Gondoruso village, Pasirian Lumajang has many coconut trees. However, the coconuts were only harvested and sold in the local market at a price of IDR 2,000-3,000/fruit. Some local residents had initiated efforts to process coconuts into cooking oil, but the resulting oil smelled rancid so they stopped it. This paper reported the results of our community service activities in assisting Gondoruso Village residents to proceed coconut into cooking oil that meets the SNI 3741:2013 quality standard. The aim was to train the residents’ skills in producing qualified coconut cooking oil so they could earn extra family income. Eight old coconuts were grated, and thick coconut milk was taken. The coconut milk was left overnight in the refrigerator to produce lumps of coconut milk. The lumps of coconut milk were taken and cooked over low heat. About 10 minutes later, the oil started to come out, and the cooking process continued for 40-45 minutes until all the oil-came out, and 550 ml of cooking oil was produced. The SNI 3741:2013 quality test revealed that the cooking oil was of very good quality because the values of 6-SNI parameters met the standard, i.e., organoleptic is liquid, clear yellow, sweet coconut, and tasteless; moisture content=0.13% w/w; acid number=0.06% w/w; peroxides number=0; the pelican oil=negative, and the linoleic acid=0.13%. The production and market analyses stated that the production cost of 550 ml of coconut oil=IDR 27,600, while the selling price in the market=IDR 80,000/500 ml.

Kurang pemhaman menegemen pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan keagaaman seperti Taman pendidikan Alquran (TPQ) dan Pondok pesantren menjadi masalah utama lembaga pendidikan keagaaman di desa Sembalun Bumbung kurang maju. Adanya kondisi ini perlu ada pembinaan dan pendampingan sehingga Lembaga pendidikan keagamaan dapat maju dan berkembang. Adapun mitra dalam kegitan ini adalah Lembaga keagamaan yang ada di desa Sembalun Bumbung. Tujuan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah pembinaan kepala lembaga pendidikan ke agamaan di desa sembalun Bumbung. Mitra dalam kegitan ini adalah Taman Pendidikan Alquran (TPQ) yang ada diwilayah sembalun bumbung. Metode pelaksanaan dari kegitan ini adalah penyuluhan dan pelatihan dengan langkah-langkah kegatan; 1) Persiapan, 2) Pelaksanan, dan 3) Evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pembinaan ini terjadi pengembangan lembaga secara signifikan sesuai dengan harapan dan tujuan yang telah ditargetkan. Kegitan-kegitan pembinaan masih perlu dilakukan secara berkelanjutan agar lembaga pendidikan ke agaman seperti TPQ makin maju dan berkembang. Pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi sebab Kegiatan Kampus Mengajar Angkatan I sebagai wujud penerapan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) berbentuk bantuan mengajar dalam menguatkan mahasiswa untuk membantu sistem pembelajaran dengan terjun di lapangan dengan beragam kondisi sekolah dasar di Indonesia. Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka merupakan kebijakan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan untuk membentuk Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang terdepan dalam mengedepankan karakter. Tujuan dilaksanakannya program Kampus Mengajar Angkatan I ini yaitu untuk memberi peluang pada mahasiswa untuk terlibat langsung dalam mengajar, memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan diri melalui aktivitas dan kreativitas di luar lingkup perkuliahan agar menciptakan peserta didik yang kritis, kreatif, dan kolaboratif, memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk belajar dan mengelaborasikan diri lewat aktivitas di luar kelas perkuliahan, membantu sekolah dalam memberi bantuan pendidikan yang terbaik terhadap semua siswa pada tingkatan SD dalam situasi terbatas dan darurat selama pandemi, serta untuk memberdayakan mahasiswa dalam membantu proses pembelajaran dan menjadi cikal bakal dalam menggerakkan pembelajaran literasi dan numerasi di sekolah dasar sekitar desa atau kota tempat tinggalnya agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) melalui literasi dapat memenuhi salah satu program merdeka belajar yang implementasinya masih dipertanyakan di berbagai sekolah di Indonesia. Pengembangan literasi melalui pendekatan PPK Berbasis Kelas di masa pandemic Covid-19 ini dilakukan melalui pembelajaran daring. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi permasalahan dalam mempraktikkan inovasi pembelajaran dalam Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) pada masa pandemi Covid-19 melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan pengembangan perencanaan inovasi pembelajaran melalui gerakan literasi untuk merdeka belajar. Pelaksanaan pendampingan menggunakan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan yang mengacu pada analisis situasi program-program yang telah disepakati bersama. Sasaran pengabdian ini meliputi guru IPA, kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala sekolah SMP Muhammadiyah 02 Kota Batu. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi sedangkan teknik analisis data adalah deskriptif. