The increase in the number of earthquake cases in Indonesia goes hand in hand with an increase in population and land requirements. This is a particular concern for structural experts in planning buildings vertically to save space. Therefore earthquake-resistant building planning is needed. The design of a building with a swimming pool on the top level of the building, especially on the roof floor, has become one of the trends in society, commonly known as an infinity pool. Structurally, a building with a swimming pool on the top floor must be given special attention. The swimming pool on the top floor, especially on the roof floor of the building, unquestionably burdens the building. In planning for earthquake-resistant buildings, it refers to the latest SNI, namely SNI 1726: 2019 Procedures for Planning for Earthquake Resistance for Building and Non-Building Structures and 2847: 2019 Requirements for Structural Concrete for Buildings and Explanations

Looking at the total level of rapid development of construction work, which is relatively fast, it becomes a challenge for the construction world. This is followed by the development of a very diverse method of various construction implementations applied in the process. In every construction project implementation, the main factor that makes the project successful or not is in terms of both time and cost. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis research. In this descriptive analysis, which was carried out at the Mapolres Mapolres Advanced Building Project, the aim was to determine the time performance and find solutions to problems that existed in the implementation of this project. On the schedule variance graph (SV), the implementation of this project is all positive. Shows that this positive value is that the implementation of the work has accelerated or has not experienced delays, and the performance of the project implementation is better and faster following the initial planning. The value of the schedule performance index (SPI) on the overall implementation of this project from the 8th week to the 11th week shows a value of more than one (>1), so the project is completed faster than what has been planned.

The physical development of the city of Samarinda that is not in harmony between the existence of Built Space and the distribution of Green Open Space has an impact on changes in the urban microclimate. These changes occur in microclimate elements such as temperature, humidity, intensity of sunlight and wind. If the microclimate element changes, it is feared that a change will occur in a direction that is not in accordance with the comfort of the human body condition. Then it becomes a question in this study, namely how is the relationship between regional temperature and the distribution of green open space in Samarinda City. The targets carried out to achieve the research objectives are to analyze the temperature distribution of the Samarinda City area, analyze the distribution of Samarinda City Green open space, analyze the characteristics of Samarinda City Green open space, and analyze the relationship between regional temperature and the distribution of Samarinda City Green open space. To answer this goal, this research uses interpretation analysis of Landsat 8, Sentinel 2 imagery and statistical analysis in the form of regression analysis. In the sentinel image analysis, the data obtained are the distribution of temperature and the distribution of green open space. Where the minimum temperature is 29.8oC, maximum temperature is 38.8oC, and the distribution of green open space is obtained. The results of the ANN analysis show that there are 4 categories of green open space distribution data, namely clustered, spread out, uniform, and non-green open space. After the data obtained from the two analyzes, a quantitative analysis was carried out using SPSS programming to obtain the relationship between the Y variable and the X variable. In this analysis, the calculated F value was 1.930 with a significance level of 0.009 where the regression model can be used to predict the independent variables in this data. RTH with temperature showed a significant closeness. In the research area, it is stated that green open space has a significant relationship to the regional temperature distribution. In addition, the research findings also show that the ratio of green open space, the distribution of green open space, and the percentage of dense vegetation have an inverse relationship, which means that if green open space increases then the temperature decreases and vice versa.

Along development of technology from time to time, makes the shipping sector have experienced development. This made the Indonesian geverment place the maritime sector into a priority program in national development. The development of ships occur from various scopes, this things takes the development of ships in terms of the number of hulls such as single hull (monohull), double hull (catamaran), and with three hulls (trimaran). This research uses a literature method that will analyze the results of previous research related to the ship’s performance. The purpose of this research to determine the best performance between ships with monohull, catamaran and also trimaran forms. The results of this research are expected to be a basic reference for selecting the ship’s hull to be fabricated in the future, whether in terms of tourism, military, etc. the results of this research indicate in terms of stability ships with trimaran hulls have good stability among others. This is because trimaran ships have a larger surface area than monohull and catamaran. With the ratio of the width and height of the ship makes the catamaran have good stability. In terms of resistance, catamaran ships have the smallest resistance than others, but this influenced by the demihull distance factor which makes the waves formed from each hull not collide with each other. In terms of seakeeping, the catamaran is the best in case of heaving, rolling and pitching conditions from all heading angles.

In the process of running an organization, various forms of skills are needed so that a company can develop properly and smoothly. These skills must be possessed by every employee. If there are new employees, the old employees must be able to teach them related to the culture that exists in a company. In addition, new employees must also be able to adapt to the new company environment. One of the internal factors for a company to run well is the performance of the employees or by the employees. On the other hand, employee performance is also influenced by several factors, for example, motivation, teamwork, communication, and so on. The purpose of writing this journal is to critically and deeply analyze the effect of communication and teamwork on improving employee performance. The type of research carried out is by using qualitative research using the literature review method from relevant literature sources. The results obtained from this journal that communication and teamwork have an influence and impact on employee performance. There must be good communication within the company. This will have an impact on the performance of employees. If the communication built has good communication, then employee performance will also be good as feedback. As a necessity of the globalization process, the development of society due to advances in information and communication technology is difficult to avoid. Globalization is an open door for the entry of foreign cultural influences, including ideology. At this time, Indonesia is an arena for the struggle for two ideologies, namely liberal democracy and radical Islam. The two ideologies are equally dangerous because they can tear the long-established national knitting together, as well as eliminate the Indonesian identity which is Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. Therefore, what needs to be done is to face it with a responsible attitude and eliminate the negative impacts caused or work around it so as to create an advanced society with an Indonesian perspective on the basis of Pancasila. Pancasila as the state ideology must be grounded in the community. One way is to find common ground between the values in Pancasila and the values of the cultural wisdom of ethnic groups in Indonesia.

Current technological developments provide easy information for the public. Some see it as a threat, while others see it as an opportunity. Threats will feel real when unable to adjust to conditions and just go with the flow. For this reason, new innovations are needed to turn “threats” into “opportunities” by utilizing and developing positive values from the globalization era which continues to move in a fluctuating manner. The smart city concept has become the central government’s idea that cities around the world are currently fighting for in overcoming various problems that are in various directions. This concept can certainly be used by the government to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of work so as to improve the quality of life of every element of the city. This article discusses the concept of a smart city and its relationship with the concept of a sustainable city. The dimensions of the smart city concept cannot be separated from the sustainability aspect of the city. This method is expected to be useful for future political leaders of the city or region, as well as for community involvement to contribute to the achievement of sustainable development.
