In the planning of construction work, various things can happen in the implementation of construction projects which can cause an increase in implementation time so that the completion of the project becomes late. Delays in project work can be anticipated by accelerating implementation, but still paying attention to cost and quality factors. This study analyzed the acceleration of project duration in the implementation of the Indramayu Regency Eretan ROB Handling Development Project with the addition of working hours (overtime) which varied from 1 hour of overtime to 3 hours of overtime and with the addition of manpower using the time cost trade off method. From the normal cost of Rp. 20,778,458,753 and a duration of 307 days with the analysis of the time cost trade off method, it was concluded that the most efficient addition of overtime hours was the addition of 3 hours of overtime with a cost of Rp. 20,275,217,792 for a duration of 244 days and for the most efficient addition of labor was the addition of manpower to 3 hours of overtime work at a cost of Rp. 20,295,750,961 durations of 244. So that the results of the most efficient analysis are by adding 3 hours of overtime work with a difference from the normal cost of Rp. 503,240,961 and with a difference in duration of 63 days from the normal duration.

Writing this scientific paper aims to determine the position of adopted children as heirs in civil law and Islamic law, as well as know the distribution of inheritance that can be obtained by adopted children. This study uses a juridical-normative method. The results of the research in the form of the existence of the rights and position of adopted children in civil law are not contained in BW but are regulated in Stbld 1917 Number 129, which states that there are equal rights for adopted children and legitimate children in inheritance. Islamic law does not regulate inheritance to adopted children due to differences in the lineage of adopted children and their adoptive parents, but there are other ways related to the method of inheritance in Islamic law, namely wajibah testament.

The parking building of Hospital Semarang is a space frame system that is assumed to be on soft soil (SE) and analyzed based on the Special Moment Reinforced Concrete Frame System (SRPMK). With quality concrete, fy=25 MPa, reinforcing steel quality, fy=420 MPa, and reinforcing steel quality, fy=280 MPa. Load analysis refers to SNI 1726 – 2019, and concrete regulations refer to SNI 2847 – 2019. Based on the results of the dynamic response analysis obtained from the program ETABS v19.1.0 follows the requirements of the variety of motion, with mode 1 showing the direction of translational motion X direction, which is 49,9%, mode 2 shows the translational movement in the Y direction which is 71.24%. Mode 3 shows the movement of the structure in the rotation, which is 57.72%. Dynamic base shear, 2393,984 kN, and 2743 4332 kN have met the requirements, reaching 100%. The earthquake direction applied was in the orthogonal direction with a redundancy factor value (ρ) of 1.3. There is no deviation between levels that exceed the allowable limit. P-Delta checking of the structure concluded that the structure remains stable. The results of the analysis of the cross-sectional capacity of the column obtained from the spColumn v6.00 program can be concluded that for a column with dimensions of 600x800, it is not strong enough to withstand the working load, because the minimum load is within the design strength of the interaction diagram. The maximum load is outside the strength of the interaction diagram plan. While the column with dimensions of 600x600 is still vital to withstand the working load because the minimum and maximum loads are in the strong interaction diagram plan.

The Indonesians who live on various islands have a wide range of identities. This identity is unquestionably susceptible to a variety of racism and SARA-related issues. As a consequence of this, these issues have an effect everywhere, particularly on the political front. Identity politics is a phenomenon that arises when political considerations and diversity or identity issues intersect. In Indonesia and other nations, identity politics is a frequent issue. This frequently occurs in Indonesian political elections, such as presidential, legislative, and district/city regional head elections. These issues give rise to the idea of social identity, which impacts multiculturalism. Consequently, politics in Indonesia began to intersect, resulting in various aspects being regarded as opposing. In Indonesia, a variety of examples that connect politics and identity necessitate a variety of concepts, which are then linked to issues that require investigation. After that, we discuss the various ideas and factors that cause identity politics to affect society. As a result, community and interpersonal divisions are a concern as the rise of identity politics raises issues of merit and disadvantage

Heirs are one of the vital things in family affairs. However, many problems occur due to the need for more education about learning inheritance. This gives rise to the dispute between fellow heirs to the point of causing disharmony in the family. Burgelijk wetboek, as a reference for Indonesian inheritance law, has explained various meanings and ordinances for an inheritance to possess the estate. But, in reality, many societies still have the unknown, resulting in the possession of the undivided property to meet personal interests. This makes researchers want to know about the control of inherited property that has yet to be divided according to the Civil Code, the underlying factors that occur, and their impact on heirs.