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya wawasan dan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun RPP berbasis PPK melalui gerakan literasi, meningkatnya ketrampilan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran di kelas sesuai Kurikulum 2013 yang menerapkan, serta terlaksananya pembelajaran yang kaya akan literasi yang dapat memenuhi salah satu program merdeka belajar. Menindaklanjuti hasil pengabdian ini maka inovasi pembelajaran dalam Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter harus lebih dioptimalkan melalui kegiatan literasi. Galeri Seni Batik Tresna mengalami kesulitan penjualan., sehingga penjualan menurun dan keuntungan sangat minim. Kondisi ini sepertinya disebabkan karena kurangnya promosi mengingat saat ini Batik lagi di produksi di banyak daerah sehingga persaingan sangat ketat baik secara online maupun offline, sehingga upaya untuk menjual secara online tidak bisa di tinggalkan. Penjualan online bisa dilakukan melalui social media, akan tetapi membuat pelanggan offline juga harus diperhatikan antara lain dengan menata store atmosfer. Untuk itu dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini perlu memberikan pendampingan dalam melaksanakan strategi pemasaran di rumah Batik Tresna Art yaitu melalui Social media dengan Instagram dan Website sebagai media promosi Rumah Batik Tresna Art bagi pelanggan online, sedangkan untuk pelangan offline maka dilakukan dengan mengatur atmosfer Rumah Batik Tresna Art sehingga pengunjung yang akan membeli di galeri batik merasa nyaman. Setelah dilakukan pembenahan atmosfer di Rumah batik Trisna Art dan dilakukan promosi secara online di social media dan website yang di miliki ternyata pengunjung dan pembeli Batik Trisna Art dapat meningkat sebanyak 30%, dan selanjutnya diharapkan penjualan akan mencapai peningkatan sebanyak 100%. Tujuan kegiatan bimbingan teknis pengolahan jerami padi menjadi pakan sapi potong pada musim kemarau di lahan kering untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan merubah sikap milenial calon pengusaha sapi potong peserta bimbingan teknis agar mau dan mampu mengolah jerami padi sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi kesulitan penyediaan pakan sapi potong yang terbatas pada musim kemarau di lahan kering. Metode bimbingan teknis yang digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut adalah kombinasi metode penyuluhan gelar teknologi (showcase technology), tatap muka langsung dan penyebaran lembaran informasi (liptan). Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap peserta bintek pada kelima indikator penilaian teknologi pembuatan hay rata-rata 26,91%; pembuatan amoniasi basah meningkat 29,31% dan pembuatan amoniasi kering meningkat 25,47%. The results of this study showed an average increase in knowledge, skills, and attitudes of the participants in the five indicators of haymaking technology assessment of 26.91%; the manufacture of wet ammonia increased by 29.31%, and the manufacture of dry ammonia by 25.47%. In conclusion, the technology guidance activities for rice straw processing with the showcase technology method of making hay, wet ammonia, and dry ammonia can be used as a solution to overcome the difficulties of providing beef cattle feed in the dry season on dry land because it can increase knowledge and skills and change the attitude of participants in technical guidance in disseminating the results of their technical guidance to other farmers.

Telah dilakukan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat melalui Pelatihan Penyusunan Bahan Ajar Berbasis Web Bagi Guru-Guru SMA di Kabupaten Konawe. Sasaran dari pelatihan ini adalah Guru-Guru SMA/Sederajat Se Kabupaten Konawe. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah melatih guru SMA di Kabupaten Konawe dalam menyusun bahan ajar berbasis web. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pemaparan materi model pembelajaran, materi E-Learning berbasis Web secara ringkas, kemudian diikuti dengan diskusi, tanya jawab, dan pemberian tugas mandiri kepada setiap peserta. Hasil Pengabdian yang dilakukan diperoleh bahwa Bahan ajar Interaktif Model e-Learning Berbasis Web memenuhi kelayakan dengan deskripsi untuk tampilan media web bahan ajar masuk dalam kategori Baik (dengan rata-rata persentase 78,39%), untuk bahan ajar masuk dalam kategori Baik (dengan rata-rata persentase 88,47%), dan untuk persepsi siswa terhadap bahan ajar masuk dalam kategori Cukup Baik (dengan rata-rata persentase 66,84%). Hasil pengabdian ini dapat dijadikan dasar pengambilan kebijakan bagi Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Konawe untuk mencoba menerapkan model pembelajaran inovatif dan perangkat pembelajaran model E-learning berbasis Web tersebut pada sekolah lain yang ada di Kabupaten Konawe. Students' perceptions of teaching materials are in the Good Enough category (with an average percentage of 66.84%). Pelatihan bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan penyusunan rencana bisnis kepada calon wira usaha dalam rangka mencetak startup baru ditengah pandemi covid 19. