Results of experimental tests of bend effect of various optical fibers on Brillouin traces are proposed. The diagnostic problems of the unauthorized access to fiber optical communication lines are demonstrated. Results of tests are proved the merit of the Brillouin reflectometry method for early diagnostics of "trouble" segments in optical cables.

New generation networks deploeyment has one of the perspective directions the concept of the Internet of Everything (IoE -) [3]. Rendering services in the IoE networks requires providing a stable time scale with an accuracy of definition not less than 1 ms, and at operation of applications of the tactile Internet not less than 1 microsec. As in the current legislation are absent obligatory requirements to the accuracy of definition of time in the IoE networks, the mechanism of additional certification is required. Additional certification of production and services is the mechanism for check of correctness of the made decisions and current state of projects on production of new hi-tech production and services. Existence of the certificate of Digital Innovations system can be criterion of providing a level of quality and necessary amount of works by results of the project.

Expediency of the use of bus-organized structures at communication link physical layer of medium speed local area networks is substantiated. Presumption of application of Fast Ethernet devices as well as PoE+ Remote Power Feeding systems establishes the maximal number of separate segments in similar structures; and it stipulates main factors of limitation of their quantity. With deployment of a multicriterial approach, the construction of the line cable for forming up the transmission channel in terms of quantity of pairs, core class and wire diameter within classical round insulation, is substantiated.

To ensure the quality of service traffic transmission in a communication network, it is necessary to ensure that the values of quality indicators are within the allowable range of values. One of these indicators is the traffic transmission rate specified in the configuration of the user traffic profile. Currently, the list of uses for global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) is very wide: personal navigation, M2M, navigation of moving objects, various high-precision tasks. New nonstandard GNSS applications are also emerging.Now, in many industries, there is a "digitalization of the economy", which in practice means the automation of many production and technological processes. It is necessary to apply complex solutions: the integration of GNSS positioning in related technologies. An algorithm is described for determining the number of parking spaces in the system of the street-road network based on the solution of the optimization problem of the distribution of transport demand. Modern stage of development of information and communication networks requires solving of crucial tasks of network traffic statistical analysis and traffic simulation modeling. The predominance of non-Poisson traffic leads to the impossibility of analyzing multichannel communication systems by the methods of queuing theory that used to describe telephone networks. The last decade has paid much attention to research on traffic that has signs of self-similarity. The main purpose of this work is a statistical analysis of non-Poissonian traffic, represented by multimodal non-standard Pascal (negative binomial) and Rice distributions. As a result, a study of the self-similarity degree has been performed by the R/S analysis and the aggregation method. In addition, we propose to use EM-algorithm with an algorithm for determining an optimal number of clusters for an approximation of non-typical multimodal distributions.

Object of consideration – asynchronous-address systems, using code division of channels. A subject of the analysis - the quasi-orthogonal signals ensembles based on the Gold sequences providing reliable division of channels at influence of imitation interference, signal-like noises and devices of their processing. The purpose of the analysis is to optimize the structure of the Gold sequences ensemble and to estimate the noise immunity characteristics of the delay acquisition devices. The solution is based on the principles and mathematical models developed by authors: the principle of the fast conversions in Galois fields, algebraic model of representation and structure of fast delay acquisition devices for a subclass of the sequences based on the Gold sequences. This article is devoted to create of models to mapping the original Gold sequences in the aggregate of short M-sequences, searching for conditions for their joint adaptive processing, as well as evaluating the characteristics of the decision making reliability. Key features of the described method of processing are implementation of correlation reception of set of synchronized short sequences samples having identical structure with accumulation of symbols from multiple copies of short sequences received from initial Gold sequence. It is shown that the proposed mapping models, together with offered delay acquisition devices, provide a high level of device adaptation to changes in the signal structure over a wide range. The offered versions of the scheme of delay acquisition carry out reception and preprocessing of code sequences in real time that favorably distinguishes them from the known schemes, which are carrying out fast conversions by other methods. Presented results will be useful to the specialists who are engaged in design of the asynchronous-address systems using aggregate signals with large base and changeable structure for ensuring protection against influence of signal-like noises.
