PENGUKURAN PENGETAHUAN PELAKU UMKM TERHADAP PENTINGNYA SURAT IZIN USAHA BERDASARKAN UU CIPTA KERJA (Studi Kasus Di Desa Wonosalam) 根据版权法(Wonosalam村的案例研究)衡量UMKM参与者的知识

Business License is a legality that must be met by MSME actors. The purpose of making this business license is so that MSME actors can get convenience and clear legal protection as mandated by the Job Creation Omnibus Law. However, the functionality of the Business License still cannot be captured by MSME actors in Wonosalam Village. This is evidenced by the number of MSME actors who still do not know about the importance of a Business License and how to take care of it. From the reality of the problem above, the author conducts interviews and field observations. The results obtained in this study show that many MSME actors do not have business legality. So that it requires supervision by the closest stakeholders or related governments in providing information, escorting the management of business legality, to the creation of a Business License.

THE INFLUENCE OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF REGIONAL AUTONOMY ON REGIONAL FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF EAST KALIMANTAN PROVINCE 实行区域自治对东加里曼丹省区域财政管理的影响

This article explains the essence, purpose, benefits for the region and the current development of regional autonomy and its practice in East Kalimantan. In this article, criticizing theoretically by concocting various data/theories being criticized is complemented by references to several relevant journals. Furthermore, analysis related to policy implementation by identifying various problems and challenges faced, as well as providing solutions on how to realize regional autonomy in East Kalimantan Province. In terms of applying the principles of regional financial management efficiently, economically, effectively, transparently, and responsibly by taking into account the sense of justice, propriety, and benefits for the community as well as the implementation of performance-based budgeting, the setting of cost standards in the imposition of Regional Expenditures is a form of financial management discretion. area by the Regional Government as long as it fulfills the provisions related to the designation, use, and conditions for the application of discretion as regulated in Law Number 30 of 2014 concerning Government Administration.

The New Renewable Energy Bill or better known as the EBT Bill is a discourse to provide a legal framework regarding policy stipulation, management, supply, and utilization of new and renewable energy. The EBT Bill is expected to be a structured and directed guideline in its implementation from a national to regional scale. With the enactment of the EBT Bill, the use of fossil energy must gradually stop. So it is necessary to look for other alternatives as a source of energy, especially in liquid fuels. One of the potentials that Indonesia as an archipelagic country can exploit is its marine products. E.cottonii is one of Indonesia's marine products that has the potential to be processed into bioethanol. The E.cottonii processing industry is spread across various regions of the Republic of Indonesia. Abundant production is also followed by an abundance of residual production waste. This waste is sometimes if not managed properly it will contribute to the emergence of environmental pollution. Therefore, the waste generated from the E.cottonii processing industry should be optimized by making bioethanol. E.cottonii waste which is used as bioethanol can be categorized as a 2nd generation biofuel, of course it will not disturb the stability of foodstuffs. This optimization step is carried out as a form of accelerating the use of new and renewable energy. It is also hoped that the utilization of this waste can be used as a source of liquid fuel to support operations within the ministry of defense.

Fatigue has been stated as one of the main factors causing accidents in various countries. One of the efforts that can be made to prevent the risk of an accident is to detect as early as possible the driver's condition before starting the trip. One example of a driving profession is the driver of a combat vehicle. Busy work schedules and changing service schedules can result in combat vehicle drivers experiencing a decrease in the quality and quantity of sleep associated with increased fatigue at work. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the level of fitness for the duty of soldiers. The research was held at the TNI Soldier Education Center using a type of Tank fighting vehicle. This study used the Psychomotor Vigilance Task (PVT) application as a measuring tool for data collection, with a total of 8 respondents. Data processing using Wilcoxon's non-parametric statistical test. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the average value of response time and drowsiness, but the number of misses showed a significant difference in conditions after driving for 2 hours, and after driving for a total of 3 hours.

