into different groups between one group and another group. This research is applied to the case of education indicators, education is important for improving the quality of human resources. Educational indicators are a measuring tool used to see how well the quality of education. Educational indicators are classified using average linkage and median linkage. The results of the analysis showed that the median linkage obtained a standard deviation ratio value of 0.061 smaller than the standard deviation ratio average linkage value of 0.078. The method that has the smallest ratio is the method with the best performance. So that grouping City Districts in Sulawesi based on education indicators in 2017 is better to use the median linkage and obtained 5 clusters formed.

This research was carried out in the littoral zone of Lake Lindu, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi with the aim to determine the distribution pattern of freshwater snail Melanoides tuberculata (Muller, 1774) whose area was divided into 5 sample sampling stations. Collecting samples using the transect line method drawn from the edge of the lake to the middle part of the 17 m long lake. Lines at each station are placed with a 19x15 cm reducing plot whose size is in accordance with the collection tool. The equipment for which the plot is placed is spaced 1.5 m, with the transect line collected three and having a distance of 2 m. Melanoides tuberculata (Muller, 1774) which is located in Lake Lindu, Sigi, Central Sulawesi, is distributed randomly and in groups.

Cacao (Theobroma cacao L.) has potential to symbiosis with endophytic microbes. These microorganisms have a symbiotic mutualism with host plants. The group of endophytic bacteria are produce antibiotics, anti-cancer, anti-fungal, anti-viral, volatile compounds, even insecticides, while endophytic fungi is a biological control agents. This study were aimed to isolate and characterize bacteria and fungi that have the potential as endophytic microbes from Sulawesi's superior cacao (T. cacao L.). The method used in this study was descriptive method to determine the characterization of bacteria and fungi that have the potential as endophytic microbes, the results showed that there were 2 bacterial isolates who has a different morphology and 1 fungal isolate suspected genus Aspergilus.

Stocks can be defined as a sign of the participation of unilateral capital in a company or a limited liability company in the form of proof of a company's assets and it is formed as a valueble proof letters as a statement of participating in capital. Return stockis one of the factors that motivates investors to invest or interact and also a reward for the courage of investors to take risks or investments. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia is one of the largest banks in Indonesia that experiences an increase in stock prices every year. The Brown's Weighted Exponential Moving Average (BWEMA) method which is a combination of the Weighted Exponential Moving Average (WEMA) and Brown's Double Exponential Smoothing (BDES) methods will be used in this study. The data used is the daily data of closing price of the stock (closing price) of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia on February 6, 2018 until February 6, 2019. MSE and MAPE BWEMA values were obtained at 6124.222 and 1.831685%, while MSE and MAPE WEMA values were 7559.211 and 1.998439% respectively. The results obtained show that the BWEMA method has smaller MSE and MAPE values. This shows that the BWEMA method is better than the WEMA method in terms of forecasting. As a results the BWEMA method is continued to calculate the forecasts rate of return for the next 7 days. The average value returns obtained is 0.111497% stock which means during the period of the investment, investors get a profit of 0.111497%% per day of the total funds invested in the shares of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

Return stockis one of the factors that motivates investors to invest or interact and also a reward for the courage of investors to take risks or investments. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia is one of the largest banks in Indonesia that experiences an increase in stock prices every year. The Brown's Weighted Exponential Moving Average (BWEMA) method which is a combination of the Weighted Exponential Moving Average (WEMA) and Brown's Double Exponential Smoothing (BDES) methods will be used in this study. The data used is the daily data of closing price of the stock (closing price) of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia on February 6, 2018 until February 6, 2019. MSE and MAPE BWEMA values were obtained at 6124.222 and 1.831685%, while MSE and MAPE WEMA values were 7559.211 and 1.998439% respectively. The results obtained show that the BWEMA method has smaller MSE and MAPE values. This shows that the BWEMA method is better than the WEMA method in terms of forecasting. As a results the BWEMA method is continued to calculate the forecasts rate of return for the next 7 days. Health workers is any person who dedicates theirself in the health sector and have knowledge, skills and authority to make health efforts. The lack number of health workers or the univen distribution of health workers is a problem that often occurs in each region. This research will use the method of multidimensional scaling in mapping districts / cities in Central Sulawesi Province based on indicators of health workers. The results obtained are formed in to 4 groups of districts/cities that have similarities among its members but different from other groups. In the group 1 is Palu, Group 2 contained Parigi Moutong districts. In the group 3 consists of Banggai, Poso, Sigi and Toli-Toli Districts. In the group 4 consist of Tojo Una-una, Morowali, Donggala, Morowali Utara, Banggai Laut, Buol, and Banggai Islands. Stress value obtained is 4.354% and the value of R^2 is 99.568%, which indicates that the data used can be mapped properly.

The research of callus induction in potato (S. tuberosum L.) from Dombu Village with indole-3-acetic-acid (IAA) was conducted from Januari to April 2019 in Laboratory of Tissue Culture, Biology Department, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science, Tadulako University. The research was aimed to determine of concentration IAA of the best to induce callus. This study was designed based on Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments, 3 replications and 3 explants on each unit. The treatments were P1= MS + 0 ppm, P2= MS + 0.5 ppm, P3= MS + 1.0 ppm, P4= MS + 2.0 ppm, P5= MS + 3.0 ppm. The results showed that the best and the efficient treatments for induction of callus treatment was P4= MS + 2.0 ppm with to induce callus up to 100%, the callus colour was yellow to brown and intermediate texture.
2019年1 - 4月,在大田大学数学与自然科学学院生物系组织培养实验室对东布村马铃薯(S. tuberosum L.)进行了吲哚-3-乙酸(IAA)诱导愈伤组织的研究。研究旨在确定诱导愈伤组织的最佳IAA浓度。本试验采用完全随机设计(CRD), 5个处理,3个重复,每个单元3个外植体。处理为P1= MS + 0 ppm、P2= MS + 0.5 ppm、P3= MS + 1.0 ppm、P4= MS + 2.0 ppm、P5= MS + 3.0 ppm。结果表明,P4= MS + 2.0 ppm是诱导愈伤组织的最佳和有效处理,愈伤组织诱导率高达100%,愈伤组织颜色为黄至棕色,质地中等。
