IDEAS OF NATIONAL REVIVAL IN CREATIVE ACTIVITY OF IVAN STESHENKO 史特申科创作活动中的民族复兴思想

The article is devoted to the outstanding Ukrainian writer, teacher, literary critic, translator, public figure and public figure I. Steshenko. The life and work of I. Stešenko are explored, his significant contribution to the development of Ukrainian literature, national education and culture has been revealed, the importance of his creative heritage in the context of the formation of Ukrainian national education, literature and art has been actualized. The authors of the article, due to the analysis of numerous publications in the periodicals, the widespread publication of a large number of documentary evidence and scientific discoveries made by historians and archivists, represent an interesting figure of Ivan Steshenko, an outstanding writer, literary critic, educator, public figure and public figure. The life and creative way of I.Stešenko was explored, the significance of his creative heritage in the context of the formation of Ukrainian national education, literature and art was revealed. On the basis of historical-biographical, cultural-historical methods of research, it was proved that the writer was a man of a wide scientific range, conducted active social, educational and cultural activities. The emphasis is on social activity of I.Stešenko, which is characterized by a wide range and many-sidedness: the development of Ukrainian schooling, the education of young people, the struggle for the Ukrainian university, the development of Ukrainian political life, the development of cultural institutions and the Ukrainian popular press to form the national outlook of the Ukrainian people. The authors focus on the pedagogical activity of I. Steshenko, which was carried out on the basis of the principles of humanism inherent in the most prominent representatives of philosophical, historical, cultural science and national ethnopedagogy; on the basis of social value traditions of native pedagogy, considering them as a leading factor in the formation of national identity consciousness. An outstanding teacher has determined the methodological principles and theoretical sources of modern national ethnopedagogy, the tasks aimed at ensuring the interconnection between school, family and society in the formation of the national identity of children and young people. The main principles of the educational and educational work of the school are analyzed: the unity of the formation of ideas about social reality as a part of the environment in children, reflecting the activities and relationships of people, and the education of a conscious desire to participate in the lives of the people around them; emotionogenicity as a necessary condition for children to learn social experience; complex application of different kinds of activity of children; formation of an active attitude towards the world; using an example of an adult as a carrier of knowledge, norms, values; showing personal qualities of people due to their attitude towards themselves and the attitude

LITERATURE AND MUSICAL LIFE IN KREMENETS UKRAINIAN GYMNASIUM (1918–1938 YEARS) 乌克兰体育馆的文学和音乐生活(1918-1938年)

The article deals with literary and artistic life at the Kremenets Ukrainian Gymnasium named after Ivan Steshenko. On the basis of archival materials the teaching staff of the educational institution, which functioned in the territory of the Second Rzeczpospolita, was studied. The author notes that the main component of state formation in the years of the Ukrainian People's Republic was the formation and development of Ukrainian national education and culture. The first step in implementing the national school reform was the creation of conditions for the introduction of the Ukrainian language in high school and the opening of new Ukrainian gymnasia. Numerous documents stored in the State Archives of the Ternopil region (351, «Private Ukrainian Gymnasium of Joint Training in Kremenets»), reveal the activity of the educational institution and confirm its prominent role in the educational life of the Ukrainian population of Kremenets. The researcher emphasizes the pedagogical skills of the teaching staff of the Kremenets Ukrainian Gymnasium, and the understanding of the important role of education in the process of preserving national dignity and spirituality contributed to the formation of students' professional and intellectual development. In its activity, the Ukrainian gymnasium has repeatedly faced difficulties: lack of funding, lack of premises adapted properly to educational needs, lack of appropriate material and technical base, but it became the center of high culture and education. The content of the first issue of the handwritten literary and artistic magazine "Youth" was analyzed, on the basis of the memoirs of the student of the gymnasium and the editor of the almanac U. Samchuk, the names of the members of the literary circle were established. The main aspects of the cultural-artistic collaboration of the teaching staff and the students' collectives of the gymnasium with Prosvita Society are revealed. The musical activity of high school students was traced and the programs of concert performances were explored. Based on the memories of former students of the gymnasium, the repertoire of the theater circle under the direction of G. Berezovsky was considered, and the study of high school students at the School of National Dances V. Avramenko was analyzed. The names of well-known writers and public figures who studied in the Ukrainian gymnasium were established.

FEATURES OF PRACTICAL EDUCATION OF SOCIAL EMPLOYEES IN PRACTICE IN HIGH SCHOOL OF POLAND 波兰高中社会雇员实践教育的特点

The article is devoted to the practical component of the professional training of a social worker in a Polish high school. Conceptual approaches are considered in relation to professional preparation of development workers and experience actualized by them with practical preparation at higher school of Poland. It is found out, that preparation of development workers in Poland is a difficult and dynamic process, that permanently changes in accordance with international standards, normative requirements, social changes and necessities on this type of services. As a result of scientific research, the tendency to introduce professional training in the practice of Polish social workers on the progressive approaches of practical experience in the social sphere of European countries and the United States has been traced. It is noted that the model of structured learning is based on the use of a curriculum on a modular basis. Different teaching methods, especially simulation and activity (training in the "team") are used. Equally important is the acquisition of skills, and the assimilation of the value basis of the student's work. Assessment is based on the criteria of competence. The student works under the direct supervision and supervision of the practice leader. Emphasis is placed on the theory of practical learning through experience. According to the results of the study, the organizational and pedagogical conditions of the organization and content of practical training of social workers in practice in Poland are set out: legislative regulation of general principles of practice and internship in Polish universities; the removal of a significant part of the study load (from 40% to 60%) into the obligatory volume of the organization of students' practice directly at the workplace; continuity of the practical orientation of the educational process to practical learning through experience in practice; compliance of modules of practical training programs in practice under the Framework Program for the qualification of a social worker: knowledge, skills, social competences; the variability of the proposals for places of practice for students and the proposed contact letters at the information stands of the departments of social work (pedagogy); provision of means for checking the implementation of modules by trainees through the electronic network, depending on the form of training and the student's capabilities (stationary, correspondence, distance, etc.); providing support for practical training of future social workers in practice (contact hours, independent work, literature to silabases (programs) of practice, etc.); consistency of the procedure for managing and controlling individual programs of student practice from the university and social institution; Settlement of the appointment of students responsible for passing the practice: the coordinator (for bachelors, mainly masters), a mentor, a representative from the practice institution and the man

