Countries have been interested in the agreements regulating the straits, due to their strategic and economic importance and to ensure the safety of navigation in them, during the passage of ships and aircraft in the strait and not to close them. Given that closing the strait will threaten the security of maritime navigation and target the economic interests of all countries crossing the strait. As of the Middle Ages and passing by 1958 Geneva Convention, and up to the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Seas, countries have been trying to conclude a compromise between the international straits riparian states, whether through transit or safe passage, however, the agreements, despite their legal binding power, were unable to oblige some countries to ratify them. The vital and political interests have played a prominent role in using the straits as a political pressure card in favour of some pending issues between countries. On the other hand, the Iranian nuclear file crisis is still present to coincide with the Iranian threats to close the strait. Thus, the issue has had a political dimension affected by the result of the escalation between the two countries against the background of the presence of the former US President Donald Trump who imposed the unprecedented and severest sanctions in the history of America on the Iranian Republic. After that, President Biden assumed the new US presidency term and seeks to find a legal political harmony to compromise the crisis out of the perspective of diplomacy.

The article discusses the concept of ‘e-learning’ from the point of logical and semantic analysis. The formation of the ‘e-learning’ concept in the context of information development and communication technologies and their implementation in the educational process is analyzed. The ambiguity of understanding the meaning of ‘e-learning’ and ‘distance learning’ terms are established, the relationship of electronic, computer, distance, mobile, mixed, online learning concepts is revealed. Among the meaningful features of the e-learning concept, there are semantic, logical, technological, and didactic aspects. The author concludes that the content of this concept is poorly developed at the didactic level, which leads to the risk of reducing the quality of teaching, ‘blurring’ the effect of e-learning in pedagogical practice. It is proposed to consider the formation of the concept of ‘e-learning’ as a separate new didactic category.

This article considers social capital as the basis for intersectoral social partnership based on the interpretation of the essence of social capital, indentifyning its main features: non-monetary nature, trust, ability to self-growth with increasing frequency of use, allowing successful solving of social problems. Particular attention is paid to trust as the foundation of the organization of social interaction and an indicator of the size of social capital. As a result of comparing the concepts of social capital and intersectoral social partnership, the author identifies a key feature characterizing social capital and intersectoral social partnership – interaction with the goal of development, which in turn allows us to consider social capital and intersectoral social partnership as intercomplementary processes. Based on the consideration of the main features of social capital, its structure and essence as a process, the author concludes that social capital is the basis of intersectoral social partnership, its integral part and necessary basis for the development of civil society and the formation of a social state.

In this project, we describe some of the key observations resulting from our work on using Bajaj Finserv Health DoctorRX platform to help and detect effectiveness of PMS (Practice Management system) processes and usage of platform among doctors. In many ways, medical processes are similar to distributed systems in their complexity and proneness to contain errors. We have been investigating the application of a DoctorRX platform for improvement and to make approach the medical processes in much easier way and so that it is subjected to rigorous analyses. The technologies we applied helped improve understanding about the processes and led to the detection of errors and subsequent improvements of the platform. This work is still preliminary, but is suggesting new research directions for improvement, and effectiveness of platform along with, and the applicability of this available system. Doctors have one of the most demanding jobs in the world – structuring up treatment plans, attending to patients, charting the job plan, clerical work, and keeping updated with the most recent advancements in the field of medical technology. Doctors are our marvel workers on this planet Earth and sure seem to have their hands full at all given times. However, with the coming up of modern technology encircling all aspects of life, it is no revelation that there are a numerous time-saving expedient software for doctors like Practo, pMD, Prescription pad, etc., In this project, Doctor RX platform has been taken into consideration to understand in depth the process that is carried out.

The research aims to explicit the role of Strategic Recovery of Service (SRS). It relies on how organizations response to the failure of provided services and seeks to reduce the level of failure in order to gain the beneficiaries' confidence, satisfaction and loyalty. The research problem is not paying enough attention to (SRS) dimensions, compensationdistributive justice, speed of recoveryprocedural justice, and apologyinitiation interactional justice, through dealing with some issues regarding to employees' stratification, productivity, and quality of outputs. The importance of research stems from highlighting the weaknesses and implications of not take into consideration (SRS) dimensions in an administrative workplace. The (Checklist) was employed to check the extent of application of (SRS) dimensions at some departments within the Presidency of the University of Baghdad. The current layout of the researched organization does not achieve the required convergence among departments to complete their assigned tasks in time and reduce overall efforts and costs.

Project management requires a company's capital to schedule and coordinate a particular mission or responsibility to perform. This may be a one-time initiative or constant operation, and managed resources include employees, finance, technologies and intellectual property. Project management is also related to the areas of architecture and design and later to healthcare and IT, which usually require a complex series of parts to be finalized and assembled to produce a workable product. Project management is mostly conducted by project managers to help identify project priorities and objectives and decide whether and who are to complete the different project components. They also produce quality controls to guarantee that products that are completed follow a certain requirement. This review article discussed the fundamentals of project management including the importance of project management, core components of project management and the iron triangle of project management.
