: The aim of the study is to understand the value perception of consumers towards cosmetic brands and the guarantees they provide for creating trust. This study seeks to identify the attitude of consumers regarding a new distribution channel for the cosmetic companies in Pakistan. Furthermore, it will help generate new business avenues for cosmetic brands to offer their products and maximize their reach to far flung areas where there are no shopping malls. The results of the study unveiled that door to door selling offers convenience, health safety in pandemic and privacy to consumers however it also poses security issues to consumers. Moreover, door to door selling has a negative perception in Pakistan and needs high efforts to change the image of door to door selling. It will help in poverty reduction in this Covid-19 Pandemic, as semi literate to literate people of every age and genders can engage in some profitable activity and thus generating income, resulting a boost in economy. Pakistan’s population is comprised majority of women. They can benefit from this study because they can do a part time job and generate income in these testing times.

Boundaries between work and non-work become increasingly blurred by teachers in educational institutions especially at university level. It is important to understand and observe boundaries of work and non-work to improve their work performance and life quality. This study attempted to provide an insight by measuring the effect of blurring the boundaries between work and non-work on work performance and life quality of university teachers. Correlation research design based on a survey method was used to conduct this study. Teachers of all the departments of University of the Punjab, Lahore were the population of the study. A sample of 100 teachers was selected through multi-stage sampling technique. Self-developed and validated questionnaire was used to measure the variables of the study. A pilot study was conducted to validate the instrument. Descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test, Pearson Correlation & Regression analysis) were applied to analyze the data. As a result of the study, it was determined that the university teachers are blurring the boundaries of work and non-work. A significant difference was found in the perception of teachers about blurring boundaries between work and non-work in terms of gender, marital status and discipline (science & social sciences). However, there was no significant difference in the perception of university teachers regarding their teaching experience and residence. Moreover, a positive relation of blurring boundaries between work and non-work with work performance and life quality of university teachers was determined. It was also concluded that blurring boundaries between work and non-work is a significant predictor of work performance and life quality of university teachers. The results of the study suggested that practitioners and policy makers should adjust the policies and culture of educational institutions to help teachers manage their work-life boundaries.

Audit committee in this research do, that was calculated by adding up the audit committee in the company. The managerial ownership structure is measured by the percentage of shares owned by managers of the total shares outstanding. The institutional ownership structure is measured by the percentage of shares owned by the institutions of the total shares outstanding. Earnings management as the dependent variable proxied by discretionary accruals and is calculated by the modified Jones model. This research was conducted using data from documentation using www.idx.co.id, Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regressions. This study used a sample of manufacturing firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2013-2016. Non-Performing Assets (NPA) refers to the categorization of Credit/ loans or advances in the books of a lender (financial institutions/banks) in which there is no payment of interest and principal have been made and are “past due” for a specified period of time. NPA is employed by financial institutions that ask loans that are in jeopardy of default. There is no doubt that increasing NPA has become a matter of concern for any bank or financial institution whether it is commercial or co-operative. There are instances where many co-operative banks have faced strict action and closure from the central bank. The present paper is an attempt to study and analyze the causes of NPA in selected cooperative banks in Thane. It studies the causes of NPA at the micro level for co-operative banks and brings out the main causes liable for assets turning into nonperforming. This paper further highlights the importance of NPA in Credit risk management mitigation in Cooperative banks in Thane. The findings of this paper will significantly contribute to the effective asset allocation to cooperative bank and help them to grow and succeed.

After independence, the country's urban population has exploded. The migration of people from rural and semi-urban areas to urban areas is a common occurrence. They face a significant shelter challenge in urban areas, which is out of reach due to scarce resources, expensive property, construction materials, and labour, as well as a general lack of infrastructure in urban areas. As a result, policymakers must take a constructive position in encouraging the development of EWS and LIG housing stock in urban areas. According to TG-12 reports, the poorer parts of India accounted for 96 percent of the housing shortage. 3 As a result policy proposals were needed to close the gap between urban housing demand and supply. The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna-2015 (Urban) and the Chief Minister's Jan Awas Yojna-2015 (Rajasthan) will serve as a watershed moment in this regard. Central and state governments strategically manage the cost of affordable housing units for the EWS and LIG segments by subsidizing affordable houses and extending various incentives, exemptions, rebates, relaxations, interest subsidy, and facilities to various stakeholders with the aim of maximising the use of valuable urban lands to provide EWS and LIG houses at affordable rates to targeted groups. This research paper aims to evaluate the integration of both schemes in order to meet affordable housing goals in the state of Rajasthan, as well as summarise the perspectives of various stakeholders on both schemes.

It is vital to look upon the data of Cyber Bullying cases and the age for which the accused is held responsible. Statistics reveals that criminal minded people who are on the borderline of the ‘age’ who could be charged under IPC for some blunt crimes are being treated liberally. Cyberbullying, also known as Internet bullying, is a form of criminal activity that falls under the broadcategory of cybercrime. Since there are different types of cyberbullying and abuse, it’s crucial to know what counts as “cyberbullying.” If we look at the dictionary meaning of a bully, we can see that it is described as “seek to hurt, threaten, or coerce someone perceived as vulnerable”. Bullying is described as any individual or group of individuals who seeks to injure, coerce, intimidate, or threaten another.Such actions or action are most commonly seen on social media sites as well as in chat boxes and gaming websites. Cyberbullying occurs when an individual or group of people bullies or harasses another person using digital technology on the internet or in another digital sphere. This can include things like posting private photographs and videos without permission, creating fake accounts and spamming groups or individuals online, body shaming, making memes and videos of people, often celebrities, making mess ups or slips, and so on. According to a 2016 UNICEF survey, one in every three internet users worldwide is a child, while the latest ‘India Internet Report 2019’ indicates that two out of every 3internet users in India are between the ages of 12 and 29. As a result of their psychological nature, this community of internet users is often targeted by online bullies. The number of incidents of cyberbullying and abuse has increased as a result. Indian women and teenagers became the victim of Cyberbullying and cases increased by 36% in just one year.

The nation is a member of the Washington Treaty in 2014 and TIER-I institutions have been compulsory to search for accreditation of programmes, promoting universal accreditation recognition of qualifications and make connections of technology institutes all over the world. To put it another way, technology organizations must aim for continued growth enhancement of different machine sub-components that is, input, physical resources, information, person, capital, curricula, teaching processes, production, performance, working-world contact and mechanism for Feedback. India provides the third-largest network tuition, but also faces issues surrounding connectivity, equity and decent pricing. The key problems facing a country include: translating demographic changes into population dividends, growing the Brutch Inscription Ratio (GER) into higher vocational education, ensuring equal access to technical training in various states and classes, including skilled human capital creation, rural development and infrastructure growth. Such organizations have met with extreme scrutiny because of price declines. India's Government has taken a range of steps in this respect steering.