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah Dosen Hindu Indonesia (DHI), Organisasi Dosen beragama Hindu di seluruh Indonesia, berbadan hukum perkumpulan. Dengan menerapkan metode pelatihan, pengabdian ini memberi pengetahuan dan melatih peserta untuk menyusun rencana bisnis. Pelatihan dimulai dari brainstorming peserta untuk menggali ide-ide baru dari peserta yang layak diteruskan menjadi usaha, keunikan produk dan profil calon pelanggannya. Presentasi materi pelatihan dan konsultasi penyusunan rencana bisinis dilakukan setelah masing-masing peserta memiliki gambaran tentang produk atau usaha yang akan dibuat. Setelah paparan materi, peserta ditugaskan untuk membuat Rencana Bisnis sesuai dengan Ide yang dimiliki, dilanjutkan dengan presentasi rencana bisnis sesuai dengan rentang waktu penyusunan yang telah ditentukan. Pelatihan yang diikuti oleh 17 (tujubelas) peserta dari seluruh Indonesia ini, menghasilkan 9 (sembilan) rencana bisnis yang layak untuk ditindak lanjuti. Mitra pengabdian ini adalah kelompok tani jamur sekecamatan pringgarata. Masalah yang paling banyak dikeluhkan petani jamur khususnya jenis merang dan tiram adalah produksi yang tidak menentu dan kualitas jamur yang sulit dipertahankan. Ada tiga komponen utama yang harus diperhatikan petani jamur untuk dapat menghasilkan panen jamur yang maksimal. Pertama jamur merupakan tumbuhan yang tidak berklorofil sehingga tidak dapat memproduksi makanannya sendiri. Jamur memperoleh maknannya dari media tumbuhnya. Jadi kualitas media tumbuh merupakan kunci untuk mendapatkan jamur dengan jumlah dan kualitas yang diharapkan. Kedua jamur rentan dengan perubahan iklim jadi petani harus mampu menciptakan lingkungan yang ideal untuk tumbuh kembang jamur. Faktor terahir yang biasanya berpengaruh dalam budidaya jamur adalah kontaminan penggangu yang biasanya hadir karena media tanam dan lingkungan yang kurang bersih atau tidak seteril. Ketiga faktor ini masih kurang dipahami oleh klompok tani jamur Desa Taman Indah Kecamatan Pringgarata sehingga hasil panennya masih belum maksimal. Ketiga faktor tersebut yang menjadi fokus tim pengabdian untuk diberikan kepada mitra untuk mendapatkan hasil panen jamur yang maksimal. Target dalam pengabdian ini adalah klompok tani dapat membuat media tanam yang ideal untuk tumbuh kembang jamur. Klompok tani juga mampu membuat larutan formalin untuk sterilisasi lingkungan media tanam jamur. Hasil kegiatan ini petani jadi lebih mehami teknik pengomposan dan kontaminan yang harus diatasi. Petani jamur memiliki keterampilan dalam merekayasa ikilim kumbung jamur untuk dapat menghasilkan produk jamur yang maksimal. Era revolusi industri 4.0 mendorong berkembangnya pengetahuan menjadi lebih pesat. Perkembangan pengetahuan akan berdampak pula pada dunia pendidikan. Guru adalah orang terdepan di pendidikan karena guru adalah orang yang berinteraksi langsung menanamkan kompetensi pada peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara pada empat guru di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Malang menunjukkan bahwa guru memang sering melakukan penelitian- penelitian, tetapi guru mengalami beberapa kendala ketika hasil penelitian tersebut diubah menjadi artikel dan makalah. Kendala guru salah satunya adalah guru kesulitan mengikuti gaya penulisan setiap jurnal yang memiliki gaya penulisan artikel yang berbeda-beda. Guru di sekolah juga perlu banyak motivasi dan dorongan untuk mengikuti kegiatan berupa lomba-lomba karya ilmiah. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka perlu dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepad a guru untuk mendampingi guru dalam membuat karya ilmiah dan publikasi ilmiah. Metode yang dipakai dalam pencapaian tujuan tersebut adalah dengan dilakukan diskusi, sosialisasi, praktek, dan evaluasi. Hasil yang didapat adalah kegiatan pendampingan kompetensi penulisan karya ilmiah guru menjadi sebuah upaya untuk guru dalam memberikan penguatan pada prestasi. Hal tersebut terbukti dengan dihasilkannya artikel dan makalah Bapak Ibu Guru dari hasil pendampingan ini. Kedepannya mungkin perlu dilakukan pendampingan kompetensi penulisan karya ilmiah untuk siswa. The teacher is the foremost person in education because the teacher is the person who interacts directly, instilling competence in students. The results of observations and interviews with four teachers at Muhammadiyah 1 Malang Junior High School show that teachers often do research but experience some problems when the research results are converted into articles and papers. One of the teacher's obstacles is that the teacher has difficulty following the writing style of each journal which has a different style of writing articles. Teachers in schools also need a lot of motivation and encouragement to take part in activities in the form of scientific work competitions. Based on this, it is necessary to carry out community service activities to assist teachers in making scientific works and publications. The method used in achieving these goals is through discussion, socialization, practice, and evaluation. The results obtained are the activities of mentoring the competence of writing teacher scientific papers in an effort for teachers to reinforce achievement.
