Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel citra perusahaan, kepuasan pelanggan dan penanganan keluhan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 80 orang. Penelitian ini mengambil objek di PT. Reska Multi Usaha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa citra perusahaan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, sedangkan variable kepuasan pelanggan dan penanganan keluhan tidak terbukti memiliki pengaru terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Penelitian ini dapat membantu memberikan kontribusi positif kepada PT. Reska Multi Usaha, atau perusahaan yang membutuhkan untuk dapat mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh variabel citra perusahaan, kepuasan pelanggan dan penanganan keluhan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan memberikan rekomendasi terhadap pimpinan perusahaan untuk dapat mennentukan kebijakan atas dasar kesimpulan saran dari penelitian ini.

This study aims to find out the extent of the Islamic field in responding to issues about feminism. The method used in this study is library research with a qualitative descriptive approach. To deepen the results of this research, we take the thoughts and works of one of the women scholars known worldwide, Fatima Mernissi. In her view, Fatima Mernissi felt the need to criticize the old dogmas that discredited women's roles. Although the source or evidence comes from a legitimate source. The growth in the financial performance of Islamic banking in Indonesia is still an exciting discourse to discuss. This is because Indonesia, which is a Muslim country with the largest market share of halal products in the world, does not yet have a Sharia financial industry whose performance is classified as useful. The research attempts to explain how the principles of good corporate governance with the addition of Islamic principles can be a solution for the development of Islamic banking performance. The research method uses a qualitative approach and literature study. The results obtained from this study are that good corporate governance is expected to improve the company's financial performance in terms of managing company fixed assets, utilizing human resources, utilizing financial capital and maximizing corporate structure.
