Background of Intensification of International Investment Activity of Commercial Banks of Ukraine Under the Conditions of Globalization 全球化条件下乌克兰商业银行国际投资活动加剧的背景

Financial globalization, which is an essential feature of the current stage of the world economy development, has a significant impact on overall economic growth, mainly due to the increase of global capital supply and stimulation of the national financial system development, which increases the efficiency of resource allocation, creates new financial instruments and improves banking services quality. Consequently, foreign investment becomes the determinative part of domestic economic processes of the majority of countries, in particular Ukraine. According to this, the article is devoted to the research of the global vectors of international investment activity expansion of commercial banks of Ukraine taking into account the update banking system potential.
金融全球化是当前世界经济发展阶段的本质特征,对整体经济增长产生重大影响,主要原因是全球资本供给增加,刺激各国金融体系发展,提高了资源配置效率,创造了新的金融工具,提高了银行服务质量。因此,外国投资成为大多数国家,特别是乌克兰国内经济进程的决定性部分。基于此,本文在考虑更新银行体系潜力的情况下,对乌克兰商业银行国际投资活动扩张的全球向量进行了研究。

Features Integration of Differential Binomial 微分二项积分的特征

In other cases, the integral of the differential binomial (1), as proved by Chebyshev cannot be expressed through elementary functions (Chebyshev, 1947). In the first case the theorem after substitutions and small application of binomial Newton, the example reduces to integrating power function or fractional-rational function and no problems arise. After standard substitutions in the second and third cases and further transformations the presence of radicals of various degrees greatly complicates simplification element of integration, which causes a mistake in the process. Therefore, we can not only offer a methodological approach that avoids cumbersome transformations and in faster integration results in fractional rational function, but also give the proof for the general case. Consider the cases II and III.

Problems and Special Aspects of Private Security Service Activities Consolidation for the Business Entities of Ukraine 乌克兰商业实体私人安保服务活动整合的问题和特殊方面

The article provides the analysis of the current legislation in the sphere of entrepreneurial activity protection, which is the basis for determination of special aspects of private security service consolidation for a business entity to provide the proper conditions of its development. It reveals the problems of regulatory environment of the security of entrepreneurial activity in the aspect of creation of one’s own instruments and facilities of business security provision. The analysis provides that current problems of regulatory environment do not deprive business entities of the right to employ instruments of the business protection. It has been substantiated that using the rules of a number of legislative measures and subordinate legislation, which regulate different aspects of entrepreneurial activities, the owners of business entities still have the possibility to create their own security services to provide a wide range of security functions. Demonstrative examples help to establish the amount of rights and responsibilities of a private security service in the view of real or potential risks for the business.
本文分析了我国目前在企业活动保护领域的立法,以此为基础确定私营保安服务整合的特殊方面,为企业实体的发展提供适当的条件。它揭示了企业活动安全的监管环境在创造自己的工具和企业安全提供设施方面的问题。分析认为,当前的监管环境问题并没有剥夺企业主体使用商业保护工具的权利。事实证明,利用管理企业活动不同方面的若干立法措施和附属立法的规则,企业实体的所有者仍然有可能建立自己的保安服务,以提供广泛的保安职能。示范性示例有助于根据业务的实际或潜在风险确定私人安全服务的权利和责任数量。

Models of Conflicts in Motion Control Small UAV 小型无人机运动控制中的冲突模型

Abstract: The paper deals with the formalization of conflict patterns that arise in the management of the movement of small UAVs. The stages describe the conflicts, their classification. Model description of the conflict involves two tasks: the formation of the desired type of UAV flight path and forming the vector control or self-propelling UAVs along such a trajectory. The proposed models of conflicts include the impact of the flight environment, the presence of the path of the UAV prohibited areas that arise when flying at low altitudes static, but on the entire range of performance of the flight task dynamic objects. These conflicts system models can be used to find estimates of permissible boundaries of the vector values of UAV motion parameters in order to predict the probability of performing the flight task, allowing to make the appropriate adjustments in the theory of intelligent control of the UAV and a part used for its implementation of the airborne and ground systems.

Study of Herbal Supplements Effect on Amylolitic Ferments’ Strength of Yeast-Leavened Dough 草药添加剂对发酵面团淀粉性发酵强度影响的研究

The work confirms the use perspective of dry supplements obtained from potato processing by-products (hereinafter referred to as PPBP) in the process of yeast-leavened goods’ making. It is proved that during low-temperature PPBP processing the easily fermentable sugar is accumulating and it can be used during the process of yeast-leavened dough making as a growth environment for preliminary yeast activating. The supplement effect on amylolitic ferments’ strength in the yeast-leavened dough was studied. It is proved that herbal supplement adding at a rate of 5% on the flour weight ensures the better starch destruction during the dough-making process as well as facilitates the starch amylolysis intensifying, the specific volume increasing and reducing the fermentation time to (60&90)—60 sec.
本研究确定了马铃薯加工副产物(以下简称PPBP)干补剂在酵母发酵制品生产过程中的应用前景。结果表明,在低温PPBP发酵过程中,易发酵糖不断积累,可作为酵母发酵过程中酵母初步活化的生长环境。研究了酵母发酵面团中添加添加剂对淀粉发酵强度的影响。实验证明,以面粉重量5%的比例添加中草药补剂,可使淀粉在发酵过程中得到较好的破坏,有利于淀粉的淀粉酶解强化,比体积增大,发酵时间缩短至(60&90)~ 60秒。

