The human values are beliefs that have a deep-rooted worth in usefulness or importance to the holder of these qualities. These values are necessity in today’s society and education system. These values provide a meaning to the life of a human being. Usually, people become lazy and dull after being successful in this materialistic world, but if they have values, they would always have a purpose and guide in their life. Values are needed to teach to the children from the early age at school. This will help them to lead a peaceful and harmonious life which is free from evils. Hence, the aim of this paper is to highlight the important of universal human value in our life and how the theories on values are given by different researchers.

The main purpose of this study examines the Covid 19 situation effect on job Satisfaction among the library professional in Delhi and NCR. The some are many variables use in this study like a gender, age, designation, LIS professional Institutional affiliation, job satisfaction, Job security in organization, agreement with the dissatisfaction of job with their present employers, prime consideration while going for a job change etc. The total response generated 80 43 are male and 37 female, from the data analysis it emerged that very third professional in Delhi NCR enters in to LIS profession by chance 54% and 27% by choice; more than 24 respondents have expressed their willingness to change their present employer, if given better opportunity. More than 30 % professional either fully or partly agree 24% that most of the LIS professionals Delhi and NCR are Current work station is good but, I am expecting library priority in organizations 8% dissatisfied with their employers. All these and many more areas have been explored, which reflect the aspects of job satisfaction and dissatisfaction among LIS professional in Delhi and NCR region.

Wheat stubble agro-residues material contains lingo-cellulose with high level of extractives and metal ions, which may be able to instigate some harmful impacts on the papermaking process. Pretreatment of stubble on the removal of metal ions and extractive and its impact on the content of chemical constituents like holocelluose, lignin, silica, the pulping yield as well as the mechanical properties of paper were examined in the laboratory. Acid pretreatment significantly reduced the content of the metal ions with about more than 50%. The conditions for acid pretreatment of the material were optimized to pH-2 at 5% consistency for 1 hour retention time with more benefits in extractives and metal ions removal and less impact on cellulose degradation. The demand for active alkali charge during pulpmaking was observed to be about 3% lower for the pretreated material as compared to the untreated one. Along with the chemical conservation, a higher pulping yield of about 6 – 7 % was also observed for acid pretreated materials. Improved thickness, more crystalline and a high degree of polymerization of cellulose fibre were noticed due to acid pretreatment and the pulp obtained from acid pretreated material showed improved mechanical strength properties (tensile, tear, burst strength etc.). The study revealed that pretreatment of agro-residue material with dilute acid (optimized conditions) could be used to remove the non-process component and make it suitable for utilization in papermaking process with improved mechanical properties in the paper products.

In this review paper, we mainly focus on the working of air conditioner and the required development needed for the sake of human comfort. Day by day the requirement of air conditioner is increasing because the temperature is increasing rapidly. Along with the air conditioner the quality of the air must be improved in order to sort out health related issues.Impurity of air is increasing due uneven human activities. In order to purify the air, the air conditioner must be developed in such a way that different type of filters such as Manganese Dioxide filter, HEPA Filter, Electrostatic Filter must be attached to trap various types of pollution causing elements. In order to kill germs, the UV radiations must be introduced to kill the disease causing germs and pathogens for the sake of purification of air. Along with the purified air the energy must also be used efficiently, for that, IoT must be implemented to ease the work and to save energy.

The emphasis of outcome-based education has changed from teaching to learning. Stakeholders are calling for high-quality education. In the evaluation and accreditation process, more emphasis is placed on the teaching and learning process. Students' knowledge and skill set are becoming increasingly crucial. As a result, it is critical for a teacher to use an original technique when presenting the course. It is necessary to categorise the learners in order to construct these techniques. This article focuses on the categorization of SY B Tech learners at the start of the manufacturing processes course. The strategies that must be used to accommodate these various sorts of learners are also explored. Aside from typical teaching methods, think-pair-share, flipped classroom, and blended learning tactics were employed. The criterion for evaluating these techniques has been developed. It is proposed that these tactics be used to different courses for different programmes to confirm the outcomes or, if any, variances before being implemented across institutions/universities.

First-principles calculations have been done on the L-arginine semimalonate C₉H₁₈N₄O₆ crystal based on Density Functional Theory. The Triclinic structure of Nitrilotrisethylene carbamic acid has been simulated using this formalism and the structural parameters have been found out. The Electron Density of States (EDOS) has been computed in the material using the Electronic structure calculation code of the software Quantum-Espresso which gives a Band gap of 2.35 eV. This value is found to be close to the value exhibited by semiconducting materials and photonic band gap materials. The value of polarizability has also been calculated. Its value comes out to be 77.40 Å3, 77.08 Å3, 76.55 Å3 along x,y and z axis with average value of 77.01 Å3. The values of Phonon modes have been computed using the ph.x program code of quantum espresso software. The values of computed phonon modes range from 0 cm−1 to 8012 cm−1.

Everyday living becomes more convenient and joyful as a result of technological advancements. The advancements in telecommunications and networking have changed throughout several decades. The first generation of mobile wireless communication was the 1G (the earliest form of voice-only network), which was followed by 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G. The 5G network is expected to provide higher connection speeds than earlier networks, being more dependable, faster response time and more capacity. In this paper, we provide an overview of the standards, data rates, capacity, primary service, challenges, and features provided by each generation, as well as how advances have been achieved from one generation to the next. Also, the paper highlights the new emerging technology, 5G, its architecture, features, and applications.

Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) is one of the newest trends in Supply Chain Management’s (SCM) evolution. The objectives of this study are to (i) evaluate the internal and external barriers and drivers of GSCM, and (ii) make timely recommendations to implement GSCMP in manufacturing and agricultural sectors in Sri Lanka. An online questionnaire survey was conducted to examine these barriers, drivers, and recommendations for improving the GSCMP. Thirty experts have participated in the survey and the data were evaluated by descriptive statistics. The findings reveal that lack of knowledge and experience, and a lack of green professionals was the main internal and external barriers respectively. Also, top management support and green procurements were the main internal driver and external driver respectively. The findings of this study will assist the manufacturing and agricultural sectors in Sri Lanka to move on to sustainability.

Recommendation systems are not new to the world, they have rapidly become prevalent, appearing in almost every type of technology on a daily basis. As a result, recommendation systems were necessary to reduce the amount of time spent looking for the best and most essential items. Information filtering, user personalization, collaborative filtering, and hybrid filtering are just some of the ways used by recommendation systems in diversion, streaming, software, and other areas to present users and customers with customized content and products. The various filtering methods are compared and analyzed in order to improve the accuracy and quality of the recommendation system.
