Sejarah hidup manusia sebelum abad ke-21 memandang kemampuan IQ (Intelligence Quotient) sebagai satu-satunya kecerdasan yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan seseorang. Sementara penelitian Goleman menyatakan bahwa ada faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan seseorang selain faktor IQ (Intelligence Quotient), dalam penelitiannya disebutkan bahwa IQ hanya mempengarusi sebesar 20%, sedangkan 80% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain termasuk didalamnya kecerdasan spiritual (SQ).Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran Al-Islam dan kemuhammadiyahan terhadap kecerdasan spiritual mahasiswa ITB Ahmad Dahlan Jakarta dengan sampel sebanyak 107 mahasiswa. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis Struktural Equation Modeling (SEM)Hasil analisis indek jawaban menunjukan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap variabel pembelajaran AIK sebesar 90,8. Semengtara itu, indek jawaban responden atas variabel kecerdasan spiritual menunjukan nilai indek dengan rata-rata 95,7. Hasil pengujian hipotetsis menunjukan adanya pengaruh variabel pembelajaran Al-Islam dan kemuhammadiyahan terhadap variabel kecerdasan spiritual mahasiswa Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis (ITB) Ahmad Dahlan Jakarta.

This study aims to determine the thoughts of Muhammad Athiya Al-Abrasyi about education and its relevance to education to education in the modern world. This research uses literature study and analytical studies to build a theoretical framework for this material. In conclusion, Muhammad Athiya Al-Abrasyi saw the importance of education and the environment for humans to facilitate the process of building morals. In this way, humans can intellectually choose and distinguish what should be done and what should be left behind. Ibn Maskawaih's thinking in education rests on the concept of education and its relation to technology.

Abstract : Education centered on the learning process in the classroom. The success in achieving educational goals depends on classroom management conducted by the teacher. Classroom management is an activity carried out by teachers to create a conducive learning environment, so that learning objectives can be achieved properly. Class is inhabited by a variety of different characters from each student, which can lead to various types of conflicts that could interfere with learning activities. In this case, a teacher must be able to control class conditions with various approaches, including authoritarian approaches, intimidation approach, permissive approach, recipe approach, behaviour change approach, socio-emotional approach, group approach, and electrical or pluralistic approach, in order to allow the learning process carried out as expected, therefore learning objectives could be achieved. Abstract : Ibn Khaldun is one of the leaders of Islamic thinkers who has a great influence in the development of science. Ibn Khaldun is better known as a historian and social expert. As stated in his Muqoddimah work, besides having the concept of education in an educational perspective is the result of the ideas of Ibn Khaldun who emphasized education. Ibn Khaldun's view of education rests on concepts and philosophical-empirical approaches. Through this approach, he provides direction to the vision of the ideal and practical goals of Islamic education. Based on the results of research from the literature that has been done that Ibn Khaldun is a great figure in the Islamic world, who succeeded in contributing so much in the scientific world that exists in the world. The thoughts of Ibn Khaldun cannot be separated from the roots of Islamic thought. Ibn Khaldun considers that education is the essence of human existence. Ibn Khaldun argues that education seeks to give birth to a cultured society and strives to preserve the future existence of society. Ibn Khaldun's view of education rests on concepts and philosophical-empirical approaches. Through this approach, he provides direction to the vision of the ideal and practical goals of Islamic education. Abstrak : Pendidikan Karakter Yang Berbasis Pada Nilai-nilai Pancasila di Kelas IV (Studi di SDN No.88 Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo)”. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah a) mendeskripsikan pendidikan karakter yang berbasis pada nilai-nilai Pancasila di kelas IV SDN No.88 Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo, b) mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dalam pendidikan karakter yang berbasis pada nilai-nilai Pancasila, c) mengetahui faktor-faktor penghambat dalam pendidikan karakter. Hasil penelitian antara lain, (1) pendidikan karakter dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila yang di tanamkan meliputi nilai : religius, jujur, toleran, disiplin, mandiri, demokratis, rasa ingin tahu, semangat kebangsaan, menghargai prestasi, cinta damai, gemar membaca, peduli lingkungan, peduli sosial, dilakukan melalui pembiasaan, kurikulum, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, aktivitas peserta didik dalam lingkungan sekolah, dan lingkungan msayarakat. (2) faktor pendukung meliputi kepribadi, keluarga, dan lingkungan, merupakan bagian dari pendukung pendidikan karakter yang ada di SDN No.88 Kota Tengah. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh keterangan tentang bagaimana kinerja kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di MIS Darul Ulum Kecamatan Toili Kabupaten Banggai, serta sebagai bahan penelitian tentang kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah untuk menunjang mutu pendidikan sangat ditentukan oleh apakah guru-guru mempunyai sikap positif terhadap tugasnya.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MIS Darul Ulum Kecamatan Toili Kabupaten Banggai, dengan waktu penelitian pada September - November 2018. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan yaitu (1) Penelitian Pustaka (Librari Research), penulis mengumpulkan sebanyak mungkin informasi, buku literatur karangan ilmiah pendidikan dan buku-buku yang ada kaitanya erat dengan penelitian ini, (2) Penelitian lapangan (Field Reseach), yaitu penulis dengan mengumpulkan data dengan tehnik wawancara (Interview) dengan para pihak yang berkepentingan yaitu kepala sekolah, para dewan guru, tata usaha yang ada di MIS Darul Ulum Kecamatan Toili Kabupaten Banggai.Di lingkungan lembaga pendidikan, peran visi dalam menggerakkan institusi ke depan tidak dapat dihindari. Di sinilah esensi bahwa kinerja kepala sekolah tidak cukup mengandalkan gaya transformasional, melainkan berpandangan jauh ke depan, dengan tidak melepaskan kekuatan-kekuatan apa yang terkandung di dalam visi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Kultur sekolah yang positif diasosiasikan dengan motivasi dan prestasi siswa yang tinggi, meningkatkan kolaborasi antara guru, dan mengubah sikap guru terhadap pekerjaannya kedepan menjadi positif. Praktis pembelajaran diruang belajar, apakah atraktif atau monoton, menyenangkan atau membosankan dan sebagainyaKata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Kinerja Kepala Sekolah, Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan.

