: The whole world has been disrupted by the pandemic of Covid-19. The lockdown in various countries has immensely affected the education of students. Students can no longer interact with their teacher on one to one basis. This has caused a shift from the traditional classrooms learning to the computer based learning and it may be the largest change in the educational system till date. The online learning has become new normal in India due to pandemic, it becomes necessary to keep track of its growth & to find out whether it is capable of fulfilling student’s primary objective i.e. learning. Therefore, the present study was designed to understand and find out students point of view, perspective and objective on ground level. This study could be used in future to overcome the found limitations and help in implementing a more effective online education process for students of all levels.

: The current study investigates the influence of religiosity and Emotional Intelligent on the attitude towards leadership in education. Data were collected from undergraduate students who constitute future leaders. Results from the regression analysis particularly the relative weight analysis, revealed that leadership practices demonstrated significant incremental variance with attitude towards leadership beyond the self-leadership. The implications of the findings for research and practice are discussed. as well as multicollinearity (Green & Salkind, 2005). Results indicated that no violation was observed. Further, the correlation between the predictors and attitudes toward leadership was examined to ensure that all of the predictors were significantly related to the outcome variable before including them in the regression model. The correlation analysis found that all of the predictors were significantly correlated to attitudes toward leadership. results suggested that leadership behaviours were a strong predictor of leadership attitudes.

: Tafsir Nur al-Ihsan is a book in the field of Quranic exegesis written by Syeikh Muhammad Sa’id bin Umar. The Muslim community has used this book as a reference to understand the meaning of the al-Quran. However, there is a tremendous amount of denunciation done towards the book by the community due to the lack of clear resources in translating verses of al-Quran, which has confused the community on the legality of the translation done in the book. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to study and detect the original resources of the writer in the Tafsir Nur al-Ihsan, and expressing how the sources are taken from the Quranic verses. The analysis of Tafsir Nur al-Ihsan used the genetic approach which Goldman publicized in studying the origin of the resources. While carrying out the research, the researcher referred to the text from Tafsir Nur al-Ihsan and Tafsir al-Razi and compared both texts to detect the similarities and differences. The result of the analysis proved that Syeikh Muhammad Sa’id implemented five methods; the text was referenced from Tafsir al-Razi while finishing his work which is quoting the text, writing an abstract, removal of some of the words, adding explanation, and refuting part of the text. The research showed that Syeikh Muhammad Sa’id refers to the Tafsir al-Razi while creating his work to strengthen the translations written. Thus, he successfully strengthens translation when the contents of the text are parallel to the reference. However, in certain places existed a text from the Tafsir Nur al-Ihsan, which contradicts Tafsir al-Razi's content, which failed to strengthen the translation in a particular part of the text.

However, there has been mounting attention in the treatment of in sequence as an important organizational tool in recent years. According to the interest in organizational information and knowledge management (KM), there searchers have begun to promote a class of information systems, referred to as Knowledge management system (KMS). KMS is to support knowledge creation, transfer and submission in organizations. Management of information and consciousness is a dynamic subject with several facets. The area of education management and leadership is pluralist, with many conflicting views and the resulting lack of consensus on the specific disciplinary existence. Educational leadership is of great importance in early part of the 21 st Century because of the common perception that leadership efficiency is the school and student outcomes are significantly different. Additionally, there is growing awareness that schools need successful leaders and administrators to provide their learners with the education they should be. Schools required committed and trained teachers but in turn they need highly effective leadership & support from different senior and middle managers. Although the required for successful leader is generally recognized, there is far less assurance about which leaderships practices are more likely to deliver desirable outcomes. Paper explore the theoretical staining for the fields of management and educational leadership, analyze various leaderships model, & address the proof of their comparative efficacy in creating productive schools.

Summary: This study focuses on explaining the theoretical basis of the impact of supporting industries (SI) on attracting foreign direct investment (FDI); assessing the state of the impact of SI on FDI attraction into Vietnam in general and Vinh Phuc province in particular. Quantitative analysis results show that, in the field of SI in Vietnam, import suppliers are dominating domestic suppliers, the factor that most affects FDI enterprises' satisfaction level is labor, especially hard-work and progressiveness, followed by quality and attitude of discipline compliance of labor resources. The domestic SI still face difficulties in approaching customers, quality assurance, with outdated technology, lack of high-tech manpower, poor innovative research capabilities... In the coming time, to contribute to FDI attraction into Vietnam, to become a supplier for FDI enterprises, domestic enterprises working in supporting industries (SI enterprises) need to increase the rate of capital investment on technology, improve the quality of human resources, and promote information exchange with FDI enterprises.

To handle information Myriad frameworks have been created. Nevertheless, the field was slow in formulating a widely accepted, systematic knowledge management system. This paper reviews the existing framework for knowledge management and gives suggestions as to what a general framework should include. The distinctive characteristic of this work is that it emphasizes putting information management in a broader sense of system thought in order to better identify and appreciate the driving influences on its success or failure.Managing knowledge is a young discipline for unestablished, commonly known, codified structure. Despite this, knowledge management approaches have implemented in a wide range of organizations. on the other hand, such methods do not sufficiently meet the needs of organizational Knowledge Management. This written product will have more lasting strength as a discipline if theories and concepts unifying across the discipline are aligned with the information management methods, methodologies, tools and techniques. Knowledge management is an evolving field that command concentration and hold up from the engineering community. A lot of companies are now engaging in knowledge technology to leverage resources to its stakeholders and clients both within and outside their companies. Managing understanding involves an organization's meaning creation of the intangible assets.
