The simple proof of the stability criterion and roof localization of complex polynomials is given in Markov’s parameters. A proof bases on twice reduction of the Hermite-Hurwitz matrix order at introduction of Markov’s parameters. In contrast to a criterion for complex polynomials, its real analogue – the Markov’s criterion – is known from mathematical publications, but it does not practically use in engineering applications. Meanwhile, at high orders of polynomials (n>6), both criteria are preferable compared to Hurwitz and Hermite-Hurwitz criteria owing to the lower order of its matrices. This criterion is applied for stability areas investigation and for the parameter choice of selective radio-electronic devices by the modified D-fragmentation methods, in particular, multi-stage tuned amplifiers on CMOS structures and the three-stage oscillator with the stabilizing resonator. In addition, the problem of comparing the efficiency of the Hermite-Hurwitz criterion with a Markov-type criterion is being solved, and several new effective methods for constructing D-fragmentation diagrams are proposed.

In the paper we discuss the prospects for using modern info-communication tools to validate models of the traffic flows theory. These methods give us possibility to capture device experimental car data not only in the passive mode (from stationary cameras), but also in the active mode, i.e. inside traffic flow. We develop research on experiment with acquisition of track data from devices moving sequentially at cars within a flow in the same lane. The tracks separation procedure into homogeneous parts showed that the measurement error can be approximated by polynomial functions depending on the section type. Characterized functions can be used for traffic model validation.

Due to the increased popularity of distributed registry technology applications on the Internet, each of which uses network resources in different ways, has different characteristics and service requirements, there are the problem of impact of this technology to the network characteristics and how does the technology affect the network. In this article, the authors introduce a definition of the term blockchain, describe the services implemented by this technology and its scope. The authors identify the main technical characteristics and their features associated with transfer of information through the network. The authors explain how does the blockchain technology work and block structure. The authors indicate basic features of the network required for guarantee quality of service during provision and transfer for different type of traffic, determine the network scheme working with blockchain transactions and the dependence of network characteristics on application parameters. Authors show different classes of traffic priority, based on the requirements and behavior of certain types of applications, allowing maximum flexibility in the transmission of user information.

the performance window of single-mode optical fibers in the VSP-SR system is Considered based on the results of its influence on the dispersion length with an increase in the number of channels, transmission speed, modulation methods, chromatic and polarization mode dispersions, nonlinear effects, changes in the power and signal-to-noise ratio. It is shown that if you do not take appropriate measures to protect against negative impacts, the transmission characteristics will change significantly and information loss may occur. These changes will affect the dispersion length.

We consider the possibility of using the DTW metric for shape recognition of graphic objects with incomplete group of affine transformations, including shift, scaling and rotation. A DTW-based algorithm is proposed that allows the identification of the object shape invariant with respect to such affine transformations. The statistical studies carried out show that the value of DTW metric under distortions is directly proportional to the distortion magnitude. The modeling shows that in the case of identifying the objects that do not belong to the sample class the variance of DTW metric values is significantly greater than the one observed in the case of comparing the distorted objects of the same class. This fact allows assigning a definite value of classification tolerance for each class of figures providing the required probability of false recognition and missing of objects.

High efficiency power amplifiers, using switching modes of active elements operation and Envelope Elimination and Restoration (EER, also known as Kahn technique) "synthetic" amplification method are most preferred for use in onboard devices where the power supply is limited. When it is not possible to place a full-sized antenna, it becomes narrow-band. The operation of the EER transmitter on the narrowband antenna is accompanied with increasing out-of-band emissions. Physical description of the processes when the EER transmitter is operating on a narrow-band antenna was considered. It was shown that with a rapid change in the transmitted signal, the input impedance of the antenna may become negative. At these times, antenna sends energy back to transmitter. The performed simulation of the modulator's LPF characteristics shows the reasons for the growth of out-of-band emissions when operating on a narrow-band antenna.

The paper deals with planar antenna arrays, such as circular, octagonal, hexagonal and rectangular, for the task of direction-finding on azimuth and elevation angles. The boundaries of the Cramer-Rao are calculated for different situations, including the location of signals in azimuth and elevation planes, and signal-to-noise ratios. Each antenna array consists of the same number of omni-directional antenna elements equal to 24, the distance between which is half the wavelength. In addition, the expressions for the steering vectors of two types of asymmetric antenna arrays, i.e. arcuate and L-shaped are given. Their influence on the direction-of-arrival estimation accuracy is considered, and the exact expressions of the Cramer-Rao boundary are given. It is established that the best geometry is arc-shaped.

To transfer short message traffic on the basis of both wired and optical communication systems, from the content provider to the client, an SMS message aggregator is required. This aggregator works accordingly to certain scenarios, which are defined in control systems and have components, based on which, besides control and load balancing, the aggregator itself is scaled.

The article presents a device for narrowband interference compensation on the basis of a bank of digital filters for broadband low-energy HF radio links. An analytical comparison is made of the effectiveness of signal reception algorithms in the presence of narrowband interference. The algorithm of optimal reception with the normalization of the power spectral density and the algorithm of reception with the rejection of the part of the spectrum affected by interference are compared. An algorithm and a device based on a bank of digital filters are proposed, ensuring the normalization of the power spectral density in accordance with the optimal reception algorithm. The results of the simulation and field experiment on the processing of wideband signals in the presence of interference with the help of the developed program module for the normalization of the spectral power density are presented.

A functional scheme of technical and operational condition (TOC) management of the automobile road located on permafrost soil is offered. An intelligent information system is used to collect information about current state of the automobile road, weather and climatic conditions, characteristics of traffic flows. It is shown that regulatory TOC’s maintenance is based on two management processes. The first process of current management is fast and low-inertia and is based on the current state of the management object. The second process of long-term management, due to the influence of the climate change, is much slower and has a high inertia; to ensure required management quality, it is necessary to carry out this process on the basis of the object’s state forecasting and to produce management actions (stabilization of the soil temperature regime) in advance, before the appearance of visible automobile road’s TOC deterioration. Predicting the condition is based on simulation modelling, which results in determining the expected settlement of thawing soil at the formation, which causes roadway’s numerous defects. The results of numerical simulation of the predicted state of the automobile road in the climatic conditions of Yakutsk and Urengoy are shown, including the case with applying measures to stabilize the soil temperature regime (use of seasonal cooling devices – SCD). It is shown that the dynamics of changes in the state of the object occurring under the influence of the climate change is described by only two path functions in the state space – without the use of SCD and in their presence. Perspective management of the object’s state resides in choosing the path function (corresponding to a certain structural characteristics of SCD) and determining the most rational time of transition to this path function. At a low intensity of climatic changes in the territory of the automobile road location, the simulation results’ sensitivity to the accuracy of the climatic parameters’ forecast increases.
