The reform of the education system in the independent Uzbekistan due attention to the content of the form of education because of the attention has been updated. Since 1997 a national training program introduced. Today, these programs have been introduced in our country after United States and other countries recognized. Strengthening the material – technical base of higher education institutions, and measures to improve the quality of training of highly qualified professional, laid the groundwork to change the contents of the knowledge and institutions of higher education. In this article the independent years of Republic Uzbekistan in the field of education reform and in this sector reached diminishing, the training of national acceptance, eyes objectless and 12 years without charge and compulsory universal education the modernization of public education achievements the status of cooperation with higher educational institutions in the developed nations of the world about said in this article.

FORMATION OF THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF STUDENTS OF MEDICAL COLLEGE 医学院校学生专业能力的形成

The process of formation of professional competence is a multi-factorial phenomenon, affecting further personal and professional development of the student as a professional. The article deals with the formation of professional competence of students of medical college. The determining factor for the formation of professional competence of the future medical workers was to investigate the motives of choice of profession and determine the degree of satisfaction with the chosen profession. As well as an anonymous questionnaires survey among the students of 1-3 courses in departments "Nursing affair", "Treatment affair" and "Assistant of Pharmacist" of Medical College.

EFFECT OF HEAT KILLED BACTERIAL CELL SUPPLIMENTATION FOR GROWTH OF MUSHROOM FUNGUS ( PLEUROTUS EOEUS ) ON MAIZE CROP SUBSTRATE 补充热杀菌细胞对玉米作物基质上蘑菇菌生长的影响

The research was carried out to investigate the cultivation of oyster mushroom ( Pleurotus eoeus ) on maize crop byproducts (maize Stover, maize cob sheath and maize rind). The preliminary test was done to know the effect of heat killed bacterial isolates (Iso-S-1, Iso-S-2, Iso-S-3, Iso-Sh-4, Iso-R-5) on the growth of Pleurotus eoeus in in vitro . Among the heat killed bacterial isolates (Iso-S-3, Iso-R-5) showed the growth stimulatory character on mushroom fungus. So that the selected two bacterial isolates were used for the further study. The Iso-S-3 and Iso-R-5 was grown on nutrient broth then sterilized at 121 0 C for 15 minutes. Then the 100 ml sterilized cell suspended broth was sprayed on the average weight of 2.5-3.0 kg wet base pasteurized maize crop byproducts and paddy straw. This heat killed bacterial cell supplementation (Iso-S-3) enhances the highest growth of Pleurotus eoeus on maize stover substrate and paddy straw compared to the untreated substrates.

The world around is changing. Our life changed. Society needs vary. A modern education changes too. The school also changes. The school improvement significant role belongs to the idea of building an adaptive school. Adaptive school takes into account the ability of all students. Adaptive School is focused on meeting the needs of a variety of cognitive and interests of students. This school provides conditions for their vital selfdet ermination and selfrealization. The goal of adapti ve school is to create an educational environment that helps to ensure that every student can realize itself as the subject of his own life, activity and communication. Creating Adaptive School is associated with the expansion of the practice of developing adaptive educational technologies. Much preparatory work should be carried out at a school for the introduction of new educational technologies in the educational process. Applying innovative pedagogical technologies, each teacher contributes to the creation of adaptive educational environment at the school.

This article is about the approaches to the development of a modern model of education in the school. We have developed a universal program cover. In this article the approaches to development of the content of modern education on the example of development of new means of educational appointment by means of the proposed program (a program cover) the creations by teachers of author's multimedia resources without possession are stated by skills of programming. Use of multimedia resources in educational process develops cogitative activity of school pupils, allows making process of training more available and interesting for the pupils. Materials of the article are applied value and can be used by scientists and teachers for author's development for the system of education at all its steps.

POSSIBILITIES OF USING INFORMATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES IN THE LESSONS OF HISTORY 在历史教训中使用信息技术的可能性

