“Ngababali” Tradition on Islamic Religious Practice in The Negeri Besar Village, Way Kanan, Lampung Province 南榜省Way Kanan的Negeri Besar村的“Ngababali”传统伊斯兰宗教实践

This study discusses the tradition of Ngababali at the Negeri Besar Village in Way Kanan , which is a local wisdom that until now is still practiced by the local village community, even many outside visitors who take part in the ngababali tradition. The tradition of praying for something to the grave or sacred tomb with offerings and so on. The people believe what is intended and asked for beings who are not visible or given to those who have abundant assets to be given is always easy to get sustenance or ask to be kept away from distress or when getting a disaster. The purpose of this study is to describe the religious practices that are carried out in a tradition that is still thick in that society. Qualitative analysis methods are descriptive and to facilitate data retrieval using accidental sampling. The results of the analysis show that the community productively finally places the religion and tradition of ngababali together namely religion into a belief and tradition of ngababali into a practice and belief which is then placed in the social environment forming a belief and togetherness and directing a unity to keep religion as the the main. This proves that the traditional ngababali process continued to use the Islamization process eventhough the local culture served as a bridge to the trust of the local community so that it became a productive social form.

Fiqh Al-Ikhtilaf and Science: A Discourse of Preliminary Differences of Lunation In Indonesia Fiqh Al-Ikhtilaf与科学:印尼月相初步差异的论述

Differences of determination lunation initial always happened in Indonesia. Indonesia actually has a lot of experts in the field of falak and Astronomy, but make inductive inferences are often done. In this paper will discuss: What lies behind the differences early lunar month in Indonesia? How Fiqh al-Ikhtilaf and Science analyze the differences in the lunation beginning? How alternative unification lunation difference in the initial determination in Indonesia? The research method used is qualitative. This study uses the approach of Fiqh al-Ikhtilaf , astronomy, and falak. The collecting data techniques are documentation and interviews. Data analysis due to collect data process. Initial determination of the lunation differences in Indonesia's background are: difference understanding in syar'i argument, certain belief, methodological issues into theological and dogmatic. The problems analysis of differences in initial of lunation in Indonesia are associated with the method and results of calculations in preliminary determination, it is an area of science, related to the selection criteria for the initial month of the lunar is a Fiqh al-Ikhtilaf field. Bids for the initial determination of the difference unification lunation in Indonesia are: agreement methods and criteria are used as guidelines in determining the beginning of lunation, as well as the existence of an authoritative department that sets the initial lunation.

Sprite’s Advertisement Myth Versus The Reality in Television Based on Islamic Perspective 基于伊斯兰视角的雪碧广告神话与电视现实

This research analyzes about Sprite’s advertisement Myth vs Reality version on television based on Islamic Perspective. The company would like to offer the freshness of the product with an extra ordinary Advertisement. This research applied the semiotic perspective from Roland Barthes to analyze connotation, denotation, myth and ideology to find the message behind the advertisement and relate this issue with Islamic perceptive. This research used qualitative approach and semiotic analysis method. The primary data was Sprite’s advertisement Myth vs Reality version. The secondary data was  literary review and other information (website) that related with the object. The analysis data of this research used semiotic model from Roland Barthes. This research analyzed all communication icons and cinematographic aspects in the Advertisement. The researcher indicated that the advertisement urges people to think logically. It urges people to understand that a drink cannot make them suddenly rich or get the ideal couple without doing nothing. Among the ways of thinking that deviate from the truth according to Islamic perspective is believe in khurafat and myth. Whereas Sprite is just a soft drink with lemon flavour.

Zakat in “Qanun” (Aceh Local Law): The Impact to Zakat Management as the Local Government Original Revenues in Baitul Mal of Aceh [الزكاة في "القانون" (النظام المحلي في آتشيه): تأثير إدارة الزكاة كالإيرادات الأصلية للحكومة المحلية في بيت المال الآتشي] “qqat”:“法律”(亚齐地方制度)中对Zakat管理作为亚齐钱庄地方政府原始收入的影响]

Zakat is considered as one of the sources of the original revenues of the local government (PAD) and is managed by Baitul Mal, whether at the level of Aceh province or at the level of the municipality and the city. It is regulated and codified in Indonesian Law No. (11) of the year 2006 regarding the Government of Aceh (UUPA) in the section of 108. The arrangement of this law has raised a number of serious problems and can be said to be a hasty and incautious movement done by Aceh government, because forcing the implementation of the governmental financial system in the mechanisms of organizing zakat and the inefficiency of the Aceh government to create special derivatives of zakat make this institution does not enjoy the independence and flexibility in organizing Zakat. The negative effects of applying this system in zakat have hampered the organization of zakat as well, especially in terms of the distribution, disbursement and efficient use of Zakat and the preparation of its reports. Employees also feel under the specter of criminalization of the designated authorities. Therefore, this research suggests that the zakat system should be set up in a special system, in a special mechanism and in a special account number. It should not be equalized with the other original revenues of the local government (PAD).

Pecel Pithik: Tradition, Culture, and Its Impact on The Socioeconomic Welfare of Osingese People in Banyuwangi 皮提克:传统、文化及其对班育旺吉新加坡人社会经济福利的影响

This study aimed to explore and describe the existence of pecel pithik in the tradition of Osingese tribe of Banyuwangi and its impact on the social economic welfare of the very community. Qualitative approach method was used to achieve the purpose of this research. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, note taking, and recording. Data analysis method operative in the study was descriptive qualitative method with thematic content analysis. This study has evinced that pecel pithik is a cultural asset of Osingese society, which is rooted in fundamental traditional agrarian values with selamatan, originally presented in rice fields in the form of tumpeng before harvest in the hope of good harvest and blessing. This was done to improve the society’s welfare and elevate their degree. Today, pecel pithik presented at rituals ( selamatan ) such as barong ider bumi and tumpeng sewu ( bersih desa ). Pecel Pithik has now been a potential of socioeconomic capital for regional progress as a resource of economic development to improve societies’ welfare.