KEPUASAN DAN LOYALITAS KONSUMEN KOPI ARABIKA BANYUWANGI BLEND DI KOPINE CAFÉ BANYUWANGI 在科平咖啡馆喝阿拉伯咖啡的消费者的满意和忠诚

Coffee production in Indonesia encourages ideas and innovations to create processed coffee products, especially Arabica coffee. Along with that, the competition in the coffee shop business in Indonesia is increasingly widespread, which causes business competition to become increasingly fierce. It takes commitment to business processes to maintain consumer confidence in the business being run. This study aims to determine the satisfaction and loyalty of consumers of Banyuwangi Blend Arabica coffee in Banyuwangi. The population used in this study as many as 85 people are Banyuwangi Blend consumers at Kopine Cafe Banyuwangi. The results show that consumers are satisfied and loyal but need to improve related attributes to create higher satisfaction and loyalty. If the Kopine Cafe can maintain and improve the related attributes, it will get higher consumer satisfaction and loyalty and can compete with its competitors.

Perubahan bentuk energi menjadi bentuk yang lain memberikan pengaruh terhadap lingkungan yang dapat menyebabkan permasalahan kerusakan lingkungan. Permasalahan lingkungan yang ditimbulkan ialah seperti timbulnya polusi udara yang dapat menyebabkan hujan asam, asap, perubahan iklim, pemasanan global, dan sebagainya. Adanya hal tersebut diperlukannya teknologi serta sistem yang dapat meminimalisir timbulnya berbagai masalah. Metode Life Cycle Assesstment (LCA) adalah metode yang sering digunakan oleh industri untuk mengukur dampak lingkungan berdasarkan bahan mentah yang digunakan hingga proses produksi. Dalam menggunakan metode LCA diperlukan perangkat lunak yang mendukung. Keberadaan perangkat lunak pemodelan LCA sangat beragam serta memiliki karakteristiknya masing – masing sehingga setiap industri disarankan untuk tepat dalam memilih dan menggunakan jenis perangkat lunak sesuai dengan produksinya. Jenis perangkat lunak yang sering digunakan ialah SimaPro, GaBi, dan OpenLCA. Ketiga perangkat tersebut akan penulis lakukan perbandingan melalui studi literatur. Adanya metode LCA dapat membantu dalam mempercepat tujuan Indonesia menuju Net Zero Emission (NZE) dan mewujudkan transisi energi menuju energi hijau yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Dalam hal ini, teknologi energi perlu dilakukan analisis dampak lingkungan terlebih dahulu menggunakan metode LCA yang mudah dan memberikan hasil secara sistematis dan transparan. Selain itu, metode LCA telah terindeks dalam ISO 14040 dan ISO 14044 sehingga tidak perlu dikhawatirkan karena tentunya hasil penilaian dampak lingkungan dapat diakui secara global.

Metode Life Cycle Assesstment (LCA) adalah metode yang sering digunakan oleh industri untuk mengukur dampak lingkungan berdasarkan bahan mentah yang digunakan hingga proses produksi. Dalam menggunakan metode LCA diperlukan perangkat lunak yang mendukung. Keberadaan perangkat lunak pemodelan LCA sangat beragam serta memiliki karakteristiknya masing – masing sehingga setiap industri disarankan untuk tepat dalam memilih dan menggunakan jenis perangkat lunak sesuai dengan produksinya. Jenis perangkat lunak yang sering digunakan ialah SimaPro, GaBi, dan OpenLCA. Ketiga perangkat tersebut akan penulis lakukan perbandingan melalui studi literatur. Adanya metode LCA dapat membantu dalam mempercepat tujuan Indonesia menuju Net Zero Emission (NZE) dan mewujudkan transisi energi menuju energi hijau yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Dalam hal ini, teknologi energi perlu dilakukan analisis dampak lingkungan terlebih dahulu menggunakan metode LCA yang mudah dan memberikan hasil secara sistematis dan transparan. The research aims to know the marketing development of the Sabarsha Gallery furniture industry during the pandemic. Qualitative research and descreptive used in the research. The data used in the research were obtained from the results from depth interview wit respondens, owners, employees, and consumers. The use of data analysis with a descriptive method, which describes the collection of data from Sabarsha Gallery and then associated with relevant theories in reporting and concluded. Based on the research results of the furniture industry Sabarsha Gallery applies a marketing strategy consisting of product, price, and promoting strategy. In implementing strategy on product, the emphasisis on quality of product, while developmen on model, variety, and type of carving give uniqueness. However, the pandemic causing the economy to decline, the attractiveness of consumers has an effect on the qulity produced. The pricing strategy is carry out by setting price according to production cost, profit to be obtained, and cost incurred in marketing product that are ajusted to product spesification. Pricing Strategy is carry out by balancing the qulity and raw material with the purchasing power of consumers. In Strategy of promotion is using personal selling and through sales promotion. Teknologi selalu berkembang, sehingga manusia selalu melakukan berbagai inovasi. Salah satunya terkait system propulsi pada kapal. Seperti kita ketahui, ada berbagai macam penggerak yang digunakan pada system propulsi kapal. Salah satu penggerak yang banyak digunakan adalah waterjet. Dimana memanfaatkan dorongan air sebagai penggeraknya. Penelitian tentang penggunaan waterjet pada system propulsi kapal telah banyak dilakukan. Oleh sebab itu penulis melakukan meta analisis terhadap penelitian – penelitian terdahulu. Meta-analisis merupakan proses analisis dari sekumpulan data, yang bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan hasil temuan. dari proses meta analisis ini dapat diketahui bahwa dalam proses perancangan suatu system propulsi pada kapal, dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan. Secara umum tahapan tersebut yaitu : Studi literature, Pengumpulan data, Analisa data dan Kesimpulan dan Saran. Beberapa metode perhitungan yang dilakukan juga sama yaitu metode savitsky untuk perhitungan nilai tahanan kapal

