The article presents an analysis of the activities of the Department of Emergency Advisory Medical Care and Medical Evacuation of the Territorial Center of Disaster Medicine of the Republic of Crimea for the period 2019–2021 in the issues of sanitary and aviation evacuation of patients, as well as victims in emergency situations. In general, over the past three years, 207–238 departures have been carried out annually with the transportation of 203–258 patients by one full-time aviation resuscitation team of the Territorial Center of Disaster Medicine with the involvement of other specialists, if necessary. For the first time, the feature of professional activity in the «flight crew — aviation medical team» system is revealed. The training of the aircraft crew (pilot, navigator) on the basics of medical evacuation is proposed. Also, in order to optimize the activities of the specialists in aviation medical teams during the flight, it is recommended to conduct instructor trainings and simulators on the rules of operation of on-board medical equipment on the ground.

The article is devoted to the issue of having a certain group of patients dissatisfied with the results of hip replacement surgery. Based on the content analysis of data from Internet platforms, the authors prove the presence of such a group among patients. That being said, the authors of the article emphasize the fact of the general neutrality of the vast majority of messages, which confirms the high level of satisfaction with the results of surgical treatmen.

Mucormycosis is a rare fungal infection with high morbidity and mortality in immunocompromised patients. Eight cases of mucormycosis were detected in the Kazan Republican Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan: 5 men and 3 women, aged 22 to 70. Given the presence of patient risk factors, such as diabetes mellitus, recent novel coronavirus infection, and systemic glucocorticosteroid therapy, one can assume their influence on the development of mucormycosis in these patients.

Lipid metabolism disorder with a predominance of very-low-density lipoproteins (VLDL), triglycerides (TG), and cholesterol (CS) in the blood plasma contributes to the development of atherosclerotic diseases, which to date remain the main cause of death among the population, ranking first among all causes of death in the world and claiming the lives of 4 million Earth inhabitants every year. In this regard, there is a need to search for drugs that reduce the level of cholesterol, triglycerides, and VLDL in blood plasma. Such a group of drugs is PCSK9 inhibitors.
