Sultan Agung Stadium is one of Indonesia's premier league stadiums and international standards with a subsurface drainage system. Subsurface drainage is considered to be very efficient compared to surface drainage. However, during heavy rains, there are still some puddles on the surface of the football field. The presence of puddles is a massive problem in a football match because it can block the flow of the ball. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the drainage system of the Sultan Agung Stadium football field in terms of the diameter, depth, and distance between the subdrain pipes. The data analyzed include soil, rainfall, and drainage dimension data. Soil data was used to analyze the infiltration test, soil porosity, and permeability. Rainfall data is used for hydrological analysis by determining the design rainfall at 2, 5, and 10-year return periods, and drainage dimension data is used for hydraulics analysis by determining the pipe capacity and drain layer. Based on the results of this study, a pipe with a diameter of 6 inches with a distance of 5 m cannot overcome inundation during the 10-year return period. Variations in depth and distance between drainage pipes are known to have an effect on inundation that occurs in the field. By reducing the distance to 4m, the inundation that occurs can be resolved

This paper discusses a case of a communication crisis experienced by a youtuber, where the manager of this crisis sparked a lot of criticism from his market share because of the lack of precise content. If juxtaposed with the norms and ethics where the channel's viewers are broadcasting, Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach approach where qualitative research as a scientific method is often used and carried out by a group of researchers in the social field. The method of collecting data is through observation, documentation, and literature review. The results of this study indicate that the topics presented in Deddy Corbuzier's podcast contain sensitive issues, namely LGBT. Unfortunately in Indonesia this issue is taboo and has a negative image. His podcast became controversial because he had a large amount of mass, at the time of the study his subscriber count touched 18.6 Million. Deddy Corbuzier managed to overcome the crisis that occurred by inviting religious leaders to correct the podcast he was doing. Deddy admitted his mistake because of the lack of forgiveness to the public for the misperceptions that occurred. In order to get rid of the public commotion, Deddy deleted the content with the yeast and was careful when talking about the issue.

The anchor is one of the steel elements that can withstand the adhesive force against the concrete. The study aims to determine the adhesive strength between the anchor and the concrete through two anchor installation methods: the cast-in-place method with three test objects and post-installed chemical epoxy in two plain hole models with three test objects. And threaded three test specimens using a drill bit extractor Sika Anchorfix-2 chemical epoxy adhesive. Anchor deform model D13 is used with a depth of planting (hef) of 110 mm, which is planted on nine cylinders of 300 x 150 mm with a quality of fc 32.26 MPa. This study aims to determine the pulling capacity, adhesive strength, and damage patterns in the cast-in-place and post-installed methods. The results of the pull-in strength test using the cast-in-place method are 34323.28 N, the post-installed method is plain hole 37919.05 N, and the drill hole is 38572.82 N. MAT (Origin Destination Matrix) is a two-dimensional matrix that contains information about the magnitude of movement between locations (zones) within a specific area. If a MAT is charged to a transportation network system, it will produce a movement flow that describes the movement pattern in the area. This research is quantitative descriptive research. The purpose of this research is to project the future traffic movement pattern. Four methods have been developed to date that generally tries to overcome the shortcomings of the previous method, namely the Analog method (average, Detroit, Fratar, and Furness). These four methods guarantee that the magnitude of the pull generation in the future is the same as expected. Data collection techniques in research are in the form of direct data collection in the field using video cameras placed at several observation points. Hourly flow patterns calculate traffic volume. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that there were differences in repetition in each analog method. The average method reached the 75th repetition, the Detroit method reached the 8th repetition, the Fratar method reached the 41st repetition, and the Furness method reached the third repetition.

Recently, attention to CO2 or greenhouse gas emissions has increased. The need to reduce it is also increasing in various countries. One of them is by reducing gas emissions from vehicles. Due to increasingly sophisticated technological advances, many vehicle manufacturers worldwide have switched to electric vehicles. In the world, various types of electric vehicle models have been developed, one of which is the Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle or PHEV. In Indonesia, this vehicle is very suitable for your energy conditions because fuel oil is still abundant, and there are many ways to build power plants. The potential of PHEV vehicles to reduce greenhouse gas emissions is highly dependent on the use of the vehicle and its energy sources, namely gasoline and electricity. However, PHEVs' specific benefits or impacts ultimately depend on vehicle buying and usage patterns. Some parameters are the value of the utility factor (UF) and the value of expenditure efficiency when owning a vehicle or Total Cost Ownership (TCO). Comprehensive results by calculating the UF value can help users understand the actual energy consumption more clearly and TCO to determine the expenses incurred by PHEV users. This study will show the UF and TCO values of one of the PHEV vehicles in Indonesia, namely the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV.

