One of the efforts to strengthen the role of women in the family context to improve overall family health and welfare is the Increasing the Role of Women towards a Healthy and Prosperous Family program. After one year, an analysis was carried out to find out what factors affect the effectiveness of this program. Specifically examine the influence of participation factors in programs, education, training, access to resources, culture and norms on increasing the role of women in the family and further on family welfare. Also culture and norms as moderator variables for the influence between changes in roles in the family on family well-being. Respondents were program participants, and were immediately interviewed for filling out questionnaires, which were processed with PLS Smart4 Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) statistics. The findings of this study are that participation factors in programs, education, training, access to resources to change the role of women in the family play a role in the effectiveness of family welfare programs. Culture and norms proved to be moderator variables for the influence of changing roles in the family on family well-being. Meanwhile, culture and norms are not moderator variables for the influence of participant participation in programs and training education held on participants' access to resources. With this, it can be understood what factors need to be done to be fostered and improved, so as to accelerate the success process of the program to increase the role of women towards a healthy and prosperous family in Indonesia.

Background: Pharmaceutical services are a form of health service that directly connects patients with pharmaceutical preparations. The quality of service greatly determines the level of patient satisfaction. Service quality and patient satisfaction are factors that influence patient loyalty. Method: The data analysis technique that will be used to test this research uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method which is operated using SMARTPLS 4.0. Results: Service quality has a significant effect on patient satisfaction and patient loyalty, patient satisfaction has a significant effect on patient loyalty, and service quality has a significant effect on patient loyalty which is mediated by patient satisfaction. Conclusion: When a hospital provides better quality service than before, it will have an impact on high patient satisfaction and patient loyalty. The more positive patient satisfaction is, the more patient loyalty will increase. When service quality is improved, a positive perception of patient satisfaction arises, which can encourage increased patient loyalty.

Water, as a vital element needed by all living entities, including humans, is an irreplaceable staple in today's global ecosystem. Its presence has a crucial role in maintaining human survival. As a result, the responsibility for overall water management falls on the government as the main regulator in this regard. The basis for this research is due to the research gap and to strengthen theories about digital marketing on customer satisfaction and digital marketing and customer satisfaction on company image. The research method used is "explanatory research" which highlights the influence between research factors through hypothesis testing. Researchers distributed 180 questionnaires to 180 respondents from the draw. One hundred and thirty questionnaires were then examined for completeness until it showed that only 151 questionnaires had data suitable for use for research. The results showed that by increasing PDAM customer loyalty, an appropriate marketing method is needed using digital marketing methods. Customer loyalty is built on two variables, namely customer satisfaction and company image. The increasing number of customer complaints shows a decrease in the level of customer satisfaction of PDAM Semarang Regency. The need for land use in Jakarta can be a factor causing the reduced function of infiltration and water flow, resulting in changes and problems in the drainage system. It is suspected that downstream areas such as Jakarta are unable to accommodate excess water, because there may be problems with the channels or drainage system. For this reason, it is necessary to plan a drainage system (drainage network) so that it can function optimally in accordance with Minimum Service Standards (SPM) to accommodate water flow discharge. which is normal, especially during the rainy season and there are high tides so that you don't experience inundation or flooding. This research aims to plan the construction of drainage that is optimal according to standards in Jakarta in order to raise public awareness of the importance of keeping the environment clean, not throwing garbage in the drainage canals and always keeping the drainage canals clean so that they can drain wastewater from settlements, rainwater and puddles smoothly.