DEVELOPMENT OF INCLUSIVE EDUCATION IN THE REPUBLIC OF MALTA: RESEARCH BASE OF INFORMATION SOURCES 马耳他共和国全纳教育的发展:信息源研究基础

In the present article the source base of the research has been defined in accordance with the stages of inclusive education development in Republic of Malta (denial, acceptance, awareness, inclusion). The main groups of historical and pedagogical works aimed at studying and generalizing of investigation material have been allocated and described. The source base of the research includes documentary (documents providing legislation and guidance for inclusive education in Malta), analytical sources that highlight historical and pedagogical process of inclusive education development in Republic of Malta, scientific pedagogical periodicals that contain descriptions of practical experience of implementing inclusive education in various types of educational establishments in Republic of Malta. Within the article the source base periods of study according to the stages of development of inclusive education of the Republic of Malta. The researcher determines the valuable study and extrapolation of the positive experience of the Republic of Malta, which occupies a leading position among EU countries not only through the development of legislative and normative provision of inclusive education, the creation of innovative educational institutions (resource centers), the preparation of competent pedagogical staff, but also the formation of a special value the attitude towards children with special educational problems, which manifests itself in the respect and recognition of the diversity of students. The article establishes the source of the study of the inclusive education of the Republic of Malta. The following methods were used to solve this goal: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific sources: psychological and pedagogical literature systematization and generalization, foreign and domestic scientists' works, legal documents and statistical data of the Republic of Malta for the disclosure of key concepts of the study; problem-chronological to determine the chronology of the formation and development of inclusive education in the Republic of Malta.

NATIONALSOCIAL POLICY AND SOCIAL EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT: FOREIGN EXPERIENCE AND DOMESTIC CONTEXT 国家社会政策与社会教育发展:国外经验与国内背景

The article deals with the question of national social policy impact on the development of the structure and the content of caseworker training in Ukraine and in the world. It was noted that characteristic of modern national social sphere development is its dependence on economic development, which according to modern scholars, analysts and experts, is in crisis condition. The gap between the proclaimed at the national level social plan values and real needs of the population in social protection brings up to date the problem of caseworkers’ commitment to the challenges of modernity. The researcher notes that the work of domestic scientists in the field of training social workers in Ukraine and in the world prompts the establishment of objective factors that complicate the implementation of a specialist in everyday reality. The article focuses on the search for effective models of training social workers in foreign experience. These studies contain interesting and diverse material on: mechanisms for the implementation of the system of continuous social education; partnership cooperation between educational institutions and social institutions in the context of the training of future specialists, their social protection and employment; general tendencies, principles, concepts, systems and models of training of social workers and social educators from different countries. The researcher points out the need to maximally approximate the educational process and direct the practical training of a modern social worker to the practical needs of the country, given the statement in the social policy of Ukraine of the tendency to refuse the general social function of protection in favor of personal assistance to certain social groups (the unemployed, elderly, disabled). On the ground of the analysis of Ukrainian social policy current state, taking into account the current system of case workers’ training in state institutions of higher education, and leading directions of domestic studies of foreign experience on a particular problem, it was found that there is a need to analyze fundamentally the problem of correlation of the current (world) models of social protection of the population with the peculiarities of case workers’ training in view of the domestic context.
本文论述了国家社会政策对乌克兰和世界社会工作者培训结构和内容发展的影响问题。会议指出,现代国家社会领域发展的特点是依赖于经济发展,而现代学者、分析家和专家认为经济发展处于危机状态。在国家层面上宣布的社会计划价值与人口在社会保护方面的实际需求之间的差距带来了社会工作者对现代性挑战的承诺问题。研究人员指出,国内科学家在乌克兰和世界范围内培训社会工作者领域的工作促使建立客观因素,使专家在日常现实中的实施复杂化。本文着重从国外经验中寻找有效的社会工作者培训模式。这些研究包含了有趣和多样化的材料:持续社会教育系统的实施机制;教育机构和社会机构在培训未来专家、社会保护和就业方面的伙伴关系合作;各国社会工作者和社会教育者培训的总体趋势、原则、理念、体系和模式。研究人员指出,有必要最大限度地接近教育过程,并指导现代社会工作者的实践培训,以满足国家的实际需求,因为乌克兰的社会政策倾向于拒绝一般社会保护功能,而倾向于对某些社会群体(失业者,老年人,残疾人)提供个人援助。在分析乌克兰社会政策现状的基础上,考虑到国家高等教育机构目前的案例工作者培训制度,以及国内对某一特定问题的国外经验研究的主要方向,研究发现,鉴于国内背景,有必要从根本上分析当前(世界)人口社会保护模式与个案工作者培训的特殊性之间的相关性问题。