Public companies aim to increase the firm’s value because it is the primary indicator by investors in considering their decisions. The increase in the company's value attracts potential investors because the company's value is identical to the shareholders' welfare. This study examines the effect of firm size and age on firm value with GRC as moderating. The population uses companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2016 to 2020. Data collection using the purposive sampling method obtained 376 samples. Secondary data in the form of annual reports and financial reports. This study uses GRC as a moderator of the relationship between firm size and age on firm value. The analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The analytical tool used in SPSS 26 with multiple linear regression testing. The results showed that the size and age of the company partially and simultaneously can affect the firm’s value. The GRC variable can be a moderator that strengthens the interaction between company size and age on a firm’s value. Companies listed on the IDX should carefully consider complementing the GRC component because it can strengthen competitive advantages such as company size and age, thereby increasing the firm’s value.

Social skills are important for human life’s ability. Without having social skills, humans can not interact with other people in their environment because people really needs social skills in social life.The purpose of this research is to obtain an empirical description and analyze the characteristics of the subject, conditions of communication skills, social interaction, cooperation, motivation of the subject after receiving the Blended Technic of Therapy Task Center and Token Economy. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with a single subject design. The technique was used of this research by using questionnaires, observations and studies documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative data analysis technique using visual analysis under conditions. The study was conducted on subjects aged 20, 22 and 24 years. The results showed that after the intervention using Task Centered Blended Technic Therapy and Economic Tokens, the social skills of the three subjects from the initial phase (A1) showed a graph of the direction increasing up to the Outcome Phase (A2). The result shows that; Blended Technic of Therapy Task Center and Token Economy can increase social skill frequency of drugs abuser. The aspects thats increase are communicate effectively, social interaction, cooperation, and motivation skills. Blended Technic of Therapy Task Center and Token Economy are expected to help drug abusers to communicate effectively, increase social interaction, cooperate with other residents, and motivate them to carry out all the activities.

Shopee is one of the e-commerce sites in Indonesia, shopee is more focused on mobile platforms so that people can more easily access, search, shop and sell directly using only their cellphones. This study is intended to analyze the effect of shopee discounts and free shipping on consumer purchasing decisions on students of the 2018 Central Campus Communication Study Program. This study uses a survey method, using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. In entering the sample using purposive sampling technique. As for the respondents, 92 people with the Stiami Institute Student Criteria for the 2018 Central Campus Communication Study Program, for data processing using the SPSS Version 26 program for windows. The result is that H1 is accepted because r count > rtable 3,603, so it can be ascertained that H1 is accepted which means there is a discount on purchasing decisions, H2 is accepted because r count > r table is 3,712 , so it can be said that H2 is accepted which means free shipping has an effect on buying decision Keywords: Shopee, Promotion, Discount, Free Shipment, Buying Decision

In the last two years, the Covid-19 pandemic has hit many countries, including Indonesia. The impact of this is that many parties are harmed so many businesses change their way of selling, namely by utilizing the use of the internet. In contrast to this phenomenon, one of the entrepreneurs in the Cibaduyut Shoe Center area, namely D'Wan Shoes, still sells conventionally by implementing the Business to Business system. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to develop and map a new business strategy for D'Wan Shoes using a Smart Business Map. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis by analyzing the Playing Field and Market Landscape sections of D'Wan Shoes. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be seen that there are still shortcomings that need to be evaluated to be clearer and structured. The conclusion of this research is that D'Wan Shoes needs to do market research before launching the product, expand the target market to all over Indonesia, and make product innovations such as shoe models and sales methods, namely providing custom services. If things happen that are beyond D'Wan Shoes' control, such as government policies, changes in technology, and consumer behavior, D'Wan Shoes needs to prepare alternative ideas or adapt to these changes. Then they can take advantage of the production process to become the company's value proposition to compete with competitors. Planned campaigns and promotions will be carried out through social media by conducting paid promotions from features that already exist in several applications (Facebook Ads, Instagam Ads, Tiktok Ads), then using endorsement services from influencers. To make it easier for consumers to get D'Wan Shoes products, they must have an online store in the marketplace or company social media accounts.
