Based on Standard ISO 14813-1:2007 Intelligent Transport Systems, it can be concluded that: ".. the purpose of this standard is to identify service groups and ITS domains within which these service groups are positioned. Service domains and ITS groups in the form in which they form taxonomic systems provide for the addition of other systems on a global scale .. ", those ITS forms a large-scale network and "… reflect the evolution of new technology-oriented developments and practical activities in the field of transport .." which implies heredity. The inheritance paradigm is based on the distributed axioms of the unity of the biosphere: fuzziness - clarity (1D and 2D) of continuous nature and is built on three clusters of inseparability. Two incompatible universal laws of nature are valid -Transformation and Conservation, for the closeness of the basis the third dogma is inevitable - Inheritance 3D.

In addition to the analytical approach of analyzing the analog quadrature conversion imperfections effect on the signal reception quality changing, computer simulation methods are often used in the study of complex type signals. This approach allows obtaining a visual estimation of noise immunity for real signals under the I / Q-imbalance, DC offset and phase noise influence. Quantitative evaluation of amplitude-phase imbalance and DC-offset influence level on the sensitivity decreasing and reception quality degradation has been made in the article by means of simulation. The phase noise attendance is also taking into account. Studies were carried out for M-QAM signals having indices 4 ... 256 (M-QAM). This is related to the fact of them widespread using in modern mobile, satellite and digital television systems. The researches allow defining the cases in which I/Q-imbalance and DC offset compensation is mandatory required and in which it is sufficient to use modern methods of signal coding.

Fuel injection causes considerable oscillations of fuel pressure at the injector inlet. One of the reasons is hydraulic impact originating when closing the injector nozzle needle. Evidently, these oscillations influence the fuel supply process in case of multiple injections: the previous injections would influence on the following ones. The influence of the interval between the impulses of a double injection on the injection rate value of the second portion was investigated. The superposition of waves in case of multiple injection may result both in amplification and damping of oscillations process. It is shown that with multiple injection, the controllability of fuel supply deteriorates, therefore, either a special design study of the fuel system for multiple injection or the introduction of additional electronic correction of control pulses by the diesel control system is required. On the other hand, it is shown how multiple injection can produce a stepwise injection characteristic, which can serve as a means of reducing nitrogen oxides and noise.

The article discusses the influence of the type of suspension of the universal spreader of the de-icing material installed on the mobile chassis of the combined road machine on the dosing accuracy. Since the change in environmental parameters is continuous, automated road meteorological stations are used for greater efficiency, and on the basis of these data, it is possible to quickly change the process of distribution of the deicing material by combined road machines.

The importance of challenges has been recognized by certain part of education professionals in Russia in the last 25 years. But only few years ago the structural shaping the management of professionalization for on board communications in line with the global trends had been commenced. The new social and economic environment demands a drastic change in the teaching process, introducing new standards and approaches for the quality measuring criteria to be introduced to meet the requirements of effective activity and demands of on board communications’ employers. This is why the working out and introducing the vocational standards has become the basic instrument to adjust the employers’ demands and opportunities of high education Institute (HEI). This mainstream direction of activity is considered to be a priority and basic line for the state program documents defining the guideline policy for science and education development. The concept of modernizing the vocational education should cover mechanisms for the realization of social functions, educational institutions, taking into account the global, federal and regional external trends. In compliance with these priorities we believe it is necessary to focus on the following aspects: (a) factors of social and professional background; (b) system factors; (c) principles of professional education’s modernization; (d) methods of professional education’s modernization; (e) the potential risks.

The problems of sound signal transmission and storage are considered. It is shown that the existing systems do not provide signal transmission with natural dynamic range. The algorithms used to compress and restore the audio signal lead to distortions and increase the signal-to-noise ratio only relative to the noise in the pause. An algorithm that ensures the preservation of the signal shape and increases the signal-to-noise ratio in the pause and on the signal background is considered. The results of objective measurements confirming the efficiency of the algorithm are presented.

The work is dedicated to the issue of speech messages quality providing in communication networks, in particular, to study the influence of the state of functional systems of the speaker on the accuracy of his speech identification. The study allowed drawing a conclusion on quite clearly formalized correspondence between changes in speech signal parameters and disease groups that define them. Such formalization can be used to increase the identification reliability level of speech sources, and for timely and rapid diagnosis of a certain set of diseases, including their early development stage. Adequate identification of speech messages sources belongs to a common task group of ensuring effective and safe operation of automated control systems as well as access control systems. The second group of tasks, in some cases, may be associated with the first one and is caused by the need of personnel health state monitoring implementing management functions of important and challenging complex systems and processes. Also, the detection of several diseases signs at their early stages is very important task to ensure the implementation of research and production programs made by members of various expeditions teams, in particular, the crews working on board space stations. As a rule, the correspondent decision - making is usually based on the correlation analysis of speech signals, as well as on the evaluation of phonogram statistical parameters. The paper proposes and justifies the algorithm for speech source identification, in condition of a set of endogenous and exogenous factor presence, affecting its informative parameters.

The problem of breakdown effect, also called multiphactor, in on-board equipment of satellite communication systems is considered. This negative effect affects the reliability of onboard devices of high radiation power and hinders the development of radio-electronic equipment for space applications in general. The breakdown effect mechanism is carried out. We show the specifics of breakdown effect in strip and coaxial components of satellite electronic equipment and also discuss how to prevent a possible discharge in on-board equipment.