The Trend of Emerging Identity Politics in Indonesia and the Challenge in Fostering Social Cohesion: Lesson Learned from Jakarta Provincial Election 印尼新兴的身份政治趋势与促进社会凝聚力的挑战:雅加达省选举的经验教训

Social cohesion is one important social capital to support the ongoing process of development programs and also as a guarantee for social stability. The good indication of social cohesion in a society characterized by a strong sense of belonging that encourages the desire to work together. This paper will substantively elaborate how Jakarta provincial election has strengthen the identity politics which posed great challenge to the constructed social cohesion. This paper will try to answer why identity politics was used as strategic political campaign strategies to generate massive support and how the confusion to the sentiment of identity politics has turned into the emergence of social gap in the society which leads to the disturbance of existing pattern of social cohesion. The explanation from this paper build on the basis of different media analysis throughout Jakarta provicial election on the issue related SARA (religion, ethnic and group). From this study,  shows that the issue related SARA in Jakarta provincial election case was the culmination of the political ideology confrontation which give subsequent impact to the equilibrium of social cohesion in the society.

Local Government Policy Regarding Mandatory Students Diniyah Takmiliyah in Indramayu Regency 因德拉马尤县地方政府关于强制性学生的政策

Indramayu District Government issued Local Regulation No. 12 of 2012 on Compulsory Education Diniyah Takmiliyah. Compulsory Education Diniyah Takmiliyah is a Non-Formal Religious Education Program which must be followed by all students starting from elementary level up to upper level in Indramayu District on joint responsibility between local government and province and society. Diniyah Takmiliyah aims to complement the Islamic religious education obtained at the basic level up to the upper level or in higher education in order to increase the faith and devotion of learners. This study uses qualitative analysis of case studies. The results of this study are expected to be useful and contribute thoughts to other local governments to implement compulsory diniyah policy. This research explains the background of the birth of the regulation of Indramayu Regency about the compulsory education of Diniyah Takmiliyah from the community; also describes the strategy implementation strategy from concept, set into local regulations, followed by regent regulation, socialization and control; as well as describe the implications experienced in the implementation of this policy such as increasing the achievement of Islamic studies in schools, the addition of religious lessons, the local budget for Islamic education, the increase of Madrasahs in the study sites and the effect of political electability decision makers.

Happiness Behind The Threat of Disaster: Women in The South Merapi Slope 灾难威胁背后的幸福:南默拉皮坡的妇女

The study was conducted with the aim of studying the happiness of women in the slopes of south Merapi in the threat of Merapi disaster. Descriptive research, the theme of geography of human environment interaction with the subject of research of women who live and have socio-economic activities in the District Cangkringan.  Population are women married living in the study area. Samples were taken purposively as many as 33 respondents. Research variables socio-economic and female demographics and characteristics of happiness and threat of disaster. Quantitative descriptive data analysis used frequency tables to analyze sociodemograph, happiness women and threat of disaster. Analysis of qualitative data in reduction, presentation and verification. The results showed that women in South Merapi Slope who have socio-economic activities in Cangkringan sub-district understand that their residence area is vulnerable to disaster threat. Merapi disaster can threaten the women of the slopes of south Merapi every time but they believe, that Merapi remains friendly with the people on the slopes. The result of eruptions in the form of hot lava and rain lava, will be a blessing source of income and make their territory remains fertile so that their farm has a good prospect. Merapi has been a blessing not as a disaster, so living in harmony with Merapi can support the happiness of women in the slopes of south Merapi.

Effects of the Digital Game-Based Learning (DGBL) on Students Academic Performance in Arabic Learning at Sambas Purbalingga 数字游戏学习(DGBL)对Sambas Purbalingga学生阿拉伯语学习成绩的影响

Arabic has been an official language of the United Nations since 1971. However, infrastructure, availability of technology by either students or teachers and professional training for teacher's technological usage in Arabic teaching are still lacking. This paper presents the effectiveness of Digital Game-Based Learning as media towards students’ academic performance in Arabic learning. DGBL was designed by ADDIE model. Quasi experimental Design was used as the method for the implementation phase. The sample of this study was 72 students of the first grade of junior high school. They were divided into two groups of 36 respectively: Group A as the experimental group and Group B as the control group. Group A was treated with DGBL method whereas Group B treated with The Non-DGBL method. The learning results showed that Group A performed significantly higher than Group B cause the results of t table is smaller than the result based on t-Test value (1,67 < 3,244). The Digital Game-Based Learning (DGBL) suggested being used as a tool to increase student’s academic performance in Arabic learning for high school students.

This article discuss about the discovery of Tasyrihah al Muhtaj manuscript which contains the principles of sharia economic law that is now developing in Indonesia. This manucsript written since 19 century by K. H. Ahmad Rifa’i, a Mufti from Kalisalak, Batang, Central Java, who was given the tittle of heorism by President Susilo Bambang Yudoyono in 2004. This manuscript written in Pegon (Javanese Arabic) character, and Cirebon Javanese language. Because it had found three manuscripts which have same title, then using plural manucripts method namely base manuscript method, which was chosen one most superior manuscript among others based on language, literature, history aspects. From the contains, the principles of sharia economic law in Tasyrihah al Muhtaj manuscript are usury, ijab , debt, pawn, hawalah , salary, ijarah , and wakalah .
