. Introduction: Satisfaction with married life depends on many factors, one of the most important of which can be having healthy and pleasant sexual relations, which plays an important role in people's self-esteem. Aim: The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between marital satisfaction and sexual satisfaction with couples' self-esteem. Methods: For this purpose, during a correlational descriptive research, 160 people (80 couples) were selected and evaluated in terms of marital satisfaction, sexual satisfaction and self-esteem. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis showed that the highest correlation between sexual satisfaction and self-esteem (0.67) was observed in 20-30-year-old couples, and the highest correlation between marital satisfaction and self-esteem (0.64) was observed in 31-40-year-old couples. Results: The results of regression analysis showed that marital satisfaction and sexual satisfaction have a positive and significant relationship with couples' self-esteem in the age periods of 20 to 30 years and 31 to 40 years. According to the results, marital satisfaction and sexual satisfaction in the age group of 20 to 30 years can explain 0.62 and 0.51 percent of self-esteem, respectively, and in the age group of 31 to 40 years, these coefficients were equal to 0.46 and 0.27 percent, respectively. Conclusion: According to these results, it can be stated that there is a positive and significant relationship between marital satisfaction and sexual satisfaction with couples' self-esteem.

A relevância dos dados estatísticos, na sociedade, impôs a urgência de garantir a literacia estatística de todos os indivíduos. Desta necessidade resultou um reforço do estudo da Estatística, com reflexo em todos os níveis de ensino, e com particular incidência na formação de profissionais cuja atividade envolverá o tratamento de dados estatísticos. Na área da segurança e saúde no trabalho, como noutras áreas, os profissionais envolvidos no processo de recolha, organização, análise e reporte de dados estatísticos, recorrem a diversos métodos e ferramentas estatísticas, que, no desfecho do processo, lhes permitirão apreciar, traduzir, revelar e comunicar a informação contida nos dados. Pelo importante contributo que os gráficos estatísticos proporcionam na tarefa de organização e apresentação de dados em relatórios, melhorando a eficácia na transmissão de informação, é imperioso garantir a correção e adequação destas representações. Na presente pesquisa, despoletada pela preocupação dos autores com a desadequação de muitos dos gráficos produzidos no âmbito de pesquisas no domínio da segurança e saúde no trabalho, analisámos os gráficos estatísticos presentes em três relatórios técnicos, no contexto da segurança e saúde no trabalho, focando os aspetos que violam os princípios orientadores da construção de gráficos estatísticos. Com este intuito assumimos uma investigação de abordagem exploratória, com recurso a métodos qualitativos, e recolha bibliográfica de dados. Os resultados revelam a presença de inúmeras debilidades nos gráficos, com violação de alguns dos mais importantes princípios que devem reger a construção de gráficos estatísticos, e que poderão comprometer a validade e utilidade desses gráficos.

. The article explores how the leisure culture of young individuals differs from other age groups due to their unique needs and socio-psychological characteristics. It emphasizes the importance of leisure research in understanding and catering to the youth's self-discovery and self-expression. The article proposes modernizing regulations in educational institutions to create an environment that caters to the socio-cultural and intellectual needs of today's youth. It advocates for expanding the responsibilities of children's and youth associations and involving them in sports and collaborations with employers. It suggests the establishment of a youth innovation center to nurture scientific and creative projects.The article discusses the advancements in pedagogical research and development and the role of information and communication technologies in higher education. It evaluates the effectiveness of their implementation and addresses challenges faced by the educational system. The study utilizes various research methods to identify theoretical aspects and practical considerations related to integrating technology for enhancing English-language communicative competence in higher education.The article highlights the need for continuous innovation and revitalization in leisure and education to better serve the unique characteristics and requirements of today's youth.

. The present era of societal advancement is distinguished by a substantial proliferation and intensification of pedagogical research and development, spanning various domains and levels of society. Consequently, both established and emerging fields of knowledge, as well as cutting-edge technologies, are being cultivated. This pursuit has led to the formation of sophisticated and efficient tools for intellectual activities, yielding enhanced productivity. Furthermore, novel materials and alternative sources for the advancement of goods and services are being explored. This necessitates the effective utilization of capital, investments, innovations, material and technical resources, energy, information resources, and labor. In light of the aforementioned considerations, enhancing the management systems governing socio-economic, technical, and technological processes becomes imperative. Drawing upon advancements in education and science, and harnessing knowledge-intensive technologies, sophisticated devices, and tools, contemporary high-tech platforms are being developed and employed. These systems play a pivotal role in organizing and regulating activities, profoundly influencing the nature and outcomes of innovation endeavors. Moreover, they serve as a testament to the scientific and technological progress witnessed by civilization. The objective of this article is to ascertain the distinctive characteristics of the influence exerted by information and communication technologies on the educational process within higher education institutions. Additionally, it aims to evaluate the effectiveness of their implementation and address the challenges encountered by the educational system. The study employs a range of research methods, including general scientific methods such as analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, and generalization. These methods facilitated the identification of the object, subject, purpose, and objectives of the investigation, as well as the analytical processing of scientific sources. Additionally, specific scientific methods, namely historical and structural approaches, were utilized to organize the existing pedagogical literature concerning the integration of the latest information and communication technologies into the educational process within higher education. The method of extrapolation was employed to extend the conclusions derived from the analysis. The study has successfully identified the fundamental theoretical aspects associated with the integration of the latest information and communication technologies for the enhancement of English-language communicative competence in higher education. Additionally, the study has addressed the pivotal practical considerations on this matter.