stable component, under certain circumstances, can be formed disturbance zonez, which are referred to as caustic zones. Caustic surfaces are confocal to the inner cylindrical surface of the shell. They are formed as a by-pass of acoustic rays that are transmitted from the same point of the inner cavity of the device as a result of its circular (along the formers) and transversal (bending) oscillations. As a result it occurs a great concentration of sound waves energy in a liquid-and-stable component (Kuzmychev and Makarov, 1958; Makarov and Fadeev, 1960). The comparative analysis has revealed peculiarities of the resonant type for two design models the approximate (in the form of the elementary plate) and the refined (in the form of a shell of a considerable length) allows revealing some sufficient differences in the results (Vavylov, Peretts and Baraev, 1968; Cremer, 1955; Heckl, 1958). They were confirmed experimentally. For the refined design model we will choose a circular cylindrical shell of an unlimited length (Fig. 1). Short shells have been studied, for example, in the work (White, 1966).

Toxocara Canis – Bioindicator of Parasitic Soil Contamination of Technogenically Transformed Territories 犬弓形虫——技术改造地区土壤寄生污染的生物指示物

The results of experimental studies of parasitic contamination degree using bioindicators T.canis for monitoring areas of technologically transformed territories are given. The reliability of using the methods of bioindication of ecological and parasitological state of technologically transformed territories (for example, m. Kyiv) is confirmed. The results were obtained by using exponent of domination of toxocara invasive stages in selected soil samples with a help of flotation methods with ammonium nitrate.

The Problem of Relationship Between Philosophy and Psychology: The Historical Aspect and Perspectives 哲学与心理学的关系问题:历史的层面与视角

The article analyzes the development of psychological knowledge within the philosophy, the problem of psychology formation as an independent science, generating ideas of the object and the subject of psychology and the development of its own scientific apparatus and methodology. Since the second half of the nineteenth century psychology has tried to break away from philosophy for the independent development, which served further complicated relations between two sciences. To meet the scientific ideal, psychology in its constructions intentionally followed the principles of the natural sciences organization, which brought not only positive but also negative consequences for psychological science. Having gone through periods of prosperity and crisis, psychology has not yet reached the paradigm stage of its development and not been a single scientific discipline, but a collection of different trends and schools. In psychology, still remains an unsolved problem of its subject, the meaning and scientific content of basic categories. Psychology can be developed in several ways. The article deals with one of the ways of such development, which is considered the most efficient. It is a way of returning in the psychological science its original, generic concept of the soul as the most important concept expressing the fundamental sense of human life generating diversity of psychic phenomena and human behavior, as well as considering the subjective experience as the scientific method along with empirical methods, that it is possible through the convergence of psychology and philosophy.

To meet the scientific ideal, psychology in its constructions intentionally followed the principles of the natural sciences organization, which brought not only positive but also negative consequences for psychological science. Having gone through periods of prosperity and crisis, psychology has not yet reached the paradigm stage of its development and not been a single scientific discipline, but a collection of different trends and schools. In psychology, still remains an unsolved problem of its subject, the meaning and scientific content of basic categories. Psychology can be developed in several ways. The article deals with one of the ways of such development, which is considered the most efficient. The Effect of Allelopathic Interaction Between Sunflower Residues and Foliar Application on Potato (Solanum Tuberosum L.) Plants 向日葵残体与叶面施用对马铃薯化感作用的影响植物

Growth, yield and quality of potato are greatly affected by nutritional management. This study was planned to evaluate interaction effect of sunflower residues and foliar application of 100% water soluble NPK fertilizer 20-20-20 on growth and yield of potato during the spring season of 2014 which potato tubers (Solanum tuberosum L. cv. Desiree) Class A, were used. The field experiment was conducted in randomized complete block design (RCBD) with 4 replications. Effect of sunflower residues on potato crop was studied by using 5 t ha -1 (T2), 10 t ha -1 (T3) and (T1) without residues. The results showed that maximum tuber yield per treatment (plot) and per hectare as well as Tubers number per plant, Tuber weight per plant were recorded in T3 followed by T2 and T1, respectively. However, plant length, number of stem, leaf area, total Chlorophyll, and dry weight (g) were found to be the highest in T3 while lowest in the control (T1). Further perusal of data illustrated that there were no significant differences between T2 and T3, nonetheless differs noticeably from T1. Also, the proline accumulation and antioxidant activity enzymes results shows no allelopathic potential on all treatments. The present study revealed that sunflower residues used highly effective approach in yield of potato crop and increasing environmental safety by reducing reliance on synthetic fertilizer and herbicide.
