A general mathematical model for generating tooth surfaces of helical noncircular gears is established. Two basic parameters and a first order differential equation characterize this model. The condition for determining the cusp of tooth surfaces is also presented. Transverse pressure angle and normal length are introduced to deal with the model. The different tooth surfaces could be generated logically and systematically by using this model and defining transverse pressure angle as a function of the two parameters. It is believed that the model may provide a simple logical method for the design of helical noncircular gears.

The finite element analysis on single plate steel frame on the different seismic waves, earthquake acceleration are conducted. The results showed that the vertex displacement and base shear increase with the earthquake acceleration increasing on the same seismic wave, hysteretic behavior of Steel frame is very good. Steel frame has a good seismic property.

The article first proposes the criteria of the severity of the incident in the standard and plan is only for delimiting the severe grades of the incident itself, is not suitable for judging the impact of incident on the road traffic in the first scene. To this end this article first proposes the concept of traffic control level. Number of lanes occupied, lane closure time and saturation are as the three indicators to determine the incident's impact on traffic. The three-lane expressway as the research object simulated one and two-lane occupied when incident occurred by VISSIM simulation software. Obtained the maximum queue length at different saturation and event duration, and theoretically calculated queue dissipation time. Traffic control level was classified at the section where incident occurred, and corresponding control measures were put forward for each level.

The maximum power of the internal combustion engine of traditional vehicles was designed to meet the requirements of running at the limit load. When then design was determined, the car's displacement could no longer be adjusted. However, the limit load was not often. That's means the internal combustion engine's maximum power had a great surplus. Therefore, at most of its time, the internal combustion engine was forced to work in low-speed, low-load condition, which was very detrimental to energy conservation. In this paper, a new type of internal combustion engine was designed innovatively based on its traditional structure. This new type of internal combustion engine could timely adjust its displacement according to its actual load, which fundamentally eliminated its performance defects of high fuel consumption and serious pollution in the low-load condition.

Testing on the the AJR-type gasoline Santana 2000 sedan, processed and analyzed experimental data obtained from two acceleration transient operating conditions that one is increasing speed and constant torque, another is constant speed and increase the torque. Compared with the corresponding steady-state conditions, summed up the burning regulation of the gasoline engine at the transient operating conditions: The mean indicated pressure and the maximum combustion pressure is greater than the corresponding steadystate conditions under the two acceleration transient operating conditions. This research study on evaluation ways and connotation of supporting ability of regional cultivated land based on integrated food security. After comprehensive analysis, this research established evaluation method for supporting ability of grain production of regional cultivated land and bound risk of regional cultivated land resources. Taking Huayuan County as an Example, this research forecasted county's supporting ability of grain production of cultivated land and bound risk of cultivated land resources in 2020, based on grain production datas. The conclusion comes as follows: Supply ability of grain production of regional cultivated land of Huayuan County in 2020 is 97%.

The effects of uncertainty due to the variability of soil properties, pore pressure, and earthquake forces on the stability of a deposit slope in the hydropower reservoir are investigated. The spatial variability of soil properties is incorporated in the probabilistic slope stability analysis by a random field model, and a sensitivity analysis is conducted considering spatial variability of soil properties. Cutting the slope can reduce the risk of slope failure, which has been corroborated by the probabilistic slope stability analysis. The sensitivity analysis shows that additional measures such as drainage and toe protection can help stabilize the slope before reservoir filling.