Abstrak : Penelitian ini berkenaan dengan Respon siswa terhadap strategi manajemen komunikasi psikologi pendidikan antara guru dan siswa dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar di MTs Negeri 1 Banggai?. Untuk menjawab masalah tersebut digunakanlah penelitian metode kualitatif dengan analisis manajemen pendidikan Islam. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: Adapun respon siswa terhadap strategi manajemen komunikasi psikologi pendidikan antara guru dan siswa dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar di MTs Negeri 1 Banggai, sebagai berikut: 1 Awalnya siswa bersikap acuh tak acuh dengan proses pembimbingan, namun karena terus dibimbing dan diarahkan secara kontinyu sikap tersebut berubah menjadi lebih bersunggu-sungguh dalam melaksanakan saran dari guru BK, 2. Merasa senang karena permasalahan yang dialami dapat terselesaikan 3. Siswa merasa lebih dekat dengan guru, karena telah terbangun komunikasi yang baik 4. Siswa merasa senang karena hubungannya dengan guru dapat diperbaiki melalui komunikasi psikologi pendidikan dan 5. Siswa merasa terbantu dalam menyelesaikan masalah pelajaran yang dianggap sulit melalui pembentukan kelompok belajar.Kata kunci : Respon, Strategi, Komunikasi, Psikologi

This study aims to: (1) Describe when the song Kokonua sung in children on the island Kabalutan, (2) Describe where a sung kokonua in children on the island kabalutan, (3) Describe who sang kokonua in children, (4) Describe how to tune kokonua that play a role in shaping the character of children on the island Kabalutan, (5) Describe the reason the song kokonua used in the formation of character, and (6) Describe the values of any character formed through songs kokonua in children aged 5 years on the island kabalutan. The study subjects children aged 5 years totaling 3. This research is a qualitative ethnographic study research. Analysis of the data used is the model Spradley. This research data obtained from observation, documentation, and manufacturing field notes. The findings of this study indicate that: (1) song Kokonua sung in children when the children will sleep at night (2) where dinyanyikaan songs kokonua in children that is at home or in bed, (3) who sings kokonua is a mother and grandmother (4) tune kokonua that play a role in the formation of character that rhythm chirpy: songs kokonua and kokanding, rhythm tunable: goyak-goyak and daughter papu (5) the reason why songs kokonua used for the formation of character that song kokonua is a song traditionally have mystical element that is used to frighten children with a view to the formation of character, and (6) of character values formed in children aged 5 years on the island Kabalutan that is independent, responsible, hardworking, honest, mutual love, togetherness / solidarity, chirpy, patient, resilient and grateful.Keywords: Character, Children, Kokonua Song.

Abstract: The study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Adragogy implementation of National Zakat Index (NZI) by National Zakat Board (BAZNAS)’s socialization. This descriptive qualitative-explorative analysis took In-depth interviews to BAZNAS and lecturers for getting primary data. Secondary data obtained through the Desk Study in the form of exploration of references from various scientific sources. The results of the study are: Firstly, The practice of andragogy in various countries has different focus depend on the objectives to be achieved; Secondly, Public literacy and zakat stakeholders increases along with the zakat conscious movement by BAZNAS; Thirdly, The adoption of Andragogy in the education of NZI has a tendency to Bloom's Taxonomy Cognitive Domain. Discussions and recommendations based on the results of the research in the form of: First, Andragogy learning theory in general is still a concern with attention to systematics, stages and rules that need to be obeyed; Second, The application of Andragogy in the process of education of NZI is effective but still needs to increase creativity by utilizing the media of IT sophistication which also targets the focus on millenials person and extends the scope of objects to unreached areas; Third, the authors propose a new scheme in the form of the National Zakat-Wakaf Integration Index (NZWI) model as a form of synergy between zakat and waqf involving two government boards namely BAZNAS and Indonesian Waqf Agency (BWI) for higher success in the future. Abstrak : Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif ,dengan menggunakan penelitian asosiatif korelasional dengan dua variabel bebas ( Independent Variable ) yaitu Sertifikasi (XI) dan profesional ( X2) dan satu variabel terikat (dependent Variable ) yaitu kinerja guru ( Y ). Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuesioner atau angket.Hasil penelitian terdapat lapangan terdapat 1) terdapat hubungan antara sertfikasi guru pendidikan Agama Islam pada SMA/SMK diKabupaten Banggai. 2) terdapat hubungan antara kemampuan profesionalisme guru pendidikan agama islam terhadap kinerja guru pendidikan agama islam pada SMA/SMK di Kabupaten Banggai 3) terdapat hubungan antara sertifikasi dan kemampuan profesionalisme terhadap kinerja guru pendidikan agama islam di SMA/SMK di Kabupaten BanggaiImplikasi dari penelitian ini terlihat jelas bahwa ada pengaruh guru yang tersertifikasi terlihat lebih meningkatkan kinerja secara profesional.