UJI MODEL HIDROLIK FISIK (UMH-FISIK) PELIMPAH BENDUNGAN CIBEET DI KABUPATEN BOGOR

Among the vital components of a dam is the spillway structure. Therefore, the building requires testing of physical hydraulic models, one of which is carried out at the Water Hydraulics and Geotechnical Center laboratory. This physical hydraulic model test study aims to analyze the hydraulic behavior of the dam spillway, mainly the discharge curve and flow elevation, average flow velocity, flow direction pattern, and hydrostatic pressure. This study uses a physical hydraulic model (modeling), which is a research method that focuses on 3-dimensional physical modeling and using the initial design from the consultant (series 0) by modeling some of the core parts of the dam such as spillway structures, dam body structures, launch channels, energy dampers, some of the contours of the river upstream, and some of the contours of the river downstream. The research instrument used were: Thompson discharge measuring instrument, level meter as a means of predicting water level elevation, current meter velocity measuring instrument, floating object as a research aid, a piezometer to determine hydrostatic pressure. The results showed that the spillway capacity could drain the PMF return period discharge (QPMF = 2091,75 m3/s) with the available guard height of 1,25 m, meeting the planning criteria of 0,75 m. At the Q2th and Q25th discharges, there is no hydraulic jump in the energy reducer and leads directly to the transition channel. In contrast, at the Q100th and Q1000th discharges, a hydraulic jump occurs in the energy reducer. The flow velocity, downstream of the spillway, especially on the left side of the guide wall, was recorded at a relatively high velocity, allowing turbulence to occur. The flow direction pattern that occurs upstream of the reservoir is reasonably even towards the spillway, and there is no crossflow. There is negative pressure at the piezometer point P5 with a 2-year return discharge of -0,25 N/m2, a 25-year return discharge of -0,25 N/m2, and a 100-year return discharge of -0,15 N/m2, which is still within the safe limits and does not exceed the allowable provisions, namely -1.00 m (for pairs) and -4.00 m (for concrete).

This research aims to examine the existence of online transportation in the community due to technological developments and the Covid-19 pandemic storm. Spatial policy with transportation policy is very closely related. City land provides space as a place of activity, while transportation acts as a network (network) connecting between spaces. The re-arrangement of transportation towards the use of space is a focus that must be done immediately after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative methods. The results of this study are steps taken by related parties to create online transportation services and bekasi city spaces that are comfortable for the activities of their citizens and the construction of sustainable urban spaces after the Covid-19 pandemic. There is a synergy of policies both by the Government, Society and Operators as transportation service providers so that the role of online transportation in supporting community activities can be fulfilled.