The construction of LOT-3 Kretek 2 Bridge is part of the Southern Cross Road (JJLS) Java Island. This bridge was built to connect the Samas–Kretek and Kretek–Parangtritis roads in Bantul Regency, which are separated from the Opak River. In this study, we will compare rigid pavement planning and flexible pavement at the LOT-3 Kretek 2 Bridge project site, guided by the “Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan 2017 Bina Marga”. Then the two pavements will be compared to get a more economical and long-lived pavement. Finally, based on data processing results, the flexible pavement is planned with a thickness of AC-WC = 40 mm, AC-BC = 60 mm, AC-Base = 160 mm, Aggregate Class A = 300 mm, and support layer = 100 mm. Meanwhile, for rigid pavement, cement concrete pavement with unreinforced joints is used with a concrete slab thickness = 300 mm, a thin concrete layer = 100 mm, and a drainage layer = 150 mm. From the analysis and calculation, the budget plan for flexible pavement is Rp. 15,382,772,000.00 with a design life of 20 years, while the rigid pavement is Rp. 18,093,230,000.00 with a design life of 40 years. So, rigid pavement is more economical because the price is 14.98% higher but has twice the design life.

The Budget Plan is an important process in project planning as it forms the basis for making a price offer and estimation framework that will be used in tendering. It aims to consider the cost involved during the project implementation. The aim of this study is to determine which method is more economical in estimating the budget cost using the 2022 AHSP and 2022 HSPK methods. The research method used is a combination of observation and comparative quantitative methods. Observation was carried out through direct observation of structural work and work methods, while comparative quantitative method aims to estimate budget costs using the 2022 AHSP and 2022 HSPK methods. Based on the cost estimate, it can be concluded that the labor cost using the AHSP method is IDR 5,305,910,140 and using the HSPK method is IDR 31,967,258,039 with a difference percentage of 33.74%. The material cost using the AHSP method is IDR 30,389,347,431 and using the HSPK method is IDR 22,208,028,819 with a difference percentage of 0.49%. The budget plan using the AHSP method is IDR 31,980,611,351 and using the HSPK method is IDR 28,189,908,555 with a difference percentage of 5.24%. In this study, the result shows that the most economical budget cost estimate was obtained by using the HSPK method in the overall budget plan, as well as labor and material costs.

Meanwhile, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), and Net Profit Margin Ratio (NPM) have no effect on stock prices. The results of the second hypothesis testing show that the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and company size have no effect on stock prices with the Net Profit Margin Ratio (NPM) as an intervening variable in the Kompas100 company which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020. The results of testing the third hypothesis show that the Net Profit Margin Ratio (NPM) is not able to moderate the relationship between Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and company size to stock prices at Kompas100 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2020 period.

This study aims to identify factors that influence KRL Users to choose the advanced mode of transportation used to reach their final destination. The method used in this study is quantitative and multinomial logistic regression. Calculations with multinomial logistic regression, in general, show slightly different results. In addition, trans-Jakarta public transportation modes tend to be more attractive to KRL users at Juanda Station for advanced modes of transportation. Some recommendations for determining continued travel with criteria for time, convenience, and cost, including 1) Pedestrians need to improve their comfort variables, so it is necessary to build better pedestrian paths. 2) Online motorcycle taxis need to build shelters/places to get on and off passengers in the Juanda station area to make it easier for users to use the online motorcycle taxi mode. 3) Transjakarta buses need to sterilize the Transjakarta route, considering the dense traffic on the road to the station, so there are no delays and queues on trans Jakarta buses. 4) Further studies need to be carried out on the other railway stations and need to be studied in more detail by paying attention to the variable level of service yang others.