We have to educate comprehensively developed young generation with broad world vision, deep socialhumanitarian training and modern thinki ng. This requires from teachers more deep knowledge, creative approach for educating young generation based on achievements of domestic and world science, improvement of traditional and new pedagogical technologies. Informational technologies have several advantages which make them indispensable for realization of needs of XXI century. Use of informational technologies in process of teaching subject "History of Uzbekistan" allows the teacher not only to ensure the interest of learners to the theme of lesson and achieve better assimilation of studying material, but also to revive the interest to the history of nation, its modern achievements in culture and science. This article describes the features of using information technology in history lessons, explains how to use modern means of video technology that allows you to simulate different situations and environments. In national program of personnel training adopted in 1997 the government of the Republic of Uzbekistan set a number of new objectives due to which the requirements for future specialists are steadily increasing. We have to educate comprehensively developed young generation with broad world vision, deep socialhumanitarian training and modern thinking. This requires from teachers more deep knowledge, creative approach for educating young generation based on achievements of domestic and world science, improvement of traditional and new pedagogical technologies. At the present time almost every teacher of history uses untraditional forms of educating. It is connected with the emergence of teachers' new style of pedagogical thinking, oriented on effective solving of educational problems. A special place in educating comprehensive developed generation and patriots of their homeland takes the subject "History of Uzbekistan", as this subject is the basis for enhancing intellect and culture of behavior, forming world vision, critical and independent thinking of young generation. Modern teacher of history has such issues as alternative ways of solving and assessing problems of the past, choosing ways of development in particular period of time, forecasting events, ethical assessing of individuals and events. Discussion of these issues in the lesson is impossible without experience of conducting dialogue and initiation to creative activity. Deeper assimilation of this subject by students is impossible without constant working of teacher on himself, improving skills and regular seeking for different forms and new ways of teaching. Thus, teachers of subject "History of Uzbekistan" implement into educational process different styles of pedagogical and informational technologies, the main purpose of which is enhancing efficiency and quality of teaching, social and labor activity of students. THE THERMOMECHANICAL PROCESSES IN METAL-GLASS COATINGS OF VESSEL CONSTRUCTIONS AND FLOATING FACILITIES FOR RADIOACTIVE CARGO 放射性货物船舶结构和浮动设施金属玻璃涂层的热机械过程

The article describes the thermomechanical processes that occur under the influence of thermal effects in the structure of new metal-glass coatings of constructions of biological protection of vessels and floating facilities, which are intended for transportation and storage of radioactive cargo with a capacity of residual energy 2 ... 20 kW. Two new mathematical models, which describe thermomechanical processes in new types of irradiated coatings at the microand nanoscale has been developed. Those are thermo-mechanical model of behavior of protective metal-glass coating under the influence of thermal effects up to 500 C and the model of surface hardening of the composite layer by the diffusion flux of ionizing radiation. Mathematical models are tested on metalglass materials and coatings with steel and aluminum matrix filled with hollow glass microspheres, powders of sodium silicate and leaded glass. The developed models take into account the structural characteristics of the materials and coatings, allow to evaluate and predict their strength properties.

INTERNET SOCIAL NETWORKS AS AN EFFECTIVE ELECTRONIC EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT FOR FUTURE TRANSLATORS TRAINING 网络社交网络作为未来翻译培训的有效电子教育环境

The paper discusses that nowadays the Internet ceases to be a tool that only allows to access remote resource. It becomes a resource that solves new pedagogical tasks, allows finding and implementing new training activities and materials. The use of information technologies in teaching practice provides the intensification of the educational process, the essence of which lies in informal communication using audio, video, graphic and text information of all participants of educational process. The social Internet networks can be considered as the consolidation of the Internet communication technologies, consisting of specialized software services: Internet sites, portals for group interaction between people. The introduction of social networks, which are becoming increasingly popular among young people, and their usage for educational purposes, can have a positive impact on the educational services quality, improve the motivation and education quality. The paper confirms Internet social-networks facilitation of online cooperation between teacher and student, teacher and teacher or student and student. Modern distance learning technologies are based on educational environments (platforms), e-learning systems. They are relatively easy to use and help teachers to work and create distance learning courses, e-books, etc. Social-network Internet-environment demonstrates the feasibility of supporting the communication between participants. It typically provides and opens up new fields for assessment such as communication, uploading of content, return of students’ work, administration of student groups, questionnaires, tracking tools, wikis, blogs, chats, forums, etc. on the Internet. According to the results of scientific research about the use of social media technologies in the USA educational process, concluded that first-year students, learning to use Information Communication Technologies, especially social networks, are more successful academically than students of other courses.

The main approaches to the study of psychological readiness of servicemen to the implementation of service activity under the influence of conditions of warfare are analyzed in the article. The complexity, ambiguity and multidimensionality of this phenomenon and semantic aspects of the structural components of different models of psychological readiness, the structural components of readiness of mobilized military units of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (SBGSU) for implementation of service activity under the influence of conditions of warfare are shown. Special attention was paid to the structure of psychological readiness of servicemen under the influence of conditions of warfare, models of psychological readiness.
