TRANSPARENCY AS A PREREQUISITE FOR THE PROTECTION OF INSURANCE SERVICE CONSUMER RIGHTS 透明度是保障保险服务消费者权益的先决条件

The topicality of the article is determined by the need to increase consumers’ trust for the insurance market. The aim of the article is to determine the cause and effect relationships between the transparency of the insurance market and the protection of insurance service consumer rights. The applied aspect of the study is associated with consideration for the institutional peculiarities of the national insurance market. The general scientific research methods include: the use of legal frameworks, the dialectic and systemic approaches. The special-purpose research method is determining the influence of insurance service pricing mechanisms on the transparency of the market. The complex of measures to be implemented in practice with a view to increasing the transparency of the insurance market and ensuring the protection of insurance service consumer rights is justified. The theoretical significance of the results obtained is their positive influence on the overall economic situation in the state, as the restoration of confidence for insurance institutions will contribute to the attraction of the population’s savings to the investment market, and the proper use of insurance coverage opportunities to satisfy the social needs of citizens will decrease the load on government finance, which will provide an opportunity to allocate the resources released to the performance of economic development tasks.

DEBATES AS A TYPE OF DISCUSSION IN ENGLISH TEACHING FOR TECHNICAL STUDENTS 辩论赛是工科学生英语教学中的一种讨论形式

One of the ways to develop students' foreign language communication competence is using debates. The work presents the analysis of debates as a type of discussion in English teaching for students in higher technical universities. The relevant topics of debates in the educational, technical and scientific, professionally oriented spheres are outlined. Debates are analyzed according to the following criteria: conditions of communication, quantity of participants, the aim of communication, and the nature of the situation. It is possible to differentiate debates in accordance with the form of presentation, the participants involved in the discussion, the place of organization, division of opinions, involved spheres, priority of types of speech activity, control and function. Foreign language communicative, compensatory, intellectual, training and organizational skills are defined. The acceptable styles of debates for technical students are outlined; the evaluation of debates is considered.

The paper analyzes the structure and components of teacher's acmeological competence. There are traits of physical education specialist's personality that contribute to reach the heights of professional excellence and fulfillment in the profession activity defined. The educational process should be aimed at developing of physical education specialists' acmeological competence (its motivational, cognitive, activity, personal components), development of professionalism and their ability to selfimprovement. Specialist's acmeologi cal competence is the integrated personalityactivi ty quality that allows him to set and effectively solve the different levels complexity problem for the sake of selfimprovement and selfrealization in differe nt spheres of life, especially in the professional.

The article highlights the features of the process of development of student's designing culture (student) based on the creative use of computer technology. The role of computer technology and the World Wide Web in the dissemination of information among the subjects is immeasurably high. The effectiveness, information management, education of users of information culture, especially among young people, is deeply concerned about the public and, above all, teaching staff of educational institutions. The process of development student's design culture (student) based on the creative use of quite complex and requires appropriate preparation of the teacher of computer technology. Technology teacher's pedagogical activities are as follows: organization, direction, reporting, monitoring, analysis and evaluation of the results of activity of pupils (students) and diagnostics (development of long-term plans, the creation of the project of tactics). A serious approach to each of these aspects of the educational activities will allow hitting the target. The essence of organizational and technological process, every aspect of pedagogical activity is revealed in article.

CLINICAL AND DIAGNOSTIC PARALLELS, THERAPEUTICAL STRATEGIES IN BENIGN OVARIAN TUMOR-LIKE FORMATIONS 良性卵巢肿瘤样形成的临床和诊断对比及治疗策略

This paper deals with study of the characteristics of clinical course of benign ovarian tumor formations in women of reproductive age, depending on the fertility and the choice of treatment strategy. Functional ovarian cysts in 60,45 % of cases were diagnosed in parous patients, in 39,55 % in nulliparous women, in 5,22 % in women with infertility. Corpus luteum cysts in 36,96 % of cases occured in nulliparous patients, whereas follicular cysts were more common for parous women (28,4 %) and infertile patients (28,57 %). The clinical picture of ovarian retention formations to 56,72 % of cases manifested by the pain syndrome in all patients, regardless of parity, whereas cycle disorders were more specific for parous patients (37,04 %). In 14,29 % of patients with infertility ovarian tumor formations were asymptomatic. In nulliparous patients inflammation of the uterine appendages was diagnosed significantly more often than in parous women. Increasing of the frequency of the myometrium pathology in the group of parous patients was significantly more often than in nulliparous women. Lack of individualization of the diagnostic algorithm, low commitment to hormonal, immunomodulatory therapy, use of standard antibiotic regimens led to ineffective treatment measures and to the formation of antibiotic resistance and the development of the process relapse.

The article is devoted to topical issues of social protection of children in Uzbekistan, reflecting a modern multidisciplinary comprehensive approach for social protection of children. The experience of scientificmethodical and practical w ork of the Republican Center for Social Adaptation of Children is presented. The main mission, which is the medical, social, psychological and pedagogical, remedial developmental assistance to children of vulnerable groups, children with developmental disorders or risk of violations of 3 years and above. Issues of early detection and comprehensive rehabilitation of children with developmental disorders and their prevention are disclosed. An integrated approach is a multidisciplinary community of specialists: a pediatrician, neurologist, speech therapist, psychologist with specialized methods of research and rehabilitation. The author considers the participation of parents and family members in the multidisciplinary expertise, the value of the information received they (parents) own shall be used to the full potential and to realize that early and timely intervention reduces their disability.

THEORETICAL BASES OF DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVE THINKING AND SPEECH PATHOLOGISTS STUDENTS 培养学生创造性思维的理论基础和语言病理学家

The article describes the methods and means by which students develop in thought processes, formed skills, abilities and ways of knowing. In order to really become critically-minded people, students should try to think critically. The author claims, critical thinking is not formed as a result of the transfer of ready knowledge. Critical thinking - this is the result, students can challenge, integrate, restructure, adapt or not to take into account information. The development of students' cognitive sphere includes a three-phase: "Call" - activation of prior learning; "Understanding" - the assimilation of new knowledge; "Thinking" - consolidation of new knowledge. In the early twentieth century educator psychologist and philosopher John Dewey proposed a new educational program based on the fact that the main task of education is teaching students to think independently, critically and intelligently. His ideas led to a movement that has been called "progressive education". It puts higher understanding than rote memorization, critical thinking, higher than blind acceptance and the experience gained from the real world, based on the desires and needs of students is higher than the abstract knowledge. FRUIT AND BERRY COMPOSITION IN DAIRY PRODUCTS FOR MILITARY PERSONNEL 军事人员乳制品中的水果和浆果成分

The impact of complicated conditions of environment on the organism of soldiers is not studied well by now. Practical absence of up-to-date researches of functional possibilities of a soldier’s organism in the conditions adequate to those experienced in combat zone requires the proper attention; otherwise the bad environment may essentially worsen the soldiers’ health. The most efficient way to deal with this situation is creating foodstuffs with biocomponents supposed to be able to protect the soldier’s organism, to optimize his functional state, and to mobilize the natural powers of the organism. The specimen of such a product is the new sort of yoghurt with fruit-andberry filling, designed by authors of the article.
